Efficient energy management is a cornerstone of advancing cognitive cities,where AI,IoT,and cloud computing seamlessly integrate to meet escalating global energy *** this context,the ability to forecast electricity consumption with precision is vital,particularly in residential settings where usage patterns are highly variable and *** study presents an innovative approach to energy consumption forecasting using a bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)*** a dataset containing over twomillionmultivariate,time-series observations collected froma single household over nearly four years,ourmodel addresses the limitations of traditional time-series forecasting methods,which often struggle with temporal dependencies and non-linear *** bidirectional LSTM architecture processes data in both forward and backward directions,capturing past and future contexts at each time step,whereas existing unidirectional LSTMs consider only a single temporal *** design,combined with dropout regularization,leads to a 20.6%reduction in RMSE and an 18.8%improvement in MAE over conventional unidirectional LSTMs,demonstrating a substantial enhancement in prediction accuracy and *** to existing models—including SVM,Random Forest,MLP,ANN,and CNN—the proposed model achieves the lowest MAE of 0.0831 and RMSE of 0.2213 during testing,significantly outperforming these *** results highlight the model’s superior ability to navigate the complexities of energy usage patterns,reinforcing its potential application in AI-driven IoT and cloud-enabled energy management systems for cognitive *** integrating advanced machine learning techniqueswith IoT and cloud infrastructure,this research contributes to the development of intelligent,sustainable urban environments.

With Countless Arabic news articles published daily;users have become increasingly concerned about obtaining news from credible sources. Nonetheless, to individuals, credible news sources are associated with certain countries where users have faith. Therefore, detecting the source of a news article is imperative to fake news detection and enables users a better trust in their consuming news. This paper introduces to create, filter, analyze, and evaluate a domain services-specific Arabic dataset for pilgrims. The Arabic Pilgrim Services (ArPiS) dataset is a collection of approximately 30,000 news, collected across three different Arabic countries and regions. The paper presents a creation for pilgrims' opinions measurement services dataset for text mining, text classification, clustering, and text summarization. The default basic search methods start with 124 web sites of Arabic news. Then, many of filtering features have been done to limit the dataset by pilgrim subjected services. A lot of topics are addressed, and a lot of filter with a discussion group have been made with many opinions| and extra comments. The huge of the collected data need some kind of additional effort and more analysis to produce valuable dataset. Balanced dataset is one of this extra effort, we are going to create. Therefore, the collected and annotated dataset represents real news for pilgrims' services. So, we need to build additional quantity of these data to be fake news. Accordingly, a precondition procedure invoked as a methodology to create and then annotate such dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

The software development process is more flexible with the concept of containerization in the microservice platform. This research is on three key components to resolve problems faced by the developers and DevOps teams in the IT industry. First, the development phase expects a fully automated software release process from to the deployment phase and then optimize processes tailored to Docker, and Kubernetes, in microservice-based applications. Then streamline the process and leverage the container orchestration technologies to monitor the main aspect of the development lifecycle through the multi-cloud deployment on demand of the growth of day-today releases on multi-regions. A centralized monitoring platform is developed to monitor the deployed applications and that provides comprehensive visibility regarding performance and health of microservices. At the stage of scalarization in microservices, Vertical Pod Autoscaling (VPA) and Horizontal Pod Autoscaling (HPA) are available approaches for resource allocation, and they require measuring the minimum and maximum resource limits. As a result, an intelligent resource allocation system is proposed using a combination of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) algorithms to cater to dynamic resource allocation, optimizing scalability, and improving cost-efficiency. This research aims to achieve practical insights into the IT industry's automated deployment, managing, scaling, and monitoring of microservice-based applications through the mentioned components. © 2023 IEEE.

Aspect’s extraction is a critical task in aspect-based sentiment analysis,including explicit and implicit aspects *** extensive research has identified explicit aspects,little effort has been put forward on implicit aspects extraction due to the complexity of the ***,existing research on implicit aspect identification is widely carried out on product reviews targeting specific aspects while neglecting sentences’dependency ***,in this paper,a multi-level knowledge engineering approach for identifying implicit movie aspects is *** proposed method first identifies explicit aspects using a variant of BiLSTM and CRF(Bidirectional Long Short Memory-Conditional Random Field),which serve as a memory to process dependent sentences to infer implicit *** can identify implicit aspects from four types of sentences,including independent and three types of dependent *** study is evaluated on a largemovie reviews dataset with 50k *** experimental results showed that the explicit aspect identification method achieved 89%F1-score and implicit aspect extraction methods achieved 76%*** addition,the proposed approach also performs better than the state-of-the-art techniques(NMFIAD andML-KB+)on the product review dataset,where it achieved 93%precision,92%recall,and 93%F1-score.
