The use of lEC 61850 in electrical substation automation systems may have an impact on increasing the effectiveness and interoperability of smart grids. On the other hand, the development of connectivity will give rise to a high level of security vulnerabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to implement an effective system to protect the integrity of the infrastructure from attacks. This article will present the introduction of normal traffic patterns and attacks by means of feature extraction to improve system performance, as well as a threat detection system from an attack. Through traffic pattern analysis, the system can differentiate between attack traffic and normal traffic. This research describes what normal and attack traffic looks like on GOOSE communication data in the lEC 61850 network. The aim of this research is to identify, explain, and differentiate between normal and attack traffic which finally can increase attack detection, high response capability, and reduce false positives. In the future, it is hoped that the resulting data can reduce data complexity and traffic fluctuations in IEC 61850. © 2024 IEEE.

Image captioning is an emerging field in machine *** refers to the ability to automatically generate a syntactically and semantically meaningful sentence that describes the content of an *** captioning requires a complex machine learning process as it involves two sub models:a vision sub-model for extracting object features and a language sub-model that use the extracted features to generate meaningful ***-based vision transformers models have a great impact in vision field *** this paper,we studied the effect of using the vision transformers on the image captioning process by evaluating the use of four different vision transformer models for the vision sub-models of the image captioning The first vision transformers used is DINO(self-distillation with no labels).The second is PVT(Pyramid Vision Transformer)which is a vision transformer that is not using convolutional *** third is XCIT(cross-Covariance Image Transformer)which changes the operation in self-attention by focusing on feature dimension instead of token *** last one is SWIN(Shifted windows),it is a vision transformer which,unlike the other transformers,uses shifted-window in splitting the *** a deeper evaluation,the four mentioned vision transformers have been tested with their different versions and different configuration,we evaluate the use of DINO model with five different backbones,PVT with two versions:PVT_v1and PVT_v2,one model of XCIT,SWIN *** results show the high effectiveness of using SWIN-transformer within the proposed image captioning model with regard to the other models.

COVID-19 pandemic restrictions limited all social activities to curtail the spread of the *** foremost and most prime sector among those affected were schools,colleges,and *** education system of entire nations had shifted to online education during this *** shortcomings of Learning Management Systems(LMSs)were detected to support education in an online mode that spawned the research in Artificial Intelligence(AI)based tools that are being developed by the research community to improve the effectiveness of *** paper presents a detailed survey of the different enhancements to LMSs,which are led by key advances in the area of AI to enhance the real-time and non-real-time user *** AI-based enhancements proposed to the LMSs start from the Application layer and Presentation layer in the form of flipped classroom models for the efficient learning environment and appropriately designed UI/UX for efficient utilization of LMS utilities and resources,including AI-based *** layer enhancements are also required,such as AI-based online proctoring and user authentication using *** extend to the Transport layer to support real-time and rate adaptive encrypted video transmission for user security/privacy and satisfactory working of *** also needs the support of the Networking layer for IP-based geolocation features,the Virtual Private Network(VPN)feature,and the support of Software-Defined Networks(SDN)for optimum Quality of Service(QoS).Finally,in addition to these,non-real-time user experience is enhanced by other AI-based enhancements such as Plagiarism detection algorithms and Data Analytics.

The use of technology and information devices contributes to global warming. This issue has also become a concern for UN institutions, as stated in international environmental agreements, which aim to stabilize greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere at a level that prevents anthropogenic and dangerous disturbances to the environmental system. This research uses a line of code derived from the tanjak dataset, a student project from 2003 to 2020, numbering 500. This research aims to apply energy consumption efficiency to reduce CO2 emissions produced using computer devices, especially in developing software. The approach used in this research is clean code, which can provide benefits in the form of a line of code that is easy to read, understand, test, and maintain so that it can create savings in energy use. In the test, the line of code used was 1,072,089, producing an energy of 82,152.18 Joules, minus the line of code comments, which was 76,750, producing an energy of 2,971.25 Joules. Initial research results show that the clean code approach can be used to save energy usage, with the result of the line of code used being 995,339 and producing 79,180 Joules of energy, so it can affect reducing CO2 emissions when implementing software development. © 2024 IEEE.

Job Resumes Recommendation using Integration of Fuzzy Discernibility Matrix Feature Selection and Convolutional Neural Network Multi-label Text Classification

The manual analysis of job resumes poses specific challenges, including the time-intensive process and the high likelihood of human error, emphasizing the need for automation in content-based recommendations. Recent advancements in deep learning, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for Multi-label Text Classification (MLTC), offer a promising solution for addressing these challenges through artificial intelligence. While CNN is renowned for its robust feature extraction capabilities, it faces specific challenges such as managing high-dimensional data and poor data interpretability. To address these limitations, this study employs the Fuzzy Discernibility Matrix (FDM) feature selection technique to determine the relevance of skills for each job vacancy. FDM assigns weights to the features of each job category and ranks their relevance based on the highest scores, which are then utilized in the MLTC CNN model. The integration of FDM and MLTC CNN serves as the foundation for generating content-based recommendations derived from key features in job resumes. This study produces a content-based job recommendation system that displays the top three job categories, accompanied by explanations of the skills supporting each selected category. These recommendations also consider cosine similarity values between analyzed items and the integrated results of FDM and MLTC CNN. The application of FDM for feature weighting has been proven to enhance multi-label text classification outcomes by providing better insights during the feature selection process. With a recall of 97.26%, precision of 94.81%, and accuracy of 98.58%, the MLTC model integrating FDM feature selection and CNN demonstrates robust performance characteristics in content-based job recommendation tasks. © 2025 Slovene Society Informatika. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics are greatly transforming the healthcare scenario by facilitating the early detection of diseases, personalized medicine, and improved public health interventions. AI, by employing machine learning and deep learning, processes big and complex datasets, whereas Big Data detects patterns and predicts risks, enhancing resource utilization and readiness for health emergencies. Yet, the technologies are faced with a range of challenges that include data security concerns, matters of integrating many systems, and the requirement of real-time processing in ever-changing healthcare environments. Although recent technological advancements such as sophisticated deep learning algorithms and decentralized data processing have been promising solutions to some of these challenges, issues of easy integration and privacy remain. This paper suggests an objective-oriented framework to enhance the application of AI and Big Data solutions in healthcare to overcome current limitations and establish a more efficient, personalized, and predictive healthcare system. © 2025 IEEE.

Skin cancer's increasing incidence rates necessitate advanced diagnostic tools. This research uses MobileNet architecture to develop an enhanced system for skin cancer detection. MobileNet's efficient CNN architecture, combined with Keras for model lifecycle management and TensorFlow for real-time inference, forms the foundation of this study. Using 10,015 dermatoscopic pictures from seven different classifications of skin cancer in the HAM10000 dataset, the methodology includes several key stages: image preprocessing to correct illumination and adjust resolution, data augmentation to balance the dataset, and model training using Transfer Learning. The MobileNet model was trained over 50 epochs with a comprehensive architecture incorporating multiple specialized layers. By combining large-scale data analysis and adaptive learning, this methodology demonstrates The revolutionary possibilities of AI and ML in improving skin cancer diagnostics and public health outcomes. Ransomware is one of the most advanced malware which uses high computer resources and services to encrypt system data once it infects a system and causes large financial data losses to the organization and individuals. There are certain automatic ransomware detection and analysis strategies available nowadays. File system analysis reveals some essential patterns and artifacts that can be very useful to understand its behavior spreading mechanism, taxonomy for malware forensics experts. Current trend explores Ransomware as a service (RaaS) and Malware as a service (MaaS) on Darknet. This paper reveals a theory of digital forensic methodology to identify the spreading/infection mechanism and attack path, the cryptographic methodology, windows services, process, APIs, persistence mechanism, and system lockdown strategies and malware analysis methodology. A new multimodal sentiment analysis for images containing textual information

Multimodal sentiment analysis on images with textual content is a research area aiming to understand the sentiment conveyed by visual and textual elements in the images. While multimodal sentiment analysis on images and text (reviews) has its own challenges, the combination of textual and visual content in the form of images presents new challenges as well as opportunities. In this research work, we proposed a multimodal sentiment analysis method that works on images incorporating textual elements. In the textual sentiment analysis model, we initially employed a recognition system to extract textual data from input images. Our proposed multimodal method is based on transfer learning, considering two pre-trained deep learning models, Xception, and RoBERTa, to extract features from both visual and textual content from multimedia images. We then implemented a fusion strategy to combine these two modalities (Visual Sentiment Analysis (VSA) and Textual Sentiment Analysis (TSA)) to enhance the accuracy of the proposed method and to provide a more comprehensive understanding of sentiment in multimedia content. In addition, we curated a custom dataset comprising images with associated text labels and sentiments. To ensure accurate labels, we conducted human evaluations involving thirty annotators. Our dataset includes images labeled with negative, neutral, and positive sentiments. Experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of combining visual and textual features for sentiment analysis. The findings from this research hold promising implications for real-world applications, such as sentiment analysis in social media, product reviews, and marketing campaigns, where both images and text play a significant role in conveying emotional context. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.
