To train sentiment classifiers, a collective multi-Trends sentiment classification approach is proposed for numerous tweets simultaneously. This technique uses sentiment facts from exceptional tweets to train accurate and potent classifiers. The sentiment classifiers are divided into universal and trend-specific components. The approach automatically recognizes key elements in online customer reviews, diagnoses critical product components based on observations, and administers exams and assessments using language-neutral skills. The global version captures the entire sentiment expertise across multiple tweets. Each Trend's emotional emotions are captured by the Greedy & Dynamic Blocking Algorithms model Naive Bayes and Drimux SVM. For sentiment knowledge, it uses labeled and unlabeled samples, and tweet similarity is taken into account as a regularizer. This study considers two different versions, one based on language and the other on facial expressions. For clarity, green algorithms are shown. The performance of the multi-Trends sentiment class has enhanced. © 2023 IEEE.

An Internet of Things (IoT) appears to be an innovative technology with great potential for widespread development. There has been a rise in data security issues in recent years as a consequence of various technological developments. Despite the proliferation of security precautions, criminals have learned to circumvent them. We employ a Contingently Generative Adversarial Network in our research to detect harmful online behaviour (CC-GAN). Our proposed system employs CC-GAN, which can identify novel threats, to carry out intrusion detection based on anomalies. An Internet-of-Things layer, a fog layer, as well as a cloud layer make up the whole of our proposed fog-based infrastructure. The IoT layer consists of many connected devices, and it is here that the CC-GAN receives the training data it needs to learn to recognise potential security breaches. A convolutional neural network & encoder are trained on the cloud layer, where additional computing takes place. Adding a fog layer might help decrease the delay. Finally, the attack detection score is evaluated. For this exercise, we use the network simulator version 2.6. (NS 3.26). The simulation result shows that the proposed system achieves a higher detection rate than the state-of-the-art systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Skin diseases like acne, psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis affect millions worldwide. Skin cancer and melanoma are diseases that happen due to exposure to UV radiation. The early detection of skin diseases is crucial for effective treatment and prevention of further complications. This work comprehensively reviews various image-based techniques for skin disease detection, including traditional computer vision methods such as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Random Forest (RF), Naïve Bayes (NB), k-nearest Neighbour (k-NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). ISIC and dermofit datasets comprised 26,150 images divided into three categories: training (20,150), testing (3000), and validation (2000), respectively. Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) and Mean Squared Error (MSE) are used to calculate the accuracy and precision of models. As a result, it concluded that CNN outperformed with 94.91% accuracy. The proposed system can aid dermatologists in making accurate diagnoses and improve patient care. © 2024 IEEE.

This case study uses the Karate Framework to reduce the time and resources required for testing an application programming interface (API) for an Online Assessment Web Application, which is part of a continuous development process involving numerous complex features and test cases challenging to perform tests manually. The study aims to verify the correctness of the API's operation and facilitate regression testing during the development process to promptly detect errors. The study involved the testing of 162 test cases using the Karate Framework. Additionally, software quality assurance reports were created to confirm the quality and effectiveness of the Karate Framework in reducing manual testing time by over several hours compared with manual testing. Also, it is more effective than Robot Framework due to Karate Framework's capability of parallel threads. The findings suggest that using the Karate Framework can potentially optimize API testing processes of the case study. © 2023 IEEE.

The computer system that is used to take attendance online is going to be upgraded as part of this project. This attendance tracking system is able to hold the technology known as facial recognition, which is a useful feature. This device helps students take attendance by utilizing both a biometric technology and artificial intelligence algorithms in one convenient package. When pupils enter the classroom, the face recognition software can identify them, making it useful for educational institutions of any kind. The existing system has a number of flaws that make it difficult to accurately record the attendance of both students and teachers. The approach makes it simpler to mark attendance and lowers the number of mistakes that might occur when doing *** students and teachers will gain a significant amount by utilizing these techniques. The ability to recognize people based on their faces is becoming increasingly significant in practically every industry. Face recognition techniques will be used to understand the faces. An attendance record is compared to the record that corresponds to it that was previously saved in the database. A student's photograph is used as a check point for this comparison. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the challenges of treating lung tumors in radiation therapy is the patient's respiratory movements during the treatment, which lead to tumor motion. The goal of respiratory motion prediction is to predict the movements of lung tissues and lung tumors during the breathing cycle. Predicting respiratory movements allows radiation to be directed only at the tumor, minimizing exposure to healthy tissue and reducing the risk of side effects. Using 4D CT images, we can find the next position of the lung tumor and make a 4D radiation therapy plan. As obtaining 4D CT scans is harmful to the patient due to radiation, the aim of this study is to construct a 4D CT during a respiratory cycle using only a 3D image. In this paper, a Chaotic Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory network is proposed, which utilizes chaotic features in respiratory signals to predict pulmonary movements more accurately. The innovation of this method is paying attention to chaotic features of respiratory signals, which leads to better interpretability of the presented model. The obtained results show that the proposed method has a higher learning speed and better performance compared to previous models, which generate 4D CT scans. The home delivery service is a crucial part of the delivery process. Still, it has the highest financial and trustworthiness costs because it's the only part that directly touches the customer. If it works, the customer will be happy, and the company will make money, but if it doesn't, the customer will be skeptical, and the product will not be trusted. One big issue with the delivery process that this study will try to address is the prevalence of fraudulent or inaccurate deliveries. Making the most money possible from each journey is the primary goal of most riders. The delivery management system allows riders to falsely record orders as completed, allowing them to receive many orders simultaneously. Because the consumer usually gets a message or notification saying their item has been delivered when it hasn't, this weakens their faith in the organization and messes up the delivery process. Return to Origin (RTO) rates rose, and consumer confidence in the brand fell due to the fraudulent shipments. The suggested approach is based on ML models that are supervised. © 2024 IEEE.

As cloud computing evolves, traditional resilience strategies must adapt to new challenges. This paper introduces CRISP, Cloud Resilient Infrastructure for Self-Healing Platforms, a pioneering framework designed to enhance cloud resilience through autonomous fault management. By leveraging advanced machine learning, predictive analytics, and dynamic adaptation, CRISP Clouds provides a robust solution for real-time fault detection, diagnosis, and automated recovery. Our findings highlight CRISP Clouds’ ability to significantly improve system agility, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage. Chest x-ray studies can be automatically detected and their locations located using artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare. To detect the location of findings, additional annotation in the form of bounding boxes is required, rather than image-level labeling. Accurate interpretation of chest radiographs is essential for diagnosing thoracic abnormalities. This paper introduces a novel method for abnormality detection in chest radiographs using the VinDr-CXR dataset. Labeled training sets are improved by incorporating data augmentation and advanced pre-processing techniques. To improve the accuracy of anomaly identification, the study makes use of ensemble object detection models, such as the modified weighted boxes fusion (iWBFCxr) technique. With an average precision (AP) of 0.2434 for class 14, experimental results on the VinDr-CXR dataset show an overall mean average precision (mAP) of 0.2791. The iWBFCxr approach, when combined with ensemble predictions, has the potential to improve abnormality localization. By integrating enhanced label merging with ensemble object detection models, our method improves abnormality localization in chest radiographs significantly, improving thoracic abnormality diagnosis accuracy and possibly leading to new medical interventions. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management 2024.

Cancer detection and predetection are being highly researched and studied recently due to the high density spread of this disease. It occurs when abnormal cells divide continuously without limitation where it can spread randomly to different parts of the body. Different types of cancer are recorded targeting the blood, lungs, bones, liver, and many other organs. People with cancer have similar symptoms such as lumps, abnormal bleeding, eating problems, fatigue, weight loss, and some more severe issues. Breast Cancer, which will be addressed in this work, is a type of cancer that hits women in general. It is dangerous especially when cells around the breast area overgrow and cause lumps on the breasts. In order to pre-detect and try to avoid breast cancer., it's important to perform annual mammography check. This work is aimed to create a classification system that uses neural network algorithms to conclude whether a certain tumor is a malignant or a benign tumor. Back Propagation algorithm as well as supervised learning were used and tested with highly satisfying successful classification. © 2023 IEEE.
