Automatic Speaker Identification (ASI) is so crucial for security. Current ASI systems perform well in quiet and clean surroundings. However, in noisy situations, the robustness of an ASI system against additive noise and interference is a crucial factor. An investigation of the impact of interference on ASI system performance is presented in this paper, which introduces algorithms for achieving high ASI system performance. The objective is to resist the interference of various forms. This paper presents two models for the ASI task in the presence of interference. The first one depends on Normalized Pitch Frequency (NPF) and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) as extracted features and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) as a classifier. In this model, we investigate the utilization of a Discrete Transform (DT), such as Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Discrete Sine Transform (DST), to increase the robustness of extracted features against different types of degradation through exploiting the sub-band decomposition characteristics of DWT and the energy compaction property of DCT and DST. This is achieved by extracting features directly from contaminated speech signals in addition to features extracted from discrete transformed signals to create hybrid feature vectors. The enhancement techniques, such as Spectral Subtraction (SS), Winer Filter, and adaptive Wiener filter, are used in a preprocessing stage to eliminate the effect of the interference on the ASI system. In the second model, we investigate the utilization of Deep Learning (DL) based on a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with speech signal spectrograms and their Radon transforms to increase the robustness of the ASI system against interference effects. HistoDX: Revolutionizing Breast Cancer Diagnosis Through Advanced Imaging Techniques

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of mortality among women worldwide, highlighting the need for efficient histopathology-based screening methods for early diagnosis. This study introduces HistoDX, a deep learning framework to classify Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) using 277,524 histopathology image patches ( $50\times 50$ pixels) from Paul Mooney’s IDC dataset on Kaggle, comprising No Cancer and IDC(+) classes. HistoDX employs a preprocessing pipeline with normalization, data augmentation, and class balancing via oversampling and weighted loss to address the class imbalance. A customized convolutional neural network, built on EfficientNetV2-B3 with additional layers, achieves 97% accuracy and a 0.91 ROC-AUC score on the test set. Validation on BreakHis (97% accuracy) and BACH (90% accuracy) datasets confirm generalizability, though detecting under sampled IDC(+) cases remains challenging. Low training and test losses underscore reliability. HistoDX empowers pathologists by enhancing diagnostic efficiency and minimizing subjectivity through effective class imbalance mitigation. Its robust performance across diverse datasets like BreakHis and BACH suggests readiness for clinical integration. Future research into advanced augmentation techniques, ensemble models, and whole-slide image analysis could further optimize accuracy, sensitivity, and scalability, paving the way for broader adoption in precision oncology.

WSNs are applied in many disciplines where certain conditions require the ability to adapt to network sink mobility and changes in the dynamics of the area coverage. To meet these needs, it is necessary to develop integrated systems where the ''terrestrial' systems and the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)' collect data from sensors efficiently. Planning of UAV trajectories is another challenging issue if many WSN nodes are randomly deployed. This challenge has a big impact on the overall effectiveness of the system. This paper presents a novel approach for reducing the traveled distance of unscrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) to improve the data collection efficiency in WSNs with poor node density. This article deals with select mechanisms that are provided by the object-oriented programming language Java. Using these mechanisms is crucial for a proper approach to object-oriented programming. However, this is often difficult for many programmers that are new to writing code in the said language. This paper looks at these mechanisms, defines them by quoting various sources, and proposes a solution that spots these described mechanisms in code. It does so by reading source code from .java files inputted by its user, gathering information about the defined and used classes, interfaces, methods, etc. With this information gained it outputs data which would often require a larger context of the code and good knowledge of the files’ contents. Thanks to the strict definitions and rules, that will be stated later in this paper, the application can consistently spot these mechanisms in code and inform its user about the fact. As a result, the application can help programmers that are new to object-oriented programming languages by ensuring them, that they implemented these mechanisms correctly, or by informing them about their absence. The core mechanisms described in this paper are inheritance, encapsulation, class association, and polymorphism. © 2023 Copyright for this paper by its authors.

The evolution of product families is complex due to the exponential growth of new products with a modified codebase. It is caused by the introduction of new such important or restrictive features that allow transforming an existing solution into a new product as the basis for another one. Specifically, both the structure of resulting components and semantic information need to be taken into account to provide in-depth supporting materials by capturing feature interactions and their capabilities. Additionally, data from heterogeneous applications usually differ and their handling needs account for different scoring. We tackled these problems by creating various supporting views based on structural and semantic information. Related applications are modeled as graphs, also instances of their components are optionally included, and various matrix based algorithms based on similarity metrics are integrated. The final integrated and automated approach is efficient because it runs in polynomial time, is extensively focused on dependencies/connections between nodes, can be adapted to big data, and is extendable and enhanced to support different metrics. Its capability to organize analyzed parts into hierarchies by applying hierarchic clustering helps to specify the context to support comprehension or find a related position of features based on their interaction, especially their coupling. With regards to possible design issues, each updated product should be checked by an expert or more autonomously against performed predictions, especially its complexity and coupling between components. Additionally, extendability can be measured from the chosen sequence of such updates. An approach including an automated matrix based feature recognition process is presented in the analysis of modular Angular applications. Educational teaching apps are primarily available in app stores to educate students in various contexts. Lack of educational resources, physical and mental health conditions, and poverty cause some students to skip school and move on to the next school grade without completing the course content of the previous grade. Most of the available apps focus on specific content to cover. The Smart Primary Education Tutor (SPET) teaching app specifically focuses on the missed content by analyzing their knowledge gap and providing lessons to cover the missed content. The main objective of SPET is to develop a methodology to identify the gap in student knowledge and fill the knowledge gap by teaching using smart techniques. SPET is determined to identify students' interactions (attention, emotions) with the system to identify students' ability to use the learning tool, identifying gaps in students' knowledge levels compared to their actual grades using activities and voice-based technologies, teaching to cover the knowledge gap by providing engaging activities and lessons and evaluating students by conducting a final assessment and analyze students' knowledge and performance obtained through the system. Students between the ages of 5 and 8 are targeted in the community to apply. The solution embeds deep learning-based models including attention classification models using head posture estimation, facial expression recognition, and eye gaze estimation, speech recognition models to identify provided verbal answers, handwriting recognition models to evaluate student performance, and smart teaching. The child emotion recognition model achieved 93% accuracy. The Attention span evaluation model achieved 85% accuracy. The handwritten numerical and English character data recognition model which detects answers for the final assessment paper achieved 85% percent of accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

The study aims to develop a mobile application for young children to learn Sinhala letters, shapes, colors, and storytelling incorporating machine learning models to evaluate and enhance educational activities. With the rise of online education during the COVID-19 pandemic, the familiarity of children with mobile devices provides an opportunity to create an engaging and educational experience. The application will teach Sinhala letters using object images, allowing children to upload their own images for feedback. It also includes a feature for children to practice writing letters and analyze their progress. Also, the application introduces colors and shapes in Sinhala, encouraging children to draw and track their improvement. Additionally, the application aims to generate stories in Sinhala to improve children's creativity and thinking knowledge. This research addresses a critical gap in existing Sinhala learning applications by integrating machine learning for activity assessment, promising to significantly impact and improve early language education for children. © 2023 IEEE.
