In a number of industries, including computer graphics, robotics, and medical imaging, three-dimensional reconstruction is essential. In this research, a CNN-based Multi-output and Multi-Task Regressor with deep learning capabilities is proposed for three-dimensional object reconstruction from 3D point cloud. Our approach is grounded in the original Point Net architecture, which addresses the difficulties associated with convolution when applied to point clouds. Firstly, this paper is modified using a Multi-Output Regressor to accurately recreate Super forms from 3D point clouds. Using this method, we first extract features from the 3D point cloud using Point Net. After that, a Multi-Output Regressor receives these data and uses them to anticipate the Super shape parameters needed to reconstruct the shape. Taking in the data, the Multi-Output Regressor retrieved characteristics from Point Net and simultaneously predicts several outcomes. Second, a Multi-Task Regressor is used to modify the Point Net. The network gains from the capacity to transfer knowledge from one task to another, improving the model's overall performance. The model would forecast the ten parameters needed to create the shape in the case of rebuilding Super shapes. The test findings were better than expected;they are intriguing in terms of prediction accuracy and cost, and they update the result by 80%, which is a good accomplishment for the study. © 2025 Slovene Society Informatika. Federated Collaborative Graph Neural Networks for Few-shot Graph Classification

Graph neural networks(GNNs)have achieved state-of-the-art performance on graph classification tasks,which aim to pre-dict the class labels of entire graphs and have widespread ***,existing GNN based methods for graph classification are data-hungry and ignore the fact that labeling graph examples is extremely expensive due to the intrinsic *** import-antly,real-world graph data are often scattered in different *** by these observations,this article presents federated collaborative graph neural networks for few-shot graph classification,termed *** its owned graph examples,each client first trains two branches to collaboratively characterize each graph from different views and obtains a high-quality local few-shot graph learn-ing model that can generalize to novel categories not seen while *** each branch,initial graph embeddings are extracted by any GNN and the relation information among graph examples is incorporated to produce refined graph representations via relation aggrega-tion layers for few-shot graph classification,which can reduce over-fitting while learning with scarce labeled graph ***,multiple clients owning graph data unitedly train the few-shot graph classification models with better generalization ability and effect-ively tackle the graph data island *** experimental results on few-shot graph classification benchmarks demonstrate the ef-fectiveness and superiority of our proposed framework.

Skin segmentation participates significantly in various biomedical applications,such as skin cancer identification and skin lesion *** paper presents a novel framework for segmenting the *** framework contains two main stages:The first stage is for removing different types of noises from the dermoscopic images,such as hair,speckle,and impulse noise,and the second stage is for segmentation of the dermoscopic images using an attention residual U-shaped Network(U-Net).The framework uses variational Autoencoders(VAEs)for removing the hair noises,the Generative Adversarial Denoising Network(DGAN-Net),the Denoising U-shaped U-Net(D-U-NET),and Batch Renormalization U-Net(Br-U-NET)for remov-ing the speckle noise,and the Laplacian Vector Median Filter(MLVMF)for removing the impulse *** the second main stage,the residual attention u-net was used for *** framework achieves(35.11,31.26,27.01,and 26.16),(36.34,33.23,31.32,and 28.65),and(36.33,32.21,28.54,and 27.11)for removing hair,speckle,and impulse noise,respectively,based on Peak Signal Noise Ratio(PSNR)at the level of(0.1,0.25,0.5,and 0.75)of *** framework also achieves an accuracy of nearly 94.26 in the dice score in the process of segmentation before removing noise and 95.22 after removing different types of *** experiments have shown the efficiency of the used model in removing noise according to the structural similarity index measure(SSIM)and PSNR and in the segmentation process as well.

YOLOCSP-PEST for Crops Pest Localization and Classification

Preservation of the crops depends on early and accurate detection of pests on crops as they cause several diseases decreasing crop production and quality. Several deep-learning techniques have been applied to overcome the issue of pest detection on crops. We have developed the YOLOCSP-PEST model for Pest localization and classification. With the Cross Stage Partial Network (CSPNET) backbone, the proposed model is a modified version of You Only Look Once Version 7 (YOLOv7) that is intended primarily for pest localization and classification. Our proposed model gives exceptionally good results under conditions that are very challenging for any other comparable models especially conditions where we have issues with the luminance and the orientation of the images. It helps farmers working out on their crops in distant areas to determine any infestation quickly and accurately on their crops which helps in the quality and quantity of the production yield. The model has been trained and tested on 2 datasets namely the IP102 data set and a local crop data set on both of which it has shown exceptional results. It gave us a mean average precision (mAP) of 88.40% along with a precision of 85.55% and a recall of 84.25% on the IP102 dataset meanwhile giving a mAP of 97.18% on the local data set along with a recall of 94.88% and a precision of 97.50%. These findings demonstrate that the proposed model is very effective in detecting real-life scenarios and can help in the production of crops improving the yield quality and quantity at the same time.

Disinformation,often known as fake news,is a major issue that has received a lot of attention *** researchers have proposed effective means of detecting and addressing *** machine and deep learning based methodologies for classification/detection of fake news are content-based,network(propagation)based,or multimodal methods that combine both textual and visual *** introduce here a framework,called FNACSPM,based on sequential pattern mining(SPM),for fake news analysis and *** this framework,six publicly available datasets,containing a diverse range of fake and real news,and their combination,are first transformed into a proper ***,algorithms for SPM are applied to the transformed datasets to extract frequent patterns(and rules)of words,phrases,or linguistic *** obtained patterns capture distinctive characteristics associated with fake or real news content,providing valuable insights into the underlying structures and commonalities of ***,the discovered frequent patterns are used as features for fake news *** framework is evaluated with eight classifiers,and their performance is assessed with various *** experiments were performed and obtained results show that FNACSPM outperformed other state-of-the-art approaches for fake news classification,and that it expedites the classification task with high accuracy.

Russian Language Datasets in the Digital Humanities Domain and Their Evaluation with Word Embeddings 1

In this paper, we present Russian language datasets in the digital humanities domain for the evaluation of word embedding techniques or similar language modeling and feature learning algorithms. The datasets are split into two task types, word intrusion and word analogy, and contain 31362 task units in total. The characteristics of the tasks and datasets are that they build upon small, domain-specific corpora, and that the datasets contain a high number of named entities. The datasets were created manually for two fantasy novel book series ("A Song of Ice and Fire" and "Harry Potter"). We provide baseline evaluations with popular word embedding models trained on the book corpora for the given tasks, both for the Russian and English language versions of the datasets. Finally, we compare and analyze the results and discuss specifics of Russian language with regards to the problem setting. © 2023, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

A Language Framework for Measuring Semantic and Syntactic Similarity for Arabic Texts

A language framework for determining the similarity of two snipped texts is proposed. The edit distance concept is employed as a frame algorithm to capture syntactic and semantic similarities. In the proposed work, syntax level distances between lemma-form words are calculated, while partial edit costs are allowed to embed semantic similarity measurements. Many knowledge resources have been used, such as words’ synonyms, negation rules, and word semantic spaces. A researchable Arabic thesaurus dictionary is built in two forms, surface form and lemma form. Semantic word spaces are generated from one of the word embedding models, which represents the words in vector spaces. The algorithm is enhanced to overcome problems with different word orders between sentences by a word permutation technique that elects the best alignment of the snipped text words to yield the best matching score. The algorithm also studied the effect of negation words on textual similarity. The proposed approach was implemented to find the similarity between Arabic language texts. Results are compared with other state-of-the-art algorithms using two benchmark datasets. The experimental results show that the proposed approach achieves a higher Pearson correlation coefficient compared to other works. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

With the rapid development of computer vision and deep learning technologies, object detection plays a crucial role in various fields. Due to the complexity and diversity of underwater environments, underwater vision tasks face great challenges. In this paper, we improved the YOLOv8 detection model for the fish detection task in complex environments. Specifically, we proposed a multi-scale feature fusion method (MFANet) that combines multiscale weighted feature fusion with multiscale attention to efficiently capture multilevel features of fishes in complex environments. We designed a multiscale weighted feature fusion module that combines feature maps at different scales to enhance the model's representation of the target. By introducing a multi-scale attention mechanism, the model is able to pay more attention to important feature regions. We conducted experiments on real underwater complex environment datasets. The results show that our proposed improved method significantly enhances the performance of the YOLOv8 model in fish detection tasks and lays a good foundation for subsequent underwater detection tasks. © 2024 IEEE.
