The development of digital payment technology, such as Gopay, has provided convenience for the Indonesian public. To understand user satisfaction and identify key issues, this study analyzes Gopay user reviews using a hybrid approach. The main issues addressed are the imbalance in review data and the lack of studies integrating Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models for topic analysis. This research encompasses three main stages: topic identification using LDA, data balancing with Random Over Sampling and Neighborhood Cleaning Rule (ROS-NCL), and topic classification using CNN. The model is designed to accurately identify and classify key topics. Furthermore, this method is compared with other approaches to assess its advantages. The research findings show that this hybrid approach is effective in addressing data imbalance, achieving a topic classification accuracy of 96%. These findings provide valuable insights for service providers to improve the quality of Gopay services based on topic analysis derived from user feedback.

One of the problems with Smart Transportation is the problem of cost and travel time. This problem is known as the Variable Routing Problem (VRP). In some real cases, in addition to considering route selection, there are limitations on the capacity and time period for the vehicle to serve each customer known as Time Windows, so VRP has developed into Variable Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). One way to solve VRPTW is to use metaheuristic methods. However, the metaheuristic method has a weakness, which are it can get stuck in local optimums and fail to find better global solutions. To overcome this, a combination with other methods or known as hybrid is needed. The formulation of this research problem is how to develop a Smart transportation model using a metaheuristic hybrid algorithm. The purpose of this study is to develop a Smart transportation model using a metaheuristic hybrid algorithm. The method used is to combine two metaheuristic algorithms, which are the Dragonfly Algorithm (DA) and the Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS). The result of this research is a new algorithm model which is a hybrid between DA and VNS. Through a combination of global exploration using DA and local exploitation using VNS, this algorithm is expected to be able to find a better solution and faster convergence in solving VRPTW problems © 2024 IEEE.

Many things, such as goods, products, and websites are evaluated based on user's notes and comments. One popular research project is sentiment analysis, which aims to extract information from notes and comments as a natural language processing (NLP) to understand and express emotions. In this study we analyzed the sentiment of ChatGPT labeled tweet datasets sourced from the Kaggle community using five Machine Learning (ML) algorithms;decision tree, KNN, Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, and SVM. We applied three feature extraction techniques: positive/negative frequency, a bag of words (count vector), and TF IDF. For each classification algorithm. The results were assessed using accuracy measures. Our experiments achieved an accuracy of 96.41% with the SVM classifier when using TF- IDF as a feature extraction technique. © 2024 Slovene Society Informatika. All rights reserved.

Sentiment analysis is extracting information in the form of emotional tendencies based on a series of data. One data source that can be used is tweets from users on Twitter social media. The biggest challenge of text-based sentiment analysis is the Text's multiple representations or meanings. In addition, the rules for writing non-standard texts require special handling. This study analyzes public sentiment towards the police by crawling Twitter tweets with the hashtag #percumaLaporPolisi. Process stages in this study include data collection, pre-processing, feature engineering, Naive Bayes classification, and evaluation. In the data collection process, manual labelling was carried out into three classes: positive, neutral, and negative, resulting in 633 data. At the pre-processing stage, the dataset will be normalized by Text, namely changing the words of slang and typos to synonyms of more understandable words. For feature engineering, researchers use TF-IDF for feature extraction algorithms and chi-square for feature selection. This study uses Naive Bayes as a classification algorithm because of its ability to classify documents by paying attention to the number of word occurrences. The study results show that people tend to be negative toward the police. Meanwhile, the naive Bayes classification model developed produces an accuracy of 74.8%. © 2023 IEEE.

In the context of monitoring student engagement during learning sessions, the ability to accurately detect sleepiness can be a valuable asset. Early detection of sleepiness is critical to evaluate the need for intervention to ensure effective learning outcomes. Prolonged student sleepiness can negatively impact learning effectiveness and may result in academic challenges. This research used a semantic segmentation network to monitor and detect the level of sleepiness in students during learning sessions by modifying the U-Net architecture, which is enhanced with Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (Conv-LSTM) blocks. Conv-LSTM blocks enable efficient feature sharing between network layers and improve accuracy in detecting sleepiness. In this study, experiments were carried out and the proposed method for monitoring students in the classroom was evaluated. The results of this research showed that the percentage of students who made movements detected in the video and extracted in image detection was 92% accurate and not sleepy. © 2023 IEEE.

In terms of security and privacy,mobile ad-hoc network(MANET)continues to be in demand for additional debate and *** more MANET applications become data-oriented,implementing a secure and reliable data transfer protocol becomes a major concern in the ***,MANET’s lack of infrastructure,unpredictable topology,and restricted resources,as well as the lack of a previously permitted trust relationship among connected nodes,contribute to the attack detection burden.A novel detection approach is presented in this paper to classify passive and active black-hole *** proposed approach is based on the dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm,which presents a plausible path out of multiple paths for statistics transmission to boost MANETs’quality of service.A group of selected packet features will then be weighed by the DTO-based multi-layer perceptron(DTO-MLP),and these features are collected from nodes using the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchical(LEACH)clustering *** is a powerful classifier and the DTO weight optimization method has a significant impact on improving the classification process by strengthening the weights of key features while suppressing the weights ofminor *** hybridmethod is primarily designed to combat active black-hole *** the LEACH clustering phase,however,can also detect passive black-hole *** effect of mobility variation on detection error and routing overhead is explored and evaluated using the suggested *** diverse mobility situations,the results demonstrate up to 97%detection accuracy and faster execution ***,the suggested approach uses an adjustable threshold value to make a correct conclusion regarding whether a node is malicious or benign.

Stroke and cerebral haemorrhage are the second leading causes of death in the world after ischaemic heart *** this work,a dataset containing medical,physiological and environmental tests for stroke was used to evaluate the efficacy of machine learning,deep learning and a hybrid technique between deep learning and machine learning on theMagnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)dataset for cerebral *** the first dataset(medical records),two features,namely,diabetes and obesity,were created on the basis of the values of the corresponding *** t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbour Embedding algorithm was applied to represent the high-dimensional dataset in a low-dimensional data ***,the Recursive Feature Elimination algorithm(RFE)was applied to rank the features according to priority and their correlation to the target feature and to remove the unimportant *** features are fed into the various classification algorithms,namely,Support Vector Machine(SVM),K Nearest Neighbours(KNN),Decision Tree,Random Forest,and Multilayer *** algorithms achieved superior *** Random Forest algorithm achieved the best performance amongst the algorithms;it reached an overall accuracy of 99%.This algorithm classified stroke cases with Precision,Recall and F1 score of 98%,100%and 99%,*** the second dataset,the MRI image dataset was evaluated by using the AlexNet model and AlexNet+SVM hybrid *** hybrid model AlexNet+SVM performed is better than the AlexNet model;it reached accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and Area Under the Curve(AUC)of 99.9%,100%,99.80%and 99.86%,respectively.

In situations when the precise position of a machine is unknown,localization becomes *** research focuses on improving the position prediction accuracy over long-range(LoRa)network using an optimized machine learning-based *** order to increase the prediction accuracy of the reference point position on the data collected using the fingerprinting method over LoRa technology,this study proposed an optimized machine learning(ML)based *** signal strength indicator(RSSI)data from the sensors at different positions was first gathered via an experiment through the LoRa network in a multistory round layout *** noise factor is also taken into account,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)value is recorded for every RSSI *** study concludes the examination of reference point accuracy with the modified KNN method(MKNN).MKNN was created to more precisely anticipate the position of the reference *** findings showed that MKNN outperformed other algorithms in terms of accuracy and complexity.

This study's objective is to evaluate the system's level of maturity by adopting the COBIT Framework 5. The COBIT Framework is one of the ISACA-issued frameworks that defines the concept of information technology governance. The BAI (Build, Acquire, and Implement) domain is the subject of this investigation. The BAI domain is one of the COBIT 5 Framework domains responsible for program and project management, description of needs, identification of solutions, building change availability and capacity, change acceptance and transition, knowledge, assets, and configuration. This study employs qualitative methods to perform literature reviews and question-and-answer sessions, and then collects quantitative analytical data through the formulation of statements or inquiries. There were 5 respondents who responded to the statement, and they implemented the system. The BAI domain of the CBT Examination system in Jakarta's Senior High School XYZ has been calculated and determined to be at level 4, indicating that the system is functioning appropriately. There are subdomains with a lower maturity level in BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI04, BAI06, BAI07, and BAI08, specifically at a rate between 3.8 and 3.96. Additionally, BAI05, BAI09, and BAI10 contain subdomains with a higher level of maturity, with a value range of 4.07 to 4.15. All BAI subdomains culminate at level 4, the system's maturity level, with a value of 3.93. Level 4 indicates that the level of development for Managed and Measurable is fairly good. It can also provide recommendations for improvements, such as paying attention to project management methods before beginning implementation, being able to estimate the time required for the implementation process, and paying attention to the role of trained stakeholders. © 2023 IEEE.

When designing solar systems and assessing the effectiveness of their many uses,estimating sun irradiance is a crucial first *** study examined three approaches(ANN,GA-ANN,and ANFIS)for estimating daily global solar radiation(GSR)in the south of Algeria:Adrar,Ouargla,and *** proposed hybrid GA-ANN model,based on genetic algorithm-based optimization,was developed to improve the ANN *** GA-ANN and ANFIS models performed better than the standalone ANN-based model,with GA-ANN being better suited for forecasting in all sites,and it performed the best with the best values in the testing phase of Coefficient of Determination(R=0.9005),Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE=8.40%),and Relative Root Mean Square Error(rRMSE=12.56%).Nevertheless,the ANFIS model outperformed the GA-ANN model in forecasting daily GSR,with the best values of indicators when testing the model being R=0.9374,MAPE=7.78%,and rRMSE=10.54%.Generally,we may conclude that the initial ANN stand-alone model performance when forecasting solar radiation has been improved,and the results obtained after injecting the genetic algorithm into the ANN to optimize its weights were *** model can be used to forecast daily GSR in dry climates and other climates and may also be helpful in selecting solar energy system installations and sizes.
