Obstacle removal in crowd evacuation is critical to safety and the evacuation system efficiency. Recently, manyresearchers proposed game theoreticmodels to avoid and remove obstacles for crowd evacuation. Game theoreticalmodels aim to study and analyze the strategic behaviors of individuals within a crowd and their interactionsduring the evacuation. Game theoretical models have some limitations in the context of crowd evacuation. Thesemodels consider a group of individuals as homogeneous objects with the same goals, involve complex mathematicalformulation, and cannot model real-world scenarios such as panic, environmental information, crowds that movedynamically, etc. The proposed work presents a game theoretic model integrating an agent-based model to removethe obstacles from exits. The proposed model considered the parameters named: (1) obstacle size, length, andwidth, (2) removal time, (3) evacuation time, (4) crowd density, (5) obstacle identification, and (6) route *** proposed work conducts various experiments considering different conditions, such as obstacle types, obstacleremoval, and several obstacles. Evaluation results show the proposed model’s effectiveness compared with existingliterature in reducing the overall evacuation time, cell selection, and obstacle removal. The study is potentially usefulfor public safety situations such as emergency evacuations during disasters and calamities.

In a digital landscape demanding cost-effective yet robust data storage solutions, Portable Storage Area Network (SAN) became an affordable alternative for data storage systems. A portable SAN system using the Raspberry Pi solution offers personal users the ability to easily expand their storage capacity, improve data organization and management, protect their data, and have a flexible and mobile solution. Users can share any sort of data. This project aims to address the increasing demand for efficient storage solutions by constructing a portable SAN system using the Raspberry Pi's compact size and budget-friendly hardware. The proposed SAN system enhances data organization, expands storage capacity, and offers secure, flexible data access. Targeting individual users and small to medium-sized enterprises, the project covers hardware specifications, intricate design elements, and the seamless integration of OpenMedia Vault, Raspberry Pi OS, and the iSCSI protocol. Performance, stability, and practicality of the SAN solution are visually presented through extensive testing, to prove its potential benefits for diverse storage needs. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis is the process of algorithmically identifying whether the opinion/emotion in social media posts, movie reviews as positive, negative, or neutral classes. It is becoming an important in making decision for business owners because they want to know the feedback of their products. It classifies the sentiment polarities into different classes in the user's review. This proposed paper aims to predict the sentiment polarity of the user comment review from YouTube channels that are written in Myanmar language by combining BiLSTM (Bidirectional LSTM) and attention mechanism. Although there are many research works of NLP tasks using Myanmar language in machine translation and question answering systems, there are few researches on sentiment analysis tasks. The paper uses the hyperparameter tuning approach that is used to find the optimal parameters in training the neural sentiment model. The AttenSentNet also solves the vanishing gradient problem, which is a long-standing issue in the training the deep learning model. The attention mechanism pays attention to the important sentiment words in the given review. Experiments are tested on the phone product review in Youtube written by Myanmar language. Finally, the experimental results show with the accuracy of AttenSentNet model. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work for sentiment analysis task on Myanmar language using BiLSTM neural network with attention. © 2024 IEEE.

Segmenting a breast ultrasound image is still challenging due to the presence of speckle noise,dependency on the operator,and the variation of image *** paper presents the UltraSegNet architecture that addresses these challenges through three key technical innovations:This work adds three things:(1)a changed ResNet-50 backbone with sequential 3×3 convolutions to keep fine anatomical details that are needed for finding lesion boundaries;(2)a computationally efficient regional attention mechanism that works on high-resolution features without using a transformer’s extra memory;and(3)an adaptive feature fusion strategy that changes local and global featuresbasedonhowthe image isbeing *** evaluation on two distinct datasets demonstrates UltraSegNet’s superior performance:On the BUSI dataset,it obtains a precision of 0.915,a recall of 0.908,and an F1 score of *** the UDAIT dataset,it achieves robust performance across the board,with a precision of 0.901 and recall of ***,these improvements are achieved at clinically feasible computation times,taking 235 ms per image on standard GPU ***,UltraSegNet does amazingly well on difficult small lesions(less than 10 mm),achieving a detection accuracy of *** is a huge improvement over traditional methods that have a hard time with small-scale features,as standard models can only achieve 0.63–0.71 *** improvement in small lesion detection is particularly crucial for early-stage breast cancer *** from this work demonstrate that UltraSegNet can be practically deployable in clinical workflows to improve breast cancer screening accuracy.

This paper proposes Parallelized Linear Time-Variant Acceleration Coefficients and Inertial Weight of Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(PLTVACIW-PSO).Its designed has introduced the benefits of Parallel computing into the combined power of TVAC(Time-Variant Acceleration Coefficients)and IW(Inertial Weight).Proposed algorithm has been tested against linear,non-linear,traditional,andmultiswarmbased optimization *** experimental study is performed in two stages to assess the proposed *** I uses 12 recognized Standard Benchmarks methods to evaluate the comparative performance of the proposed PLTVACIWPSO *** based Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithms,TVAC based PSO algorithms,traditional PSO,Genetic algorithms(GA),Differential evolution(DE),and,finally,Flower Pollination(FP)*** phase II,the proposed PLTVACIW-PSO uses the same 12 known Benchmark functions to test its performance against the BAT(BA)and Multi-Swarm BAT *** phase III,the proposed PLTVACIW-PSO is employed to augment the feature selection problem formedical *** experimental study shows that the planned PLTVACIW-PSO outpaces the performances of other comparable *** from the experiments shows that the PLTVACIW-PSO is capable of outlining a feature subset that is capable of enhancing the classification efficiency and gives the minimal subset of the core features.
