The objective of the research was to analyze the clustering method by optimizing Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) in the case of measles immunization for children under the age of 5. The research data source used is the North Sumatra Province Central Bureau of Statistics (https://***/). The data used in 2019 included 33 records with variables BCG, DPT-HB3/DPT-HB/Hib3, CAMPAK (MEASLES + RUBELLA), POLIO 4 and HEPATITIS B. The methods used were k-medoids and PSOs. This method is used to determine the value of the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) before the cluster value is determined (k). The resulting k values were compared to k-medoids without PSO. The best results of k-medoid and PSO will be tested by classification to see the accuracy value of the cluster formed. The results showed that the optimization of k-medoids and PSO was better with the number of clusters (k = 5) than 0.078. (DBI). The results also show that the accuracy of the cluster formed is 95% with a correlation of 0.98. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Along with technological improvements, online shopping is currently developing quickly. Online shops started by selling electronics, clothing, food, and home appliances and continue to evolve, selling various things. Currently, digital marketing has a novel technique, namely live shopping, where sellers can present, promote and offer their products directly through live streaming on social media and e-commerce platforms. This research will focus on gaining insight into the factors influencing customers to watch and purchase through live streaming. This research is an early-stage study of exploring and searching for research models. The study used a literature review approach by reviewing similar previous research articles. Several variable components were used in this study. The findings of the factors include visibility capacity, meta-vocation capacity, purchase orientation capacity, social presence, price, perceived product quality, perceived enjoyment, purchase orientation, perceived usefulness, and intention to buy. These factors were tested and proved to be valid with Cronbach's Alpha value being more than 0.5 and reliable with the value of the loading factor a greater than 0.6. Criteria The factors of the findings for further analysis of the relationship between factors and other variables. © 2023 IEEE.

Seamless communication between authorities, people, and smart devices is crucial in today's globally interconnected world. Unprecedented demands on software design result from the advent of ubiquitous connectivity, which allows connections at any time and from any location. By structuring applications as separate services that can communicate both internally inside a platform and externally across platforms, microservices (MS) architecture satisfies these requirements. One of the most difficult parts, though, is still controlling communication between MS services, which calls for knowledge of the best design patterns. In order to solve this, we suggest a context-aware recommender system that is adapted to MS design patterns. This system not only makes recommendations for appropriate patterns, but it also gives statistical scores that show how relevant each solution is to the particular issue at hand. Other patterns with ratings indicating their possible feasibility are also displayed by our algorithm. On the other hand, sentence transformers handle intricate, human-like problem descriptions, while our method uses MS Domain Ontologies to distinguish pattern applications, constraints, and best practices. Our methodology provides a refined examination of solution suitability and recommendations through the use of weighing and correlation algorithms. Extensively tested with more than 237 developer-style scenarios, our framework offers qualitative and quantitative insights into its performance and efficacy, showing notable gains over current solutions in terms of offering pattern-specific, contextually accurate guidance for MS communication challenges.

Poverty is considered a serious global issue that must be immediately eradicated by Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, namely ending poverty anywhere and in any form. As a developing country, poverty is a complex issue faced by Indonesia. Tackling poverty in Indonesia has become a key focus of the government’s strategic priorities. This issue of poverty is experienced by all provinces in Indonesia, including Central Java. The poverty rate in Central Java stands at 10.77% or 3.79 million people. The causes of poverty are explained by several factors. Using these various factors, a mapping model can be conducted to determine the number of poor populations in Central Java. This research employs Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Mixed Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) approaches to compare the effectiveness of these models in analyzing the number of poor populations in Central Java in 2023. The kernel function weighting used in this study is Fixed Gaussian. The results showed that the MGWR model outperformed both the OLS regression and GWR models, achieving an Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) of 62.766, an R2 of 82.3%, and a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.177. Consequently, it can be inferred that the MGWR model was more suitable for explaining the poverty levels in Central Java. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). All Rights Reserved.

Diabetes poses a considerable global health challenge,with varying levels of diabetes knowledge among healthcare professionals,highlighting the importance of diabetes *** Language Models(LLMs)provide new insights into diabetes training,but their performance in diabetes-related queries remains uncertain,especially outside the English language like *** first evaluated the performance of ten LLMs:ChatGPT-3.5,ChatGPT-4.0,Google Bard,LlaMA-7B,LlaMA2-7B,Baidu ERNIE Bot,Ali Tongyi Qianwen,MedGPT,HuatuoGPT,and Chinese LlaMA2-7B on diabetes-related queries,based on the Chinese National Certificate Examination for Primary Diabetes Care in China(NCE-CPDC)and the English Specialty Certificate Examination in Endocrinology and Diabetes of Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United ***,we assessed the training of primary care physicians(PCPs)without and with the assistance of ChatGPT-4.0 in the NCE-CPDC examination to ascertain the reliability of LLMs as medical *** found that ChatGPT-4.0 outperformed other LLMs in the English examination,achieving a passing accuracy of 62.50%,which was significantly higher than that of Google Bard,LlaMA-7B,and *** the NCE-CPFC examination,ChatGPT-4.0,Ali Tongyi Qianwen,Baidu ERNIE Bot,Google Bard,MedGPT,and ChatGPT-3.5 successfully passed,whereas LlaMA2-7B,HuatuoGPT,Chinese LLaMA2-7B,and LlaMA-7B ***-4.0(84.82%)surpassed all PCPs and assisted most PCPs in the NCE-CPDC examination(improving by 1%–6.13%).In summary,LLMs demonstrated outstanding competence for diabetes-related questions in both the Chinese and English language,and hold great potential to assist future diabetes training for physicians globally.

The expansion of the web is accelerating, which helps encourage the creation of fresh ideas. In today's internet era, we must suggest techniques to filter out various information. Social media sentiment analysis based on Twitter data can monitor the real-Time monitoring of the COVID-19 vaccine. In this way, relevant organizations or governments can take proactive steps to address misinformation and inappropriate behaviour around the COVID-19 vaccine, which threatens the success of the national vaccination campaign. The purpose of this research is to determine if there is a link between how people feel about the COVID-19 vaccine on Twitter and how many people actually get vaccinated against it. This study uses the COVID-19 All Vaccines Tweet dataset sourced from Kaggle. This research Identifies public sentiment, emotion, word usage, and trend of all filtered tweets. The results show that there are 31% positive tweets, 10% negative tweets, and 58% neutral tweets. Tweets with neutral subjective valence tend to cluster in the middle of the polarity scale (between-1 and +1), whereas tweets with strong subjective valence are spread across the scale. © 2022 IEEE.

This article presents the application of Meta-Learning Evolutionary Artificial Neural Network (MLEANN) for a pharmaceutical research problem. Designing drugs is a current problem in the pharmaceutical research domain. By designing a drug we mean to choose some variables of drug formulation (inputs), for obtaining optimal characteristics of drug (outputs). To solve such a problem we propose an evolutionary artificial neural network and the performance is compared with a neuro-fuzzy system and an artificial neural network trained using scaled conjugate gradient algorithm. This research used the experimental data obtained from the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Techniques of the faculty of Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Bootstrap techniques were used to generate more samples of data and the number of experimental data is reduced due to the costs and time durations of experimentations. We obtain in this way a better estimation of some drug parameters. Experiment results indicate that the proposed method is efficient. © 2006 IEEE.

With its origin in sociology, Social Network Analysis (SNA), quickly emerged and spread to other areas of research, including anthropology, biology, information science, organizational studies, political science, and computer science. Being it's objective the investigation of social structures through the use of networks and graph theory, Social Network Analysis is, nowadays, an important research area in several domains. Social Network Analysis cope with different problems namely network metrics, models, visualization and information spreading, each one with several approaches, methods and algorithms. One of the critical areas of Social Network Analysis involves the calculation of different centrality measures (i.e.: the most important vertices within a graph). Today, the challenge is how to do this fast and efficiently, as many increasingly larger datasets are available. Recently, the need to apply such centrality algorithms to non static networks (i.e.: networks that evolve over time) is also a new challenge. Incremental and dynamic versions of centrality measures are starting to emerge (betweenness, closeness, etc). Our contribution is the proposal of two incremental versions of the Laplacian Centrality measure, that can be applied not only to large graphs but also to, weighted or unweighted, dynamically changing networks. The experimental evaluation was performed with several tests in different types of evolving networks, incremental or fully dynamic. Results have shown that our incremental versions of the algorithm can calculate node centralities in large networks, faster and efficiently than the corresponding batch version in both incremental and full dynamic network setups. E-learning is a system or concept of education or learning process that utilizes information technology in the teaching and learning process anywhere and anytime. E-learning is widely applied in various fields of science. In this study, we draw scientific efforts on e-learning and entrepreneurship from publications in the Scopus database. We reviewed 218 academic documents published over the last 10 years, from 2011 to 2020. Our method is a global bibliometric analysis by visualizing connected networks using Vosviewer. The method used consists of five stages: determining search keywords, initial search results, refinement of search results, initial compilation, and data analysis. We researched several countries, affiliations, authors, subject areas, to types of publications that have relations in this field. Among the most published and indexed articles by Scopus, papers published by researchers in the China have the highest number of publications is 36 academic documents, followed by United States 18 academic publications, and Italy with 16 academic publications. The results showed that it had a limited impact, and through visualization, the network presented research gaps that future researchers should fill. The processed data shows the pattern and trend of increasing the number of international publications on E-learning in the field of entrepreneurship indexed by Scopus. Finally, we address the limitations of this study. © 2021 IEEE.

Indonesia has entered a period of demographic bonus. Human resources must be optimized. The number of children who do not in employment, education or training (NEET) in each province needs attention. Several factors that could contribute to the decline in the NEET percentage are literacy rates and the number of adolescents with computer skills. Increasing these two factors is believed to be able to reduce the percentage of NEET in every province in Indonesia. To find out the relationship between these two factors and how much influence they have on the percentage of NEET, this research is modeled by Cauchy regression and includes spatial effects. The results of the analysis show that the best model is when the spatial effect is modeled by Fernandez Steel Skew Normal conditionally autoregressive (FSSN CAR). This result is seen from the smallest value of the Watanabe Akaike Information Criterion (WAIC) in this model, which is 190.5. The parameter estimated shows that the higher the literacy rate and the number of adolescents with computer skills, the lower the percentage of NEET in each province in Indonesia. The results of this research can be useful for the Indonesian government to increase the number of educational facilities related to these two factors. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers).
