Nowadays, maternal health during pregnancy is a major concern, especially in rural areas where risks are increased by a lack of medical experts and poor infrastructure. The lack of effective methods for predicting maternal health risks poses a significant challenge in maternal healthcare. Traditional approaches often fall short of accurately identifying and managing complications during pregnancy, leading to adverse outcomes. To overcome, this new technique can accurately assess medical data in order to forecast threats to maternal health. This research investigates machine learning algorithms' potential in predicting such risks using medical data. The study utilizes a carefully curated dataset called the Maternal Health Risk Dataset, encompassing parameters like age, blood pressure, glucose levels, body temperature, heart rate, and risk level. Through ensemble learning-based feature engineering, algorithms like Random Forest, XG Boost, Support Vector Classifier (SVC), Decision Tree, and Logistic Multiclass are assessed. Results show Random Forest achieving an impressive accuracy of 94.26%, indicating its potential in maternal health risk prediction, crucial for minimizing adverse outcomes and enabling timely interventions during pregnancy. © 2024 IEEE.

A self-predictive diagnosis system of liver failure based on multilayer neural networks

The lack of symptoms in the early stages of liver disease may cause wrong diagnosis of the disease by many doctors and endanger the health of patients. Therefore, earlier and more accurate diagnosis of liver problems is necessary for proper treatment and prevention of serious damage to this vital organ. We attempted to develop an intelligent system to detect liver failure using data mining and artificial neural networks (ANN), this approach considers all factors impacting patient identification and enhances the probability of success in diagnosing liver failure. We employ multilayer perceptron neural networks for diagnosing liver failure via a liver patient dataset (ILDP). The proposed approach using the backpropagation algorithm, improves the diagnosis rate, and predicts liver failure intelligently. The simulation and data analysis outputs revealed that the proposed method has 99.5% accuracy, 99.65% sensitivity, and 99.57% specificity, making it more accurate than Previous related methods. © The Author(s) 2024.

Biomedical literature lacks integration of dynamic drug interaction data for personalized prescriptions. This proposed work is a new hybrid model that enhances drug safety prescriptions by taking into account individual patient features and drug interactions. It does this by hybrid attention mechanisms with Bayesian Decision Theory (BDT), which employs Bayesian statistical thinking instead of the dot-product approach. This approach is driven by the growing complexity of patient profiles and the limitations of current algorithms, which often fail to dynamically change the relevance of individual aspects. This method seeks 94% accuracy, effectively prioritizing safer drug combinations and personalizing drug recommendations. This integration leads to more consistent and customized drug prescriptions, which ultimately improve patient outcomes and advance the field of personalized healthcare. © 2024 IEEE.

We study the task of automated house design,which aims to automatically generate 3D houses from user ***,in the automatic system,it is non-trivial due to the intrinsic complexity of house designing:1)the understanding of user requirements,where the users can hardly provide high-quality requirements without any professional knowledge;2)the design of house plan,which mainly focuses on how to capture the effective information from user *** address the above issues,we propose an automatic house design framework,called auto-3D-house design(A3HD).Unlike the previous works that consider the user requirements in an unstructured way(e.g.,natural language),we carefully design a structured list that divides the requirements into three parts(i.e.,layout,outline,and style),which focus on the attributes of rooms,the outline of the building,and the style of decoration,*** the processing of architects,we construct a bubble diagram(i.e.,graph)that covers the rooms′attributes and relations under the constraint of *** addition,we take each outline as a combination of points and orders,ensuring that it can represent the outlines with arbitrary ***,we propose a graph feature generation module(GFGM)to capture layout features from the bubble diagrams and an outline feature generation module(OFGM)for outline ***,we render 3D houses according to the given style requirements in a rule-based *** on two benchmark datasets(i.e.,RPLAN and T3HM)demonstrate the effectiveness of our A3HD in terms of both quantitative and qualitative evaluation metrics.

This paper presents the study of the effectiveness of horizontal transfer of local isolates of the pathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) on adults of olive fruit fly Bactrocera oleae (Rossi) at a concentration of 106 spores/ml in laboratory conditions (this work was carried out in specialized scientific laboratories). In addition, it is not possible to reach the desired results in such experiments effectively when the data and observations of the study are not clear and accurate. For this reason, in this paper, experimental data will be presented with inaccurate or uncertain observations using neutrosophic statistics. The purpose is to know the success of males contaminated with pathogenic isolates in the transmission of infection to females. In laboratory conditions through a neutrosophic reading of the study data. This proposed presentation provides greater accuracy, flexibility, and applicability than the classic experimental design in the case of uncertainty. © (2023), (University of New Mexico). WSN security is a current area of research for many scientists. One of the best security tools for defending the network from malicious assaults or the unauthenticated access is IDS. In this article, we suggest an optimized hybrid classification model-based IDS with certain steps to follow. In preprocessing, the issue of class imbalance data is solved using SMOTE. A collection of features, including raw features, statistical features, and entropy features are extracted in the feature extraction step. Optimal feature selection is done based on the extracted feature set via proposed SI-BWO (Self Improved Beluga Whale Optimization) algorithm. Attack detection is the next stage, in which hybrid classification will be takes place by combining the CNN and DBN model. The same SI-BWO algorithm is used to perform the hybrid model's optimum training. Once an attack has been detected, the attack mitigation procedure is then carried out. © 2024 IEEE.

Kidney disease (KD) is a gradually increasing global health concern. It is a chronic illness linked to higher rates of morbidity and mortality, a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and numerous other illnesses, and expensive medical expenses. The machine learning (ML) models are applied for KD prediction with higher accuracy and precision. The KD dataset has uncertainty and vague information, so, we used the neutrosophic set (NS) to deal with vague and uncertainty information in the KD dataset. The KD dataset is converted into the N-KD dataset with three membership functions: truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. Three ML models are used in this study such as logistic regression (LR), support vector machine (SVM), and k-nearest neighbor (KNN). These ML models are applied to the N-KD dataset. The results show the LR has higher accuracy and precision on the N-KD dataset than the original KD dataset. © 2025, University of New Mexico. All rights reserved.
