This research is an analysis of the application of the SAW, WP and TOPSIS methods to the support system for decision making at university. The types of scholarships provided are PPA education scholarships given by the Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi. The research variables are the attributes or criteria specified by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs as contained in the 2018 Academic Achievement Improvement (PPA) guidebook. Decision Support Systems apply the classic FMADM method SAW, WP and TOPSIS. The results of this study are the application of the both methods of SAW and WP produce the same ranking and TOPSIS giving different rankings.

This research makes new innovations in high measurement more effective in minimizing the time in measurement. But there has been no research for recognition of height measurement patterns using the Otsu algorithm and Binary Similarity and Distance Measures (BSDM) algorithms. These two algorithms are combined to optimize the working process of the system to be built. Based on the results of the algorithm's complexity, BSDM has several binary similarities and distances that can be used in testing the system to be built. One of the binary similarities and distances used in testing this research is BSDM SINNERPRODUCT and BSDM SJACCARD. From testing the system using BSDM SINNERPRODUCT as effective as BSDM SJACCARD, between the two closer to the result of the actual height is testing BSDM SINNERPRODUCT. The test data used in this research is in the form of video image in real-time. To improve the quality of system work in future research, can add pattern matching algorithm for height measurement, The addition of the approach will certainly affect the speed of computation on pattern recognition.

Consumer purchasing patterns are a form of purchases made by consumers, whether someone or a lot of people to get the desired item by making a purchase transaction. One characteristic of the purchase pattern is the existence of acquiring something through exchanging money. This study aims to create an application that is used in determining consumer purchasing patterns by applying a priori algorithms and using Visual Basic 2010 as a tool for determining consumer purchase patterns. This application uses a priori algorithm calculation method where the sample consumer purchase data will be sorted and calculated by providing the value of the minium support and configuration parameters and based on the results of confidence the largest number of conclusions such as: can be used as information for determining sales, the application of a priori algorithms can provide information pattern combination item set from consumer purchase data that is with support above 15% and confidence above 50% on item set.

A proper strategies in designing and optimizing supply chains can help enterprises to stay competitive in this volatile economy. Identifying various type of products that run through the supply chain and aligning several parts of the supply chain to these product types are considered to be effective strategies adapted by successful companies. In this paper we address an optimal design of a multi-echelon supply chain problem with various commodity that is of significance to the business enterprise, along with the associated inventory systems. By using the guaranteed service approach to model the multi-echelon inventory system, we develop an MINLP model to simultaneously optimize the transportation, inventory and network structure of a multi-echelon supply chain which involve multi commodity. The optimization model is then solved using a strategy of releasing nonbasic variables from their bounds, combined with the 'active constraint' method.

The way you move and sleep, interact with people around you, depression change everything. This even looks at the way you talk and express yourself in writing. Sometimes this 'depression language' can have a strong effect to others. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is one of the fields of computerscience, artificial intelligence, and language (linguistics) related to the interaction between computers and natural human languages, such as Indonesian or English. The main objective of the NLP study is to make a machine that is able to know and understand the meaning of language, lexical analysis has the role of reading input characters and generating output tokens and making spaces, tabs, newlines and connecting rows of programs. However, the problems will occur when lexical analyzers where lexical is not able to determine when there are misspellings on tokens. Therefore, with the development of the backward-forward pointer algorithm, it is expected that in the future it will be easier to analyze both the words in front, in the middle and behind, so that the machine can quickly determine the individual depression level of speech tokens and speech tones.
