With the deepening of the digital transformation, enterprises have accumulated plenty of electronic files. For users, how to quickly find their desired files from the massive resources is a big challenge, which is also a critical concern for enterprises. Although a series of enterprise search engines have emerged in the market, there is a lack of search systems for enterprise files. In this paper, we design a novel enterprise file search framework, named QianXun, which supports searching in both Chinese and English. By introducing technologies such as automatic text summarization, online file previewing, and Knowledge Graph-enhanced search, our proposed framework improves the efficiency of file search as well as the user experience, which is of great significance to enterprises. © 2022 IEEE.

Designing and simulating a network infrastructure for multi-branch organizations is essential for ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient operations. This paper addresses the challenges faced by organizations in maintaining consistent and reliable network connectivity across multiple locations, including managing network traffic, ensuring security, and optimizing resource allocation while keeping costs under control. The study presents a comprehensive methodology involving the conceptualization of network ideas, designing the network architecture, adding necessary devices and tools, configuring these devices according to the network topology, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Key elements such as VLANs, routers, switches, and routing protocols like RIP, OSPF, and EIGRP are incorporated, with the entire design and simulation conducted using Cisco Packet Tracer. The findings demonstrate that full connectivity between headquarters and branch sites can be achieved within a budget of $40,000. This paper provides a practical guide for implementing similar network projects, emphasizing the importance of detailed configurations and troubleshooting steps, and recommends adopting this methodology to enhance network infrastructure efficiently and cost-effectively. © 2024 IEEE.

Pneumothorax is a thoracic condition that occurs when a person’s lungs collapse,causing air to enter the pleural cavity,the area close to the lungs and chest *** most persistent disease,as well as one that necessitates particular patient care and the privacy of their health *** radiologists find it challenging to diagnose pneumothorax due to the variations in *** learning-based techniques are commonly employed to solve image categorization and segmentation ***,it is challenging to employ it in the medical field due to privacy issues and a lack of *** address this issue,a federated learning framework based on an Xception neural network model is proposed in this *** pneumothorax medical image dataset is obtained from the Kaggle *** preprocessing is performed on the used dataset to convert unstructured data into structured information to improve the model’s ***-max normalization technique is used to normalize the data,and the features are extracted from chest Xray *** dataset converts into two windows to make two clients for local model *** neural network model is trained on the dataset individually and aggregates model updates from two clients on the server *** decrease the over-fitting effect,every client analyses the results three *** 1 performed better in round 2 with a 79.0%accuracy,and client 2 performed better in round 2 with a 77.0%*** experimental result shows the effectiveness of the federated learning-based technique on a deep neural network,reaching a 79.28%accuracy while also providing privacy to the patient’s data.

Balancing the consistency of style and the integrity of content is the main challenge in arbitrary style transfer domain. Currently, local style details can be effectively captured by attention mechanism but easily produce distorted style patterns and inconsistent content structure. In this paper, we propose a Content Affinity Preserving Arbitrary Style Transfer (CAPAST) framework to ensure style features can be stably integrated into the content structure. Considering the local feature learning ability of CNN and the global feature representation advantage of transformer, a dual encoder is proposed to capture local and global features of images with the combination between transformer and CNN. In addition, a channel and spatially aligned attention (CSAA) is introduced to generate high-quality results by stably fusing style features and content features. In experiments, we demonstrated the superior performance of our method in preventing content structure distortion and maintaining consistency between style and content. Standards such as ISO 13849 and ISO 12100 enable users to model safety related control elements with safety functions, according to a specified architecture and required performance level. In this direction, a novel Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based assistant is introduced in this paper to aid in determining the required performance level parameter by indulging the user in a dialog-based conversation regarding hazard scenarios. This will help inexperienced machinery safety personnel (e.g. mechanical engineer) to get an overview of the safety engineering aspects, before consulting with safety experts for risk assessment. © 2022 IEEE.

The quick advancement of healthcare systems necessitates robust and efficient network security keys to defend sensitive patient records and guarantee uninterrupted service delivery. The current IDS has many challenges, such as a high false positive rate, poor accuracy of detection, slow response to threats, and inability to scale well. This paper proposes an efficient and real-time intrusion detection system (IDS) using advanced machine learning techniques within a software-defined networking (SDN) framework specifically tailored for healthcare systems. The proposed architecture implements a Machine Learning (ML) model that combines the SVM and KNN to better identify malicious activities. Full sets of detection and mitigation capabilities are implemented to address different types of traffic in the network with the least interference. Through the different evaluation measures, the efficiency of the proposed model is assured. Network performance is determined by success rate queries, packet losses in each domain path, and the CPU being used by the system. Responsiveness is measured through delay metrics grounded on end-to-end delay, hop-to-hop packet delay, latency rate, and propagation delay. Moreover, model accuracy fidelity is reviewed via precision assessment, alpha (α) affecting the accuracy of the model, and confusion matrix with different techniques with the proposed hybrid SVM-KNN model. Last of all, a comparison of the security of the models in question strengthens the argument in favor of the proposed model. More specifically, flow and network topology diagrams are included to show how integration may be accomplished in linkage or merger with existing healthcare networks. The results also present a 30% overall advancement in detection and mitigation by presenting the hybrid SVM-KNN model to overcome other traditional models. According to the requirement of recognizing traffic police gestures for driver assistance systems and intelligent vehicles, a universal model for dynamic traffic police gesture recognition is firstly introduced, of which can accurately present the spatial context (such as the relative lengths of skeletons, the angles between each skeleton w. r. t. gravity, and part features) of the traffic police gestures. Secondly, an architecture which can respectively extract spatial context and temporal features of dynamic traffic police gesture is proposed. Meanwhile, deep neural network and LSTM are introduced to build a high-resolution traffic police gestures recognizer (namely HRTPGR). At last, the open Police Gesture Dataset is used to train and test TPGR, and the experimental results show that the TPGR achieves a state-of-the-art accuracy with 98.7% for dynamic traffic police gestures recognition, and has strong anti-interference ability to light, background and gesture shape changes. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of investment recommender systems (IRSs) has increased due to advancements in technology. This study aims to present a new model for IRSs based on potential investor’s demographic data and feedback, using fuzzy neural inference solutions. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this research, including a review of past studies and analysis of data through Scopus analyze tool, Voyant, and VosViewer. The proposed model combines expert’s knowledge with demographic data to present the most suitable type of investment through an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference recommender system. The model is processed in several steps, including clustering investment data types in JMP and proposing the results through MATLAB. This study provides a framework for IRSs that can give relevant and accurate recommendations for potential and actual investors, thus enhancing their investment experience. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.

Advanced machine learning(ML)algorithms have outperformed traditional approaches in various forecasting applications,especially electricity price forecasting(EPF).However,the prediction accuracy of ML reduces substantially if the input data is not similar to the ones seen by the model during *** is often observed in EPF problems when market dynamics change owing to a rise in fuel prices,an increase in renewable penetration,a change in operational policies,*** the dip in model accuracy for unseen data is a cause for concern,what is more,challenging is not knowing when the ML model would respond in such a *** uncertainty makes the power market participants,like bidding agents and retailers,vulnerable to substantial financial loss caused by the prediction errors of EPF ***,it becomes essential to identify whether or not the model prediction at a given instance is *** this light,this paper proposes a trust algorithm for EPF users based on explainable artificial intelligence *** suggested algorithm generates trust scores that reflect the model’s prediction quality for each new *** scores are formulated in two stages:in the first stage,the coarse version of the score is formed using correlations of local and global explanations,and in the second stage,the score is fine-tuned further by the Shapley additive explanations values of different *** score-based explanations are more straightforward than feature-based visual explanations for EPF users like asset managers and traders.A dataset from Italy’s and ERCOT’s electricity market validates the efficacy of the proposed *** show that the algorithm has more than 85%accuracy in identifying good predictions when the data distribution is similar to the training *** the case of distribution shift,the algorithm shows the same accuracy level in identifying bad predictions.
