With the growing environmental concern, the demand for electric vehicle is increasing in India. However, the limited existing charging facilities slow down the rate of adoption in the market. Presently, the solar-based charging system is gaining popularity, due to its low greenhouse gas emission. In this study, a case study for different solar charging systems suited in Delhi is presented. The economic and environmental analysis of different solar-based EV charging systems utilized for charging three types of commercial EVs such as 2, 3, and 4-W is explained. The cost of energy required for 100 km drive is lower with vehicle integrating PV charging system;however, it can act as a supportive system for driving range improvement. The analysis shows that the economically solar rooftop charging system is suitable for all types of EVs. The CO2 emission produced by all types of solar-based EV charging systems is lower than coal-based charging systems. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2021.

software or application testing is a process of executing a program with the goal of finding defect to make better system. In software testing phase, writing test cases is one of the important activities. Manually writing test cases approach is lengthy of time period and need more effort to accomplish the process. This paper describes test case, test case generation techniques, different types of software testing approaches and comparison of testing tool. Test cases usually writing at the beginning of testing process from the set of software requirements. Test cases are created by using two different approaches. One is manually written test cases and another is automatically generated test cases. Manually written test cases are a very lengthy process and need to give a lot of effort to make good quality test cases. On the other hand, automatically generated test cases are generated by automatically using some software tools and it saves a lot of time and effort. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The collaborative approach which are born OER (Open Educational Resource) is the joint search for pedagogical and technological challenges to achieve improved quality reconstruction. The quick spread of the CoronavirusDisease(COVID-19)infection around the world considered a real danger for global *** biological structure and symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to other viral chest maladies,which makes it challenging and a big issue to improve approaches for efficient identification of COVID-19 *** this study,an automatic prediction of COVID-19 identification is proposed to automatically discriminate between healthy and COVID-19 infected subjects in X-ray images using two successful moderns are traditional machine learning methods(e.g.,artificial neural network(ANN),support vector machine(SVM),linear kernel and radial basis function(RBF),k-nearest neighbor(k-NN),Decision Tree(DT),andCN2 rule inducer techniques)and deep learningmodels(e.g.,MobileNets V2,ResNet50,GoogleNet,DarkNet andXception).A largeX-ray dataset has been created and developed,namely the COVID-19 ***(400 healthy cases,and 400 COVID cases).To the best of our knowledge,it is currently the largest publicly accessible COVID-19 dataset with the largest number of X-ray images of confirmed COVID-19 infection *** on the results obtained from the experiments,it can be concluded that all the models performed well,deep learning models had achieved the optimum accuracy of 98.8%in ResNet50 *** comparison,in traditional machine learning techniques, the SVM demonstrated the best result for an accuracy of 95% and RBFaccuracy 94% for the prediction of coronavirus disease 2019.

Sorting and searching are critical processes for effecttive data analysis. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of various sorting and searching algorithms and compare their time and space complexities on both sorted and unsorted data. The algorithms we analyzed include six common sorting algorithms (insertion, radix, bucket, merge, bubble, and quick sort) and three search algorithms (linear, binary, and jump search). The results of our study provide insights into the best algorithms to use for different input sizes and types of data. It was found that for small input sizes, all algorithms perform similarly, but for larger input sizes, insertion and radix sorts are better for time complexity while bubble sort is better for space complexity. Additionally, jump search outperformed linear and binary search algorithms in both time and space complexity. Besides, difference between time and space complexity of sorted and unsorted data was significant.

In the realm of digital communications, steganography and steganalysis have become a solution for securely exchanging covert information. This survey initiates with an exploration of the widely used passive-warden scenario model, analyzing its significance, key performance indicators, relevant databases, and clarifying some commonly misunderstood fundamental concepts associated with this model. Subsequently, the paper comprehensively examines the evolution and current state of digital image steganography and steganalysis, highlighting the transition from traditional handcrafted based methods to sophisticated deep learning based techniques developed over the past two decades. It offers thorough descriptions and evaluations of typical methods in both steganography and steganalysis, with a particular emphasis on deep learning-based techniques that have emerged in recent years. Furthermore, the survey identifies significant challenges currently faced in translating theoretical research into practical applications. By integrating these insights, the survey not only charts the historical development and technological advancements in steganography and steganalysis but also establishes a proactive agenda for future research aimed at enhancing security in covert communications. © 2024 W. In this paper, we present an immersive virtual farm simulation developed to provide realistic on-farm experiences to the public. Users could visit the virtual farm, walk through various sites where dairy cows are raised, and learn how the dairy products are produced through the virtual experience. Public users' responses about the virtual experience were collected in various measures, e.g., user experience and learning efficacy, via showcases at local libraries. We present preliminary results regarding the potential of the simulation as an effective agricultural education, and discuss our future plans.

The paper outlines the divergence of beam and operating wavelength bands effects on free-space optics communication channels in local access networks. The max Q factor and min bit error rate are measured based on the divergence of beam and operating wavelength bands variations. The signal is tested also at the receiver side by using an optical power meter visualizer at various operating signal wavelength bands and under the optimum values of the divergence of the beam. The study has presented the optimum operating conditions for upgrading network operation efficiency. © 2023 Walter de Gruyter GmbH. All rights reserved.

Analyzing and evaluating students' progress in any learning environment is stressful and time consuming if done using traditional analysis methods. This is further exasperated by the increasing number of students due to the shift of focus toward integrating the Internet technologies in education and the focus of academic institutions on moving toward e-Learning, blended, or online learning models. As a result, the topic of student performance prediction has become a vibrant research area in recent years. To address this, machine learning and data mining techniques have emerged as a viable solution. To that end, this work proposes the use of deep learning techniques (CNN and RNN-LSTM) to predict the students' performance at the midpoint stage of the online course delivery using three distinct datasets collected from three different regions of the world. Experimental results show that deep learning models have promising performance as they outperform other optimized traditional ML models in two of the three considered datasets while also having comparable performance for the third dataset.
