With the rapid development of ESG investment, more and more world-renowned institutions have started to establish ESG rating systems to measure the sustainable development of listed enterprises, but due to the late start of ESG in China, and the current domestic research on ESG rating scores is limited to the impact of ESG rating scores on corporate financial risks, corporate financing constraints and the reasonableness of ESG rating systems, but no Therefore, this study establishes a localized ESG rating system in China based on China's policies and national conditions, which helps China's ESG development to advance rapidly and also provides an effective reference solution for the Chinese government to monitor the sustainable development behavior and development of listed enterprises. © 2023 SPIE.

Asymmetric Windowing Recurrence Plots on Input Formulation for Human Emotion Recognition

Time-series classification (TSC) has been widely utilized across various domains, including brain-computer interfaces (BCI) for emotion recognition through electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. However, traditional methods often struggle to capture the intricate emotional patterns present in the EEG data. Recent advancements in encoding techniques have provided promising avenues for improving emotion recognition. This study introduces asymmetric windowing recurrence plots (AWRP) as a novel encoding technique to efficiently encapsulate the dynamic characteristics of EEG signals into texture-rich image representations. This study systematically compares the impact of conventional thresholded and unthresholded Recurrence Plots (RP) versus the proposed AWRP in emotion recognition tasks. Empirical validations conducted across benchmark datasets such as DEAP and SEED demonstrate that the AWRP method achieves classification accuracies of 99.77% and 99.69%, respectively, outperforming existing state-of-the-art methodologies. This study emphasizes the significance of input formulation, highlighting that richer input textures, as provided by AWRP, significantly enhance emotion recognition performance while ensuring computational memory usage efficiency. These findings have significant implications for the domain of EEG-based emotion recognition and offer a novel perspective that can guide future research. © 2023, CC BY-SA.

Evolutionary algorithms are effective methods for solving optimization problems that do not require any special assumptions to find optimal solutions. Optimization based on teaching and learning has been parallelized using CUDA parallelization technology. The results show that the proposed parallel version of the algorithm is fast and efficient in teaching and learning phases.

Due to the need for different communication types (Voice, video, and data) over the network, vendors improving enterprise networks for this purpose to minimize delays in order to support the better result, some applications like voice considered real-time applications which suffer from delay, jitter and packet losses, This paper discusses comparison of QoS performance between three QoS algorithms (PQ, FIFO, and WFQ), when using MPLS-TE technology considering the VoIP QoS parameters (end to end delay, jitter, and packet loss, as simulation done by OPNET modeler 14.5. © 2021 IEEE.

The rapid growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce) has revolutionized the global business landscape, transforming the way consumers and businesses interact, purchase, and sell goods and services. However, this sector faces a myriad of challenges that impede its sustainable growth and development. This research paper critically examines the current problems encountered by the electronic commerce sector and proposes viable solutions to address these issues. The study identifies three major problem areas affecting the sector: (1) Security and Privacy Concerns, (2) Logistics and Supply Chain Bottlenecks, and (3) Customer Experience and Trust. Regarding security and privacy, the proliferation of cyber-attacks, data breaches, and identity theft has eroded consumer confidence, hindering e-commerce adoption. The paper aims to investigate the latest technologies and best practices, such as blockchain, advanced encryption techniques, and robust authentication methods, to fortify e-commerce platforms against cyber threats and safeguard user data. The second problem area, logistics and supply chain bottleneck, poses challenges related to order fulfilment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery. Through an in-depth analysis, the research proposes innovative approaches like utilizing machine learning algorithms for predictive inventory management, integrating Internet of Things (IoT) devices for real-time tracking, and exploring drone and autonomous vehicle deliveries to enhance overall logistics efficiency. The third issue addressed in this paper pertains to customer experience and trust. The inability to tangibly experience products before purchase, coupled with ambiguous return policies, often deters potential customers from engaging in e-commerce transactions. In recent years, research has illuminated the potency of implicit data processing in enhancing user preferences. Nevertheless, barriers remain in breaking through the constraints of implicit information. This study aims to bridge this gap by firstly constructing a triangular stable node network model, tailored to manage implicit information with precision. Recognizing the challenge of pinpointing novel structures within large-scale graphs, we propose SLTSNN— a triangular stable node network based on self-supervised learning for personalized prediction. SLTSNN innovates by maximizing mutual information between graph-level and patch-level representations, while augmenting graph representations through extended enhanced representations. Additionally, it incorporates triangular data associations and introduces a triangular allocation attention network, which emphasizes strongly correlated preference features among similar users. Furthermore, SLTSNN employs contrastive learning to maximize mutual information between graph vectors and hidden representations, distinguishing between high-order global and local representations. The model’s effectiveness in enhancing user preferences and capturing new graph structures is evidenced by its performance on hit rate and normalized discounted cumulative gain metrics across three datasets.

Internet technology led to the emergence of Web 2.0 which increase the number of User Generated Content (UGC) on the network. Online product review is a form of UGC. The case study in this research is a review of handphone products. The large number of reviews will take long time to read and compare between existing product reviews, so we need a technique that online product review can be read quickly without losing of its important information. The technique that can be used is the text summarizing technique. Text summarization techniques produce simplified versions of texts. In general, text summarization can be divided into two types, namely extractive and abstractive summaries. This research used extractive summaries. One important component in the process of obtaining an extractive summary is sentence extraction. In this study, the algorithm used for sentence extraction is TextRank. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the TextRank algorithm with handphone product reviews data by implementing it in different data conditions based on the presence or absence of a stopword and typo. These data conditions are used to formulate test scenarios. Testing is done by calculating the Rouge-1 value which compares the summary of system and experts. Expert who involved in this study are 2. Expert 1 is a person with expertise in Indonesian and Expert 2 is someone who has the knowledge and understanding of mobile phones with various types and characteristics. From the test results obtained, Expert 1 gets the best results for scenario 2 where data conditions are there is typo and no stopword with an average value of Rouge-1 of 42.29% and Expert 2 gets the best results for scenario 3 where data conditions are no typo and there is stopword with an average value of Rouge-1 is 46.71%. The results shows that the TextRank algorithm is not able to produce a good summary for handphone product review dataset. © 2020 IEEE.

The utilization of technology only aims to be fast, precise, and accurate in each implementation and find a better solution at that time in several sectors. This study aims to identify the use of Global Positioning Technology (GPS) technology to track the position of the motor sailing yachts, specifically with the features used on a device or smart-phone during a trip or expedition. This research uses a type of applied research to solve problems that are faced clearly, and the results can be used as a basis for solving corrective steps. The results found that GPS-Technology on motor sailing yachts in "Pelayaran Rakyat"maritime can receive coordinates point and then send these coordinates to the vessel-tracking systems to determine the position of the motor sailing yachts between users. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The design of a 180° output phase difference Wilkinson power divider for L-band applications is detailed in this article. The Wilkinson power is generated through the utilization of the parallel coupler's phase shifter. To showcase the potential of the suggested power divider, an FR4 microwave substrate is fabricated with a narrow band of 1.6 GHz to accommodate radio astronomy systems. The insertion loss, return loss, and isolation loss for the power divider's difference phase are accurately simulated at the operational frequency.

Humans rely increasingly on sensors to address grand challenges and to improve quality of life in the era of digitalization and big data. For ubiquitous sensing, flexible sensors are developed to overcome the limitations of conventional rigid counterparts. Despite rapid advancement in bench-side research over the last decade, the market adoption of flexible sensors remains limited. To ease and to expedite their deployment, here, we identify bottlenecks hindering the maturation of flexible sensors and propose promising solutions. We first analyze continued...challenges in achieving satisfactory sensing performance for real-world applications and then summarize issues in compatible sensor-biology interfaces, followed by brief discussions on powering and connecting sensor networks. Issues en route to commercialization and for sustainable growth of the sector are also analyzed, highlighting environmental concerns and emphasizing nontechnical issues such as business, regulatory, and ethical considerations. Additionally, we look at future intelligent flexible sensors. In proposing a comprehensive roadmap, we hope to steer research efforts towards common goals and to guide coordinated development strategies from disparate communities. Through such collaborative
