Observed data often have multiple labels with respect to different aspects. For example, a picture can have one label specifying the contents in terms of the object category such as aeroplane, building, cat, etc. and in the meanwhile have another label describing the image style such as photo-realistic or artistic. The central idea of this work is that any annotation of the data contains precious knowledge and is not to be foregone: an analytic task focusing on one aspect of the data can benefit from the knowledge transferred from the other aspects. We propose a passive knowledge transfer scheme for deep neural network training based on the generative adversarial nets (GANs). The adversarial training scheme encourages the nets to encode data into representations that are both discriminative for the target aspect and invariant with respect to the irrelevant aspects. We show that the scheme mixes the conditional distributions of the encoded data on the irrelevant aspects, by the theory on the link between the GAN framework and the Wasserstein metric in distribution spaces. Moreover, we empirically verified the method by i) classifying images despite influence by geometric transform and ii) recognizing the movements (geometric transform) regardless the image contents.

Background: Diarrhoeal diseases claim more than 1 million lives annually and are a leading cause of death in children younger than 5 years. Comprehensive global estimates of the diarrhoeal disease burden for specific age groups of children younger than 5 years are scarce, and the burden in children older than 5 years and in adults is also understudied. We used results from the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study 2021 to assess the burden of, and trends in, diarrhoeal diseases overall and attributable to 13 pathogens, as well as the contributions of associated risk factors, in children and adults in 204 countries and territories from 1990 to 2021. Methods: We used the Cause of Death Ensemble modelling strategy to analyse vital registration data, verbal autopsy data, mortality surveillance data, and minimally invasive tissue sampling data. We used DisMod-MR (version 2.1), a Bayesian meta-regression tool, to analyse incidence and prevalence data identified via systematic reviews, population-based surveys, and claims and inpatient data. We calculated diarrhoeal disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs) as the sum of years of life lost (YLLs) and years lived with disability (YLDs) for each location, year, and age–sex group. For aetiology estimation, we used a counterfactual approach to quantify population-attributable fractions (PAFs). Additionally, we estimated the diarrhoeal disease burden attributable to the independent effects of risk factors using the comparative risk assessment framework. Findings: In 2021, diarrhoeal diseases caused an estimated 1·17 million (95% uncertainty interval 0·793–1·62) deaths globally, representing a 60·3% (50·6–69·0) decrease since 1990 (2·93 million [2·31–3·73] deaths). The most pronounced decline was in children younger than 5 years, with a 79·2% (72·4–84·6) decrease in diarrhoeal deaths. High-pressure synthesis of denser glass has been a longstanding interest in condensed-matter physics and materials science because of its potentially broad industrial application. Nevertheless, understanding its nature under extreme pressures has yet to be clarified due to experimental and theoretical challenges. Here we reveal the formation of OSi4 tetraclusters associated with that of SiO7 polyhedra in SiO2 glass under ultrahigh pressures to 200 gigapascal confirmed both experimentally and theoretically. Persistent homology analyses with molecular dynamics simulations found increased packing fraction of atoms whose topological diagram at ultrahigh pressures is similar to a pyrite-type crystalline phase, although the formation of tetraclusters is prohibited in the crystalline phase. This critical difference would be caused by the potential structural tolerance in the glass for distortion of oxygen clusters. Furthermore, an expanded electronic band gap demonstrates that chemical bonds survive at ultrahigh pressure. This opens up the synthesis of topologically disordered dense oxide glasses.

Mobile long-distance web-based monitoring systems will become increasingly common in the near future. This paper focuses on the development of a healthcare telemonitoring system that uses an adaptive web-based framework that monitors several parameters simultaneously. The proposed system simplifies patient and physician access to the healthcare system. It combines many healthcare service functions for a long distance monitoring system. The system immediately sends blood pressure, blood sugar, respiration, heartbeat, pulse, body temperature and transmits them to the clinic's server. All of these parameters can be inputted by patients themselves while the patients are far from the clinical environment and forwarded to the physician for further diagnosis and medical treatment. The advantages of the proposed system are simple patient access through the internet and simple connectivity to a physician from remote areas. A smartphone with multimedia features and an internet connection in a mobile environment can be used to perform mobile computing anywhere and anytime. It keeps real-time recording and monitoring of physiological parameters of patients at a low cost and at home. The physiological parameters of the patient are enhanced by multimedia data. By using the good quality of the multimedia data, the physician can be more precise when providing a diagnosis or medical treatment to the patient. The proposed framework can be used to develop a practical web-based mobile telemonitoring system in a mobile environment.

The businesses in various fields use the online communication application to gather their data and information with local and global sources. The gathered data may sensitive such as the financial and businesses development information. The hackers or online thief try to stole the valuable data i.e. credit card numbers. The organizations looking for secure online channels in order to transfer their data efficiently and avoid the data thieving. One of the most applicable methods that developed to secure the online transferred data is the cryptography which transfers the original data or information to encrypted formulation. Cryptography still has many drawbacks such as stole and decrypts the original texts using automatic decryption counter. The main aim of this research is to improve the cryptography securing level using supportive method which is Steganography. The Steganography is the processes of hide the data or information in media files such as video, images and audio files. There are four stages represent the methodology of this paper; (1) encrypt the original texts using RSA algorithm, (2) hide the encrypted texts in Image files, (3) extract the encrypted texts from Image files, and (4) decrypt the original texts using decryption key of RSA algorithm. It is expected to improve the security level of the online transferred textual data. The performance of the final results will be evaluated through compare the Image files quality before and after hide the data in these files. The quality of the original and stego Image files need to be same or near in order to maximize the difficulty of detect that there data hide in these files.

Search engines have become an integral part of student learning activities. This study aims to see how the use of search engines by students, especially by students of the Library and Information science Program, faculty of Communication sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran. This study uses the mixed method. The research data was obtained through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the study showed that in learning activities, the respondents used search engines to find the references for college assignments and thesis writing material. The students also use search engines to meet daily information needs, solve problems, increase knowledge, reduce doubts, clarify things, entertain, fulfill curiosity about others, etc. The retrieval technique used by students is by using keywords/queries, Boolean logic, query strategies in the form of a brief search and using the advanced search feature. This research is expected to contribute to the university in supporting online-based learning facilities for students. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Face recognition has long been a hot topic and challenging research point in areas such as image processing, pattern recognition, and machine vision. The face is a biometric feature with the intrinsic nature of a human. So that the face has self-stability, deep individual differences and can be an ideal basis for verification of an identity. In this research use, Deep Learning Network method uses to perform detection or face recognition. In this study, we present a framework that can be used to detect faces. This research is also able to present a DNN model that is used to study data sources from the data stream in sequence. The most important part of this study is able to adjust the capacity of the model from the simple one. This research uses experimental design method. The first step is a collection of face image data. Then the architecture design starts from the determination of the depth of the network, layout layers, and the selection of layer types that will be used to get the model based on input dataset and label name index.

The main aim of this study to merge knowledge flow activities with software development process Past models of flow of knowledge lacked in terms of software development and lacked on sharing right knowledge and lacked in-depth exploration of context modeling, which made those models less applicable. In addition now it attracts much consideration, attention in the knowledge management field. In a knowledge-based organization, knowledge workers need to acquire a variety of knowledge (information) about their tasks. Therefore; many organizations have built knowledge support plat forms to assist workers in meeting their knowledge-needs. These platforms help workers to identify and share knowledge in order to speed up organization innovation and improve employee Productivity. This research proposes a conceptual framework of context oriented flow of knowledge in software development aspects. In this framework, the context is seen as an inseparable element of flow of knowledge, which is regarding the creation, transformation as well as application of knowledge items. One of the main challenges is how to exploring knowledge flow, sharing knowledge in software development process. The main goal for this research to provide a framework to solve this challenge. In this research used questionnaire instrument with 21 people as they are from software development process environment, also in this study want to improve all factors, task, type of knowledge, nature of knowledge used in software development process during the flow of knowledge. Finally in this study validate the framework using experts review, 4 experts from academic and industrial result was great shows all phases in software development process and factors when active, moreover in this research verified the component by using cronpach alpha methods the result was good in acceptable rang 0.711.

The procedure for estimation of voltage profile in a radial distribution network considering decreased number of measurements is presented in the text. The proposed procedure is based on hypothesis that feeder voltage profile in case of the limited number of feeder measurements can be successfully estimated using evolutionary optimization approach. The procedure consists of two main steps. In the first step, the location of the voltage measurements are determined with aim to have as small as possible the number of the locations. This is done by applying the analytical mathematical procedure. After the measurement locations are defined, in the second procedure step the optimization aims to estimate whole voltage profile is performed employing the evolutionary algorithm. The proposed procedure is tested on two test radial distribution feeders to verify the proposed procedure.
