In this paper, we employ dual-mode unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) equipped with both the active radio frequency (RF) module and aerial reconfigurable intelligent surface (ARIS) to assist ground users (GUs) for both the downlink energy transfer and uplink data transmission in a wireless-powered network. To maximize the GUs' minimum throughput, we propose a collaborative mode switching scheme for the dual-mode UAVs to dynamically switch between the active RF and passive ARIS modes according to the time-varying channel conditions. Besides, we jointly optimize the GUs' transmission control, the UAVs' beamforming, and the trajectory planning strategies. This optimization problem is intractable directly due to the non-convexity in both the objective and constraints. We design an iterative algorithm to first decompose the original problem into several subproblems, and then solve each subproblem individually by approximate optimization methods. Numerical results verify that the UAVs' collaborative mode switching along with their trajectories efficiently improves the transmission performance compared to the benchmarks in which both UAVs are operating in one fixed mode. © 2024 IEEE.

Presently,customer retention is essential for reducing customer churn in telecommunication *** churn prediction(CCP)is important to predict the possibility of customer retention in the quality of *** risks of customer churn also get essential,the rise of machine learning(ML)models can be employed to investigate the characteristics of customer ***,deep learning(DL)models help in prediction of the customer behavior based characteristic *** the DL models necessitate hyperparameter modelling and effort,the process is difficult for research communities and business *** this view,this study designs an optimal deep canonically correlated autoencoder based prediction(ODCCAEP)model for competitive customer dependent application *** addition,the O-DCCAEP method purposes for determining the churning nature of the *** O-DCCAEP technique encompasses preprocessing,classification,and hyperparameter ***,the DCCAE model is employed to classify the churners or ***,the hyperparameter optimization of the DCCAE technique occurs utilizing the deer hunting optimization algorithm(DHOA).The experimental evaluation of the O-DCCAEP technique is carried out against an own dataset and the outcomes highlighted the betterment of the presented O-DCCAEP approach on existing approaches.

New storage requirements, analysis, and visualization of Big Data, which includes structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, have caused the developers in the past decade to begin preferring Big Data databases, such as NoSQL, that comes to overcome the boundaries of relational Databases such as unlimited scalability, high performance, data modeling, data distribution, and continuous availability. Due to those benefits ensured by this new technology, quite recently, considerable attention has been paid to data migration from relational Database to NoSQL Database. So, in this context, the purpose of this paper is to provide a comparative study of some recent approaches proposed by various researchers to migrate data from relational to NoSQL databases, as well as discussing and analyzing the results of those proposed techniques. LoRa technology contributes to green energy by enabling efficient,long-range communication for the Internet of Things(IoT).This paper addresses the challenges related to coverage range in outdoor monitoring systems utilizing LoRa,where the network performance is affected by the density of gateways(GWs)and end devices(EDs),as well as environmental *** mitigate interference,data throughput losses,and high-power consumption,the proposed spreading factor(SF)and hybrid(data rate|SF)models dynamically adjust the transmission *** orchestration of concurrent data modifications within the network server(NS)is crucial for uninterrupted communication between GWs and EDs,especially in monitoring electric vehicle(EV)stations to reduce traffic congestion and *** K-means and density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)algorithms optimizes ED allocation,averts data congestion,and improves the signal-tointerference noise ratio(SINR).These methods ensure seamless information reception by meticulously allocated EDs across various GW *** estimate the free-space losses(FSL),a log-distance path loss model(log-PL)is *** various bandwidths(BWs),bidirectional communications,and duty cycles(DCs)helps to prevent saturation,thus prolonging the operational lifespan of *** findings reveal a notable packet rejection rate(PRR)of 0%for the DBSCAN(hybrid model).In contrast,the K-means exhibits a PRR ranging from 5%(hybrid model)to 35.29%(SF model)for the ten GWs ***,the network saturation is reduced to 10.185%and 9.503%,respectively,highlighting an improvement in the average efficiency of slotted ALOHA(91.1%)and pure ALOHA(90.7%).These enhancements increase the lifespan of EDs to 15,465.27 days.

In this study, a hybrid machine learning (HML)-based approach, incorporating Genetic data analysis (GDA), is proposed to accurately identify the presence of adenomatous colorectal polyps (ACRP) which is a crucial early detector of colorectal cancer (CRC). The present study develops a classification ensemble model based on tuned hyperparameters. Surpassing accuracy percentages of early detection approaches used in previous studies, the current method exhibits exceptional performance in identifying ACRP and diagnosing CRC, overcoming limitations of CRC traditional methods that are based on error-prone manual examination. Particularly, the method demonstrates the following CRP identification accuracy data: 97.7 ± 1.1, precision: 94.3 ± 5, recall: 96.0 ± 3, F1-score: 95.7 ± 4, specificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, average AUC: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, and average p-value: 0.0425 ± 0.07. The findings underscore the potential of this method for early detection of ACRP as well as clinical use in the development of CRC treatment planning strategies. The advantages of this approach are highly expected to contribute to the prevention and reduction of CRC mortality.

Human-computer interaction (HCI) is an evolving field of research that focuses on understanding and improving the communication and interaction between humans and computers. Over the past decades, we have seen many significant advances in this field, which have contributed to the widespread adoption and integration of technology into our daily lives. HCI research and development aims to design information technology systems to meet the needs and preferences of users. Usability, efficiency, accessibility and user satisfaction are important considerations in HCI design. This paper presents the results of a pilot study on user acceptance of HCIs. The results show that users are positive about and willing to use HCIs. © 2023 IEEE.

Multi-robot coordination aims to synchronize robots for optimized, collision-free paths in shared environments, addressing task allocation, collision avoidance, and path planning challenges. The Time Enhanced A∗ (TEA*) algorithm addresses multi-robot pathfinding offering a centralized and sequential approach. However, its sequential nature can lead to order-dependent variability in solutions. This study enhances TEA∗ through multi-threading, using thread pooling and parallelization techniques via OpenMP, and a sensitivity analysis enabling parallel exploration of robot-solving orders to improve robustness and the likelihood of finding efficient, feasible paths in complex environments. The results show that this approach improved coordination efficiency, reducing replanning needs and simulation time. Additionally, the sensitivity analysis assesses TEA*'s scalability across various graph sizes and number of robots, providing insights into how these factors influence the efficiency and performance of the algorithm. © 2025 IEEE.

Artificial Intelligence(AI)is finding increasing application in healthcare *** learning systems are utilized for monitoring patient health through the use of IoT sensor,which keep track of the physiological state by way of various health ***,early detection of any disease or derangement can aid doctors in saving patients’***,there are some challenges associated with predicting health status using the common algorithms,such as time requirements,chances of errors,and improper *** propose an Artificial Krill Herd based on the Random Forest(AKHRF)technique for monitoring patients’health and eliciting an optimal prescription based on their health *** begin with,various patient datasets were collected and trained into the system using IoT *** a result,the framework developed includes four processes:preprocessing,feature extraction,classification,and result ***,preprocessing removes errors,noise,and missing values from the dataset,whereas feature extraction extracts the relevant ***,in the classification layer,we updated the fitness function of the krill herd to classify the patient’s health status and also generate a *** found that the results fromthe proposed framework are comparable to the results from other state-of-the-art techniques in terms of sensitivity,specificity,Area under the Curve(AUC),accuracy,precision,recall,and F-measure.

IoT plays a crucial role in transforming the agricultural industry by offering diverse use cases starting from crop monitoring and precision farming to yield optimization. The fundamental reason why the agricultural community benefits immensely from IoT is due to its capacity to gather real-time data straight from their fields. Farming requires considerable attention, and wireless sensor networks enable farmers to deploy IoT devices throughout various parts of their farm so they can obtain information on soil moisture levels, temperature, humidity, among other essential parameters that are integral for effective agriculture management. This gathered data empowers farmers with accurate weather forecasts through machine learning techniques which assist them in making informed decisions related to planting or harvesting of crops - vital components critical for successful outcomes towards better yields. Moreover, middleware architectures/APIs developed specifically for IOT-based red onion farming utilize cloud computing services wherein these enlightening patterns generated get stored safely using analytics tools & automated systems. These intensify insights derived as it simplifies accessing important metrics aiding ease while analyzing historical trends advantageously helping make prudent future course corrective measures concerning planting/harvesting schedules based entirely on solid empirical evidence combined with artificial intelligence ensuring unprecedented efficiency gains and higher returns than previously achievable without technology guidance. © 2023 IEEE.

this paper proposes novel deep-learning models that can generate Muslim names. A recurrent neural network (RNN) approach is used as the machine learning model. Generate new names, using the character-level language model. This technique has learned the different name patterns and generates new names. In order to achieve this objective, thousands of Muslim names have been collected from popular domains and then trimmed for the data set. After processing the whole dataset, 1000 pure and most common names are selected for a dataset. The deployed system is using some important functions provided by neural network libraries. Here, the argument also reveals that if a huge data set is used to employ this deep learning technique, more accurate results are expected. These outcomes will be better when compared with the traditional machine learning algorithms. The efficacy of the proposed model is proved by the similarity of artificial names with real names. © 2023 IEEE.
