In this work, we present new Bayesian estimator for spherically-contoured Two-Sided Gamma random vectors in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). This PDF is used in view of the fact that it is more peaked and the tails are heavier to be incorporated in the probabilistic modeling of the wavelet coefficients. One of the cruxes of the Bayesian image denoising methods is to estimate statistical parameters for a shrinkage function. We employ maximum a posterior (MAP) estimation to calculate local variances with Gamma density prior for local observed variances and Gaussian distribution for noisy wavelet coefficients. The experimental results show that the proposed method yields good denoising results.

The rapid development of internet user has made it easy and improved the online marketing in the global market, as a result the number of customer shopping online are increasing more than the number of customer using internet for others purposes, customer participations are the basic of every business success, because with customer, no business can survive or adapt with change that has been brought by new technology. Knowledge hoarding in Requirements Elicitation (RE) phase could lead to Information systems Development (ISD) project failure. Many researchers have discussed important factors in knowledge sharing. Nevertheless, the success rate for ISD projects is low and there are other major factors for consideration. Review was conducted to identify potential gaps in existing literature and to explore new factors that impact ISD knowledge sharing in RE. Based on systematic review of literature, two new factors are identified namely Organizational Justice and Social Interdependence. The success of ISD projects are impacted by organizational justice and social interdependence. The proposed theoretical model provides project managers a new platform to further understand ISD knowledge sharing between business users and external IT professionals in RE.

Electronic commerce （E-commerce） plays an important role in growth of Small and medium- sized enterprises （SMEs） as it allow them compete efficiently in both domestic and international markets. This paper aim to develop a conceptual model based on factors that affect the Business-to-Consumer （B2C） e-commerce success. The factors are identified by looking at past 20 year research conducted in this topic area. This model will assist SMEs who currently considering or conducting business using e-commerce. The model consists of six main factors that fall under internal and external business environment effecting e- commerce success in SMEs. Each factor examines in detail and explains how it will allow business to integrate e-commerce in their businesses.

In this paper We propose a new method able to detecting and correcting errors relating to the recognition of invoice type documents. We rely on automated document readers that can read and recognize the various relevant information in a scanned document. The process on which this method is based consists of digitizing a large volume of documents, and makes them pass through automatic readers of the documents, then carry out the correction of the various errors. The final goal is to find an electronic document reflecting the various information included in the background document. The main goal is the generation of organized electronic documents, like a data basis or files XML;for a specific use. Our approach is based on the language theory through developing a kind of parser which is applicable to the more general case of documents and can easily detect a specific class of errors and correct them. © 2012 International Journal of computer Science Issues.

This research proposes a scheme of area calculation system, focusing on image warping to top view. The sensor attached to camera is used to compensate the camera's orientation in real time. One constraint is that the calculated area is planar surface. In practice, the alignment of sensor and camera is imperfect. This error makes the calculated area size inaccurate. Therefore, calibration between camera and sensor is required by using Iterative Least Square method. Then, the extrinsic parameters derived from calibrated sensor and pre-computed intrinsic parameter will be used to generate a homography matrix. In top view image, we can directly count the number of target pixel. Finally, we will also find the relationship between rotation angle and size of each pixel in real-world unit with calculating percentage accuracy of this method. The experimental results show top view target area size generated from the tilted camera using information from the orientation sensor in real time. © 2012 IEEE.

This paper presents an analysis of parasitic capacitances in resonant rectifier which has significant impact on the operating point of the resonance circuit, which the junction capacitance is to decrease the resonant current and DC output voltage in the circuit at switching frequency less than resonant frequency. This can be represented by simplified series resonant equivalent circuit and voltage transfer function versus normalized operating frequency at varied values of resonant capacitor. The step-up resonant push-pull DC-DC converter was used as design example. The design procedure is based on the principle of the half bridge class-DE resonant rectifier. All power switches are operated under the zero-voltage switching conditions, resulting in higher overall system efficiency. The prototype of resonant DC-DC converter was operated at 62-88 kHz variable frequency, the input voltage of 12-V_(DC), the output voltage of 380-V_(DC) and the output power rated of 150 W. The experimental results have shown that 92.97% efficiency at full power. The experimental results are presented to verify the theoretical analysis.

An important issue that absorbs many attentions is studying the users’ required information and their pattern of dynamic interaction with online search. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between users’ cognitive style and information seeking. It is to enhance the quality of information presentation and users’ interactions in the Web by adapting their preferences and specific needs. This paper specifically focuses on the use of the Internet by postgraduate engineering students. The sample of this study consists of 50 postgraduate engineering students from the faculty of computer Science and Information system in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The findings of this study reveal the linear relationship between users’ cognitive styles and information seeking.

Knowledge Management (KM) implementation is mainly linked to soft issues such as organizational culture and people. Recently, most organizations are struggling to effectively use KM tools and techniques. Previous study shows that there is a relationship between KM and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). KM, in particular, has been defined as the process of capturing the collective expertise and intelligence in an organization and using them to foster innovation through continued organizational learning whereas obtaining customer-related knowledge is specified as the means to attain CRM objectives. Since a major part of that expertise and intelligence refers to customers, it is concluded that CRM is strongly related to KM and especially to customer knowledge management. CRM is a combination of people, processes and technology that seeks to understand a company's customers. CRM has evolved from advances in information technology and organizational changes in customer centric processes. Managing a successful CRM implementation requires an integrated and balanced approach to technology, processes and people. This paper discuss about the implementation of CRM in Research and Development Centers of Public Universities in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current scenario of CRM implementation Research and Development Centers of Public Universities in Malaysia and what are their challenges in its implementation. This study has conducted the structured interview session with top management of eight public universities. Besides, a questionnaire was distributed to the R & D staffs in those eight public universities. Statistical analysis was carried out on data collected from 40 completed questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and correlation test has been performed to investigate the hypotheses. This study indicates that organization CRM knowledge has a relationship with organizational issues such as human, culture, financial and technology issues. S

The peer-reviewed articles and textual data are main source of data in biology. Text mining is solution to extract information from textual data sources that are usually in bulky quantities, messy and disorganized. Dealing with this situation needs to deploy innovative methods and techniques. In this paper, we identify the current heavily used methods for biomedical text mining, their capabilities and developments, some proposed solution and how to evaluate performance. Biomedical specific challenges in text mining context have been studied with respect to proposed answers and then main future trends based on current needs and requirements have been discussed.
