The use of technology is very important nowadays. Most of everyday activities are documented and stored in digital form. One of those activity is recording. Activity of an organization is very important, therefore recording of meeting material is one of those important activities. Usually the meeting material is documented by writing them into papers or typing them and stored them into computer. Sometimes, the meeting information is written or typed incorrectly so a speech-to-text application is required to solve this problem. In this study, the solution offered is to implement a web-based automation speed-to-text application which can record the voice of meeting participants then converted them into text automatically, so the results of the recording process of meeting materials are more effective and efficient By using voice recognition feature its called web kit Speech Recognition, this system can be implemented. After successfully implementing this application which is so called Speech Meeting Web kit system, the average value for duration system for Indonesia and English language is 96,63 % and 82,78 %.

Although rice cultivation is one of the most important agricultural sources of methane (CH4) and contributes ∼8% of total global anthropogenic emissions, large discrepancies remain among estimates of global CH4 emissions from rice cultivation (ranging from 18 to 115 Tg CH4 yr−1) due to a lack of observational constraints. The spatial distribution of paddy-rice emissions has been assessed at regional-to-global scales by bottom-up inventories and land surface models over coarse spatial resolution (e.g., > 0.5°) or spatial units (e.g., agro-ecological zones). However, high-resolution CH4 flux estimates capable of capturing the effects of local climate and management practices on emissions, as well as replicating in situ data, remain challenging to produce because of the scarcity of high-resolution maps of paddy-rice and insufficient understanding of CH4 predictors. Here, we combine paddy-rice methane-flux data from 23 global eddy covariance sites and MODIS remote sensing data with machine learning to 1) evaluate data-driven model performance and variable importance for predicting rice CH4 fluxes;and 2) produce gridded up-scaling estimates of rice CH4 emissions at 5000-m resolution across Monsoon Asia, where ∼87% of global rice area is cultivated and ∼ 90% of global rice production occurs. Our random-forest model achieved Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency values of 0.59 and 0.69 for 8-day CH4 fluxes and site mean CH4 fluxes respectively, with land surface temperature, biomass and water-availability-related indices as the most important predictors. We estimate the average annual (winter fallow season excluded) paddy rice CH4 emissions throughout Monsoon Asia to be 20.6 ± 1.1 Tg yr−1 for 2001–2015, which is at the lower range of previous inventory-based estimates (20–32 CH4 Tg yr−1). Our estimates also suggest that CH4 emissions from paddy rice in this region have been declining from 2007 through 2015 following declines in both paddy-rice growing area and emission rates per unit

Three way decision model, as a new and meaningful decision making method, has attracted much attention and various results and applications have been reported. This paper investigates decision-theoretic rough set (DTRS) approach in the framework of multi-covering approximation spaces. By integrating fuzzy probability measure into Bayesian decision procedure, we define the notions of covering-based mean multigranulation decision-theoretic rough sets, covering-based optimistic multigranulation decision-theoretic rough sets, and covering-based pessimistic multigranulation decision-theoretic rough sets. We first investigate the basic properties of the three proposed models. Second, we elaborate on the relationship between the proposed models and those existing in literature, and discuss the interrelationships of the models. Finally, an illustrative example is employed to show the application of the proposed models. © 2018 - IOS Press and the authors. All rights reserved.

The decision to determine whether or not a journal to be published in Majalah Kedokteran Nusantara can be decided by using the Decision Support system with certain methods. One of methods used is fuzzy logic method and is applied to the Microsoft Visual Basic programming language. From the results of the research, the first step that must be done in determining a journal is published was to identify the problem and to determine how to evaluate the quality of the journal which is done by calculating the parameter values of the variables that have been determined by the editorial board. The parameters used in the calculation were title of articles, abstract, background, content, conclusions and bibliography. The conclusions obtained from the research is to building a decision support system to determine a journal published in Majalah Kedokteran Nusantara using fuzzy logic method was not so difficult to do, because it utilized Fis Sugeno Matlab application and by using fuzzy logic methods and utilizing fuzzyfication to get linguistic variables were very helpful in determining how a journal is published. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The urban farming plant system is a type of plant that requires extra monitoring in its maintenance. Internet of Things is a concept whereby an object has ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. In otherwise, optimizing limited spaces in urban areas we can combine several cultivation technique as integrated urban farming consist of plant culture, aquaculture apiary, veterinary, etc. This study aims to create smartly integrated all those cultivations as one cycle system that we called Ecoholistic Vertiminaponic using automated control and monitoring applications on the systems by utilizing the Internet of Things using Android and Cloud smart phones. Applications on Android smart phones are made to be able to know the sensor data that exist on the Cloud and also control the lights, pumps, and fans on the vertiminaponic system through Cloud. Both tasks can be done remotely via an Android smart phone connected to the internet. By using this system, activities that should be done directly can be done remotely via the internet, including in the monitoring and control of plant systems. As the cycle of cultivation system Ecoholistic Vertiminaponic will support urban sustainable farming and its food self-sufficiency.

Organisations and users face many challenges against smartphone in detecting mobile malware attacks. Many techniques have been developed by different solution providers to ensure that smartphones remain free from such attacks. Nonetheless, we still lack efficient techniques to detect mobile malware attacks, especially for the social media application. Hence, this paper presents mobile malware classifications based on API and permission that can be used for mobile malware detection with regard to the social media applications. A mobile malware classification based on correlation of malware behaviour, vulnerability exploitation and mobile phone has been developed for this purpose and a mobile application (app) has been sought to support this new classification. This research was conducted in a controlled lab environment using open source tools and by applying hybrid analysis. Based on the testing conducted, the results showed that the mobile apps were categorized as dangerous with 16% for call log exploitation, 13% for audio exploitation and 9% for GPS exploitation. These results indicated that the attackers could launch possible different cyber attacks. In future, this paper can be used as reference for other researchers with the same interest.

Coronary Heart Disease is one of many diseases that cause death and still being a health problem for both developed and developing countries. It is estimated to double in the next two decades, making it the biggest leading cause of death in 2020. The causes of coronary heart disease contain age and sex, with the incidence of males is more than in females but the incidence of females will increase after menopause (the end of the menstrual cycle) around the age of 50 years. This is due to estrogen (steroid compounds) have a protective effect on the onset of atherosclerosis. In this study the author wants to create a system that can detect heart disease by users before ensuring himself to the doctor to diagnose heart disease which is very dangerous. The system that the author will design used the certainty factor method to provide an assessment of the symptoms of user diagnosis. The application was designed with the desktop-based visual studio software assistance that is easy to use by everyone because it is familiar with the windows display design. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In today's IT industry, cloud computing has become trending and a driving force. Many services are offered by IT vendors and supported by service level agreements and uptime assurance such as storage services, computations and hosting services covering multiple continents. One of the challenging issues is to have efficient task scheduling algorithm for cloud computing. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is among of the best scheduling algorithm in cloud computing. However, PSO has generated the first population, which is produced randomly. As randomness decreases the probability of the algorithm to converge to the best solution. This paper surveys the existing of modified PSO scheduling algorithms to solve randomly issue in cloud computing environment. The comparison shows that the modified algorithm successfully make some improvement compared with standard PSO. © 2017 IEEE.

With the technological advances in the field of multimedia, associated with the generalization of their uses in many applications such as television archiving, motion tracking, video surveillance, etc. Semantic analysis and automatic understanding of large collections of video documents become a major problem. Consequently, the need for a system, which will allow to effectively manipulate video content is undeniable. This paper presents an approach that allows the systematic video analysis using deep learning and ontology generation. The proposed approach permits the extraction and the building of an ontology using results obtained by the deep learning techniques such as key frames, detected objects and actions (movements).
