A model for evaluating the availability of a fault-tolerant cluster with a constraint on the maximum query service time is proposed. Node recovery in the cluster involves replacing the entire computational node with the latest backup results before the failure. Information update after the backup is achieved through the replication of this information from the working nodes of the cluster. The purpose of the article is to assess the reliability of the cluster and its readiness to timely service requests critical to the waiting time. Restoring up-to-date data in a cluster node after previously entering the data saved during backup into it requires the use of resources of the node in which the data is being restored and the node containing up-to-date data. The specified pair of nodes is excluded from the request servicing process, which reduces the likelihood of timely maintenance. Information recovery in case of failures of all nodes containing replicas of up-to-date data requires more time compared to replication from the memory of a functioning node. © 2023 IEEE.

Breast cancer is a disease that is prevalent all over the world, and that is essential for the efficient treatment and care of breast cancer patients who are monitored remotely. However, traditional conventional centralized systems for patient monitoring face challenges in providing effective and efficient care for breast cancer patients, including limited access to medical records, ineffective communication, and patient participation. Fragmentation of records and difficulty in obtaining information can hinder patient care in terms of both privacy and data security. The proposed system uses machine learning, blockchain, smart contracts, hybrid access control, and hybrid intrusion prevention and detection to diagnose breast cancer decentralized. The technology analyses medical data using advanced machine learning algorithms to diagnose breast cancer accurately and provide healthcare practitioners with relevant insights. The blockchain stores patient information, diagnostic results, and metadata transparently and securely to protect data integrity and privacy. Smart contracts automate and enforce rules, securing data and improving diagnostic workflow. User roles and attributes are used to manage access to sensitive data and improve collaboration. Patients, doctors, and researchers have different permits and limits. Secures granular data and prevents unauthorized access. Scalability and network congestion are addressed via a hybrid network management system. The system optimizes resource allocation, load balancing, and data transfer by integrating centralized and decentralized methodologies. These features reduce delays and assure seamless operation. Experimental results reveal that the suggested system detects breast cancer more accurately than centralized methods. This study focuses on the challenge of developing abstract models to differentiate various cloud resources. It explores the advancements in cloud products that offer specialized services to meet specific external needs. The study proposes a new approach to request processing in clusters, improving downtime, load distribution, and overall performance. A comparison of three clustering approaches is conducted: local single cluster, local multiple clusters, and multiple cloud clusters. Performance, scalability, fault tolerance, resource allocation, availability, and cost-effectiveness are evaluated through experiments with 50 requests. All three approaches achieve a 100% success rate, but processing times vary. The local single cluster has the longest duration, while the local multiple clusters and multiple cloud clusters perform better and offer faster processing, scalability, fault tolerance, and availability. From a cost perspective, the local single cluster and local multiple clusters incur capital and operational expenses, while the multiple cloud clusters follow a pay-as-you-go model. Overall, the local multiple clusters and multiple cloud clusters outperform the local single cluster in terms of performance, scalability, fault tolerance, resource allocation, availability, and cost-effectiveness. These findings provide valuable insights for selecting appropriate clustering strategies in cloud environments. © 2023 by the authors of this article. Published under CC-BY.

New storage requirements, analysis, and visualization of Big Data, which includes structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, have caused the developers in the past decade to begin preferring Big Data databases, such as NoSQL, that comes to overcome the boundaries of relational Databases such as unlimited scalability, high performance, data modeling, data distribution, and continuous availability. The conventional Close circuit television(CCTV)cameras-based surveillance and control systems require human resource *** all the criminal activities take place using weapons mostly a handheld gun,revolver,pistol,swords ***,automatic weapons detection is a vital requirement now a *** current research is concerned about the real-time detection of weapons for the surveillance cameras with an implementation of weapon detection using Efficient–*** time datasets,from local surveillance department’s test sessions are used for model training and *** consist of local environment images and videos from different type and resolution cameras that minimize the *** research also contributes in the making of Efficient-Net that is experimented and results in a positive *** results are also been represented in graphs and in calculations for the representation of results during training and results after training are also shown to represent our research ***-Net algorithm gives better results than existing *** using Efficient-Net algorithms the accuracy achieved 98.12%when epochs increase as compared to other algorithms.

Sorting and searching are critical processes for effecttive data analysis. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of various sorting and searching algorithms and compare their time and space complexities on both sorted and unsorted data. The algorithms we analyzed include six common sorting algorithms (insertion, radix, bucket, merge, bubble, and quick sort) and three search algorithms (linear, binary, and jump search). The results of our study provide insights into the best algorithms to use for different input sizes and types of data. It was found that for small input sizes, all algorithms perform similarly, but for larger input sizes, insertion and radix sorts are better for time complexity while bubble sort is better for space complexity. Additionally, jump search outperformed linear and binary search algorithms in both time and space complexity. Besides, difference between time and space complexity of sorted and unsorted data was significant. © 2023 IEEE.

Parkinson's disease (PD) profoundly impacts millions in Sri Lanka, emphasizing the importance of early detection for better patient outcomes. We introduce 'NeuraTrace PD,' an innovative application for early PD screening, combining brain MRI, hand-drawn image analysis, facial expression assessment, and voice analysis. For brain MRI analysis, we employed a Graph Convolutional Network (GCN), achieving an impressive accuracy of 91% and identifying distinct graph connectivity patterns using graph theory. We also use a deep Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to reach 90% accuracy in analyzing hand-drawn images, while optimizing image resolution for efficiency and information retention. Facial expression analysis is a vital component, leveraging CNN and Constrained Local Models (CLM) to accurately extract Facial Action Units (FAUs), which contribute to a remarkable 95% accuracy using the XGBoost machine learning model. We introduce a Machine Learning (ML) algorithm and advanced signal processing to enhance voice feature analysis, offering a thorough understanding and classification of PD patients. It reaches 99% accuracy. In summary, our approach holds significant promise for advancing early PD diagnosis, ultimately improving the quality of life for those affected by this challenging condition. © 2023 IEEE.

This article examines the parameters of speech recognition in audio recordings containing a variety of phrases uttered by different people with different accents and intonations. The aim of the study is to evaluate the recognition speed, the accuracy of audio-to-text conversion and resource consumption when using SpeechRecognition and Levenshtein libraries. During the analysis, the above libraries were used to record and recognize audio files, as well as to calculate the distance between two lines and determine the recognition accuracy. The findings of this study can be useful for improving speech recognition systems and creating more adaptive and efficient solutions for audio data processing. The results of comparing the accuracy of speech recognition models are recorded in JSON format, after which, using the matplotlib library, they are visualized as graphs, comparing the speed and accuracy of recognition. Visualization of data in this way contributes to their improvement and more effective integration into educational systems. In conclusion, the authors emphasize the prospects for further development of speech recognition technologies in different fields. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper reviews the use of Minikube in multi-node mode to work with the ETSI MEC Sandbox as a lightweight multi-access edge computing platform simulator (LWMECPS). The work included a comparative analysis of MEC platforms in terms of functionality, cost of deployment, and complexity of adoption. An experiment was also conducted to test LWMECPS as a MEC platform using a Python3 test application. The experiment confirmed the feasibility of using LWMECPS as a MEC platform by deploying a Kubernetes deployment based on the number of users on the simulated 4g-macro network service zones from the ETSI MEC Sandbox. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of existing scientific literature on the use of multi-access edge computing platforms in various use cases. © 2023 IEEE.
