Game Based Personality Profiling Application had been develop as an application to solve the problems faced by a counselor in capturing and determine personality. There are many types of personality model and theory such as Jung's Sixteen personality, Myers Briggs Types Indicators (MBTI), 5 Big factors, and Kathrine Benziger's Personality. This application uses MBTI based concept as a guideline to capture sixteen types of personality. The game genre is puzzle game, and it was developed using Netbeans tools and object-oriented technique. The client or the player will be tested by four mini games in this application so that the game Artifact Intelligent (AI) will capture the personality of the player. The system was tested using 50 samples which were chosen randomly and 77.5% of the results are based on engineering student. The result obtain was compared with the personality psychometric test paper based.

The paper presents a method for monitoring heartbeats based on time-frequency analysis of optic interferometric signal by using smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution. Optical interferometer is a sensitive device that detects physical changes of the length of optical fibre. When put in mattress, heartbeats of a subject lying on the fibre causes its perturbation. This allows entirely unobtrusive and continuous monitoring of subject's heart rate by processing interferometric signal. Reference ECG signals were acquired in order to verify recognition rate and accuracy of proposed method. An experiment with 6 subjects was performed. Interferometric and referential signals were acquired simultaneously for about 60 s. The obtained results show high recognition rate (about 97% with persons breathing and 98% with persons holding their breath).

K-means algorithm is very well-known in large data sets of clustering. This algorithm is popular and more widely used for its easy implementation and fast working. However, it is well known that in the k-means algorithm, the user should specify the number of clusters in advance. In order to improve the performance of the K-means algorithm, various methods have been proposed. In this paper, has been presented an improved parameter less data clustering technique based on maximum distance of data and Lioyd k-means algorithm. The experimental results show that the use of new approach to defining the centroids, the number of iterations has been reduced where the improvement was 60%.

Breast cancer is a disease that is prevalent all over the world, and that is essential for the efficient treatment and care of breast cancer patients who are monitored remotely. However, traditional conventional centralized systems for patient monitoring face challenges in providing effective and efficient care for breast cancer patients, including limited access to medical records, ineffective communication, and patient participation. Fragmentation of records and difficulty in obtaining information can hinder patient care in terms of both privacy and data security. The proposed system uses machine learning, blockchain, smart contracts, hybrid access control, and hybrid intrusion prevention and detection to diagnose breast cancer decentralized. The technology analyses medical data using advanced machine learning algorithms to diagnose breast cancer accurately and provide healthcare practitioners with relevant insights. The blockchain stores patient information, diagnostic results, and metadata transparently and securely to protect data integrity and privacy. Smart contracts automate and enforce rules, securing data and improving diagnostic workflow. User roles and attributes are used to manage access to sensitive data and improve collaboration. Patients, doctors, and researchers have different permits and limits. Secures granular data and prevents unauthorized access. Scalability and network congestion are addressed via a hybrid network management system. The system optimizes resource allocation, load balancing, and data transfer by integrating centralized and decentralized methodologies. These features reduce delays and assure seamless operation. Experimental results reveal that the suggested system detects breast cancer more accurately than centralized methods.
