With the speed growth of digital technology, the recorded videos become a primary source of legal process in court. The video forgery identification becomes an important part of the legal process. This paper aims to propose an inter-frame forgery identification system using a statistical method. The system converts the extracted frames of the video into grayscale frame images. The system detects the edges in each frame using the Sobel edge detector. The system extracts effective feature vectors from the Hamming distance-based raw feature vectors by applying the Poisson Probability Mass Function (PMF). After that, the system identifies the given video that it is forged or not using the cross correlation and coefficient values of the adjacent frame. Video sources are gathered from UCF 101 data sets and SULFA data sets to test the proposed video forgery identification process. The experiment results show that the system can identify whether the video is forged or not in 69% of cases. © 2023 IEEE.

The alignment operation between many protein sequences or DNAsequences related to the scientific bioinformatics application is very *** is a trade-off in the objectives in the existing techniques of MultipleSequence Alignment (MSA). The techniques that concern with speed ignoreaccuracy, whereas techniques that concern with accuracy ignore speed. Theterm alignment means to get the similarity in different sequences with highaccuracy. The more growing number of sequences leads to a very complexand complicated problem. Because of the emergence;rapid development;anddependence on gene sequencing, sequence alignment has become importantin every biological relationship analysis process. Calculating the numberof similar amino acids is the primary method for proving that there is arelationship between two sequences. The time is a main issue in any alignmenttechnique. In this paper, a more effective MSA method for handling themassive multiple protein sequences alignment maintaining the highest accuracy with less time consumption is proposed. The proposed method dependson Artificial Fish Swarm (AFS) algorithm that can break down the mostchallenges of MSA problems. The AFS is exploited to obtain high accuracyin adequate time. ASF has been increasing popularly in various applicationssuch as artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and dataintensive application. It basically mimics the behavior of fish trying to getthe food in nature. The proposed mechanisms of AFS that is like preying,swarming, following, moving, and leaping help in increasing the accuracy andconcerning the speed by decreasing execution time. The sense organs that aidthe artificial fishes to collect information and vision from the environmenthelp in concerning the accuracy. These features of the proposed AFS make thealignment operation more efficient and are suitable especially for large-scaledata. This paper presents a processed phytoplankton dataset from Lake Zerendi and other Kokshetau Upland lakes, Kazakhstan. The study aimed to develop an automated method for controlling the distribution of phytoplankton in fresh open water using a gradient descent approach with the search for a starting point for research. The paper also presents the reconstructed biomass indicators for changes in water temperature, with model calibration based on results from 5 years of surface sampling. A special feature of the proposed computer data processing is the cubic spline interpolation, which allows a higher calculation accuracy. This method reduces the sample size required, providing a comprehensive picture of the condition of the infrastructure and allowing for a more efficient response to emerging ecosystem issues. © 2023 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

Software maintenance is the process of fixing,modifying,and improving software deliverables after they are delivered to the *** can benefit from offshore software maintenance outsourcing(OSMO)in different ways,including time savings,cost savings,and improving the software quality and *** of the hardest challenges for the OSMO vendor is to choose a suitable project among several clients’*** goal of the current study is to recommend a machine learning-based decision support system that OSMO vendors can utilize to forecast or assess the project of OSMO *** projects belong to OSMO vendors,having offices in developing countries while providing services to developed *** the current study,Extreme Learning Machine’s(ELM’s)variant called Deep Extreme Learning Machines(DELMs)is used.A novel dataset consisting of 195 projects data is proposed to train the model and to evaluate the overall efficiency of the proposed *** proposed DELM’s based model evaluations achieved 90.017%training accuracy having a value with 1.412×10^(-3) Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)and 85.772%testing accuracy with 1.569×10^(-3) RMSE with five DELMs hidden *** results express that the suggested model has gained a notable recognition rate in comparison to any previous *** current study also concludes DELMs as the most applicable and useful technique for OSMO client’s project assessment.

Automatic Speech Emotion Recognition (ASER) has recently garnered attention across various fields including artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, and human–computer interaction. However, ASER encounters numerous challenges such as a shortage of diverse datasets, appropriate feature selection, and suitable intelligent recognition techniques. To address these challenges, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following established guidelines. A total of 60 primary research papers spanning from 2011 to 2023 were reviewed to investigate, interpret, and analyze the related literature by addressing five key research questions. Despite being an emerging area with applications in real-life scenarios, ASER still grapples with limitations in existing techniques. This SLR provides a comprehensive overview of existing techniques, datasets, and feature extraction tools in the ASER domain, shedding light on the weaknesses of current research studies. Stress and anxiety are part of a modern person's life, which is why they contribute to severe psychological and somatic disorders. The general objective of this work is to develop a live healthcare platform for stress and anxiety recognition and monitoring using machine learning algorithms from wearable biometric data or phone sensors. It is a scalable and privacy guaranteed solution to monitor continuously by processing real-time data only, through the integration of cloud computing with edge computing. Using machine learning, signals like heart rate variability, electrodermal activity, and accelerometry are analyzed to accurately detect signs of stress and anxiety. It is an app that provides users with personalized feedback and interventions to help enhance their mental health. Our evaluation emphasizes the accuracy of detection, scalability, and the performance of real-time processing on the platform, while also addressing challenges related to privacy and computational efficiency. The findings indicate that the platform can be a valuable resource for managing stress and anxiety in real time, highlighting the growing role of wearable technology in the healthcare sector. © 2024 IEEE.

Emotion Recognition in Conversations(ERC)is fundamental in creating emotionally ***-BasedNetwork(GBN)models have gained popularity in detecting conversational contexts for ERC ***,their limited ability to collect and acquire contextual information hinders their *** propose a Text Augmentation-based computational model for recognizing emotions using transformers(TA-MERT)to address *** proposed model uses the Multimodal Emotion Lines Dataset(MELD),which ensures a balanced representation for recognizing human *** used text augmentation techniques to producemore training data,improving the proposed model’s *** encoders train the deep neural network(DNN)model,especially Bidirectional Encoder(BE)representations that capture both forward and backward contextual *** integration improves the accuracy and robustness of the proposed ***,we present a method for balancing the training dataset by creating enhanced samples from the original *** balancing the dataset across all emotion categories,we can lessen the adverse effects of data imbalance on the accuracy of the proposed *** results on the MELD dataset show that TA-MERT outperforms earlier methods,achieving a weighted F1 score of 62.60%and an accuracy of 64.36%.Overall,the proposed TA-MERT model solves the GBN models’weaknesses in obtaining contextual data for ***-MERT model recognizes human emotions more accurately by employing text augmentation and transformer-based *** balanced dataset and the additional training samples also enhance its *** findings highlight the significance of transformer-based approaches for special emotion recognition in conversations.
