In this ever updating digitalized world, everything is connected with just few touches away. Our phone is connected with things around us, even we can see live video of our home, shop, institute or company on the phone. But we can't track suspicious activity 24*7 hence needed a smart system to track down any suspicious activity taking place, so it automatically notifies us before any robbery or dangerous activity takes place. We have proposed a framework to tackle down this security matter with the help of sensors enabled cameras(IoT) connected through a FOG layer hence called FOGIoT which consists of small servers configured with Human Activity Analysis Algorithm. Any suspicious activity analyzed will be reported to responsible personnel and the due action will be taken place.

At present, user's comments are important information sources that help users and software developers to evaluate the software's quality-in-use. However, the accumulation of user's comment information is rapid. There are some difficulties while using user's comments to evaluate software's quality-in-use. The research and practical value of mining software's quality-in-use for user's comments are becoming more and more prominent. The systematic and comprehensive review on software's quality-in-use mining for user's comments is trying to present on the basis of related researches in recent years. There are two cores in software's quality-in-use mining for user's comments, including identification of software's quality-in-use information and analysis of software's quality-in-use information. For identification of software's quality-in-use information, it is concluded that application of feature words reflecting quality-in-use, combination with language rules of quality-in-use, extraction of evaluation aspects reflecting quality-in-use and classification based on quality-in-use characteristics. Furthermore, analysis for overall usage of software and analysis for specific usage of software are summarized. Finally, the future work of software's quality-in-use mining for user's comments is discussed. © 2019 IEEE.

Multi-point inter-harmonic signal dynamic testing is the problem to electricity quality testing in the electric power substations and other sites. This paper proposes a test algorithm of whole band broadband gives an implemented test and analysis system with master-slaver structural in the parallel test system. As collaborative platform the master engine software control all stations to realizes many functions, such as, the multi-channel synchronization within slaver, pulses synchronization between the slavers and remote GPS synchronization. Testing results show good performance. The DR is more than 109dB. The phase shift between channels is less than 0.12 degree. Using the guidelines given by the sliding window, recursive identification method of broadband in the whole frequency range can be calculated once all the inter harmonics parameters. is also used for power quality monitor in power system. The system may be served as a reference that requires dynamic monitoring system in parallel with inter-harmonic. © 2019 IEEE.

Under cloud computing environment, cloud computing systems often have abnormalities due to the diversity of applications and the dynamic deployment environment. Collecting node performance data is very valuable for anomaly detection. There are many nodes under cloud computing environment. Many related studies only make abnormal judgments based on the status of single node. However, the state of multi-nodes is not judged. In this paper, a method of nodes anomaly judgment (NAJ method) based on agent under cloud environment is proposed. The collected data are analyzed by using agent technology. Firstly, data conversion technology is used for constructing a unified format for data analysis. Secondly, the detection model is trained and the degree of data anomalies is analyzed through unsupervised learning method. Finally, differences between anomalous nodes and other nodes are detected. The experimental results show that the method can judge the anomaly nodes effectively. © 2019 IEEE.

In this paper, a coalition game with local and coupling constraints is studied for uncertain Euler-Lagrange (EL) systems subject to disturbances with unknown bounds. In the coalition game, each agent collaborates with other agents within the same coalition to optimize its coalition’s cost function while simultaneously competing against agents in other coalitions. Under a distributed framework where each agent has access only to its own action, cost function, and constraint parameters, a distributed strategy is proposed to seek the Nash equilibrium (NE). By combining adaptive methods and sign functions, model uncertainties and disturbances with unknown bounds in the EL system are compensated and suppressed, respectively. Furthermore, an integration of adaptive methods and consensus protocols is employed to update the Lagrange multipliers of both local and coupling constraints. A dynamic average consensus is employed to estimate the gradient of coalition function, while the leader-following protocol is adopted to estimate the actions of other agents. By leveraging Lyapunov theory, the NE is proven to be asymptotically stable. Moreover, an unmanned surface vehicle swarm confrontation is meticulously modeled and analyzed in the coalition game framework. A diverse array of tasks, including formation, encirclement, and interception, are systematically formulated. A numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Data agnostic filter gating for efficient deep networks

To deploy a well-trained CNN model on low-end computation edge devices, it is usually supposed to compress or prune the model under certain computation budget (e.g., FLOPs). Current filter pruning methods mainly leverage feature maps to generate important scores for filters and prune those with smaller scores, which ignores the variance of input batches to the difference in sparse structure over filters. In this paper, we propose a data agnostic filter pruning method that uses an auxiliary network named Dagger module to induce pruning and takes pretrained weights as input to learn the importance of each filter. In addition, to help prune filters with certain FLOPs constraints, we leverage an explicit FLOPs-aware regularization to directly promote pruning filters toward target FLOPs. Extensive experimental results on CIFAR-10 and ImageNet datasets indicate our superiority to other state-of-the-art filter pruning methods. For example, our 50% FLOPs ResNet-50 can achieve 76.1% Top-1 accuracy on ImageNet dataset, surpassing many other filter pruning methods. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The person recognition problem in different domain is a hard challenge on lower accuracy of object detection with massive image data, that is the gap between person target and background is small and hard to distinguish different posture of person target. The novel domain adaptive person detection model based on transfer data training is proposed for detecting data on new target domain. And domain adaptive loss function is designed to control the difference between the two models with self training, so as to avoid catastrophic forgetting in the source domain. And then the experiment results show that the improved deep self training domain adaptive learning model and loss function algorithm are effective and efficient for person recognition problem.

In this paper, we investigate the volume comparison theorem related to σ2curvature. In particular, we show that volume comparison theorem with respect to σ2curvature holds for metrics close to strictly stable positive Einstein metrics. By applying similar techniques, we derive the local rigidity theorem for strictly stable Ricci flat manifolds with respect to σ2-curvature, which shows it admits no metric with positive σ2-curvature near strictly stable Ricci-flat metrics. © 2021, CC BY.

Self-Organizing Maps (SOMs) are widely used as a data mining technique for applications that require data dimensionality reduction and clustering. Given the complexity of the SOM learning phase and the massive dimensionality of many data sets as well as their sample size in Big Data applications, high-speed processing is critical when implementing SOM approaches. This paper proposes a new hardware approach to SOM implementation, exploiting parallelization, to optimize the system’s processing time. Unlike most implementations in the literature, this proposed approach allows the parallelization of the data dimensions instead of the map, ensuring high processing speed regardless of data dimensions. An implementation with field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA) is presented and evaluated. Key evaluation metrics are processing time (or throughput) and FPGA area occupancy (or hardware resources).

A graded kitting method is proposed, which provides the required accuracy for a complete assemblage of a part batch. The new kitting method was tested on the example of fuel equipment produced by the Kharkiv Tractor Plant. The connection of the body and slide valve was studied under workshop conditions. Kitting accuracy and unfinished production were compared at full interchangeability, selective kitting, and graded kitting. The method proposes measuring the actual parameters of the parts and using them to improve and optimize the assembly process. The use of data on the part dimensions makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the assembly process at the expense of information support. These data must be linked to specific parts, which can be done by address buffer stations or special marking based on optical or magnetic tags. The graded kitting with full assemblage allows achieving the precision, which significantly exceeds the technological requirements. Therefore, by reducing the manufacturing requirements from the actual 5th-6th grade of accuracy for the body-slide valve connection to the 9th grade of accuracy, the total accuracy that is sufficient to ensure a structurally required fitting is achieved. The use of graded kitting makes it possible to achieve the required kitting accuracy for batches of 5 to 15 parts with easily achievable manufacturing precision requirements.
