In today's agribusiness, using robotics, machine learning, and also the web of things has become standard practise. The agricultural business is being forced to embrace such new methods in order to address issues like massive unemployment, rising food consumption with declining quality farmland, efficiency per square land, and deteriorating food quality due to global warming. As a result of the aforementioned difficulties and the world's increasing population, research and innovation in agricultural technology have become more crucial nowadays. In this document, we suggest an AI-powered wire automaton with six levels of autonomy and an omega automaton with degrees of opportunity that can help with agricultural tasks like sorting, pest management, picking strawberries and flowers, fertiliser application, and tracking of plant development, NPK tiers, and soil moisture. The robotic is called Farmbot. The Based criteria may communicate crop information to distant servers where it can be processed and retrieved to get further insight into soil quality. It can also be managed and watched remotely by a home computer or via a mobile internet software. The Farmbot may be programmed to do routine tasks including continuous monitoring, collecting fruit, cleaning, applying fertiliser, and gathering information about each plant. The Farmbot has direct exposure to just about any area of the field thanks to its placement over a moveable four wheels bot. This Farmbot's goal is mainly on providing individualised plant maintenance and aiding producers in raising output. As a design illustration of a functioning version for the imagined Farmbot, a 3D depiction is shown. The simulation's outcomes are shown. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, a blind broadband spectrum sensing based on Hankel matrix and Kung method is proposed. Specifically, first, the entire broadband spectrum is sampled by a sampling filter, and sampled signals are transformed into a Hankel matrix to display signal subspace. Second, using singular value decomposition (SVD) technique to construct the Hankel matrix, and the number of occupied subbands can be evaluated. Third, centers of the occupied subbands are estimated by applying the Kung method. The proposed method can determine the number and the centers of occupied subbands at the same time. Simulations show that the proposed method has a great detecting performance, especially in low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) region. Moreover, complexity of the method is also relatively low. © 2023 IEEE.

Multifunctional health plasma imagery is an important component of several computer-assisted surgical treatments as well as appearance healthcare therapy and diagnostics. This study presents a- anti Shear let Transforming (NSST) + Gray Wolf optimized (GWO) technique-based advanced healthcare fused measurement device. Its GWO methodology as well as the ideal gain settings decide here on optimal sub band. Furthermore, a noise removal and improvement phase is applied to the whole method in order to increase the video appearance and also the degree of detail. Whenever the pictures are distorted by pollution, such classic merging methods' productivity is severely hindered. Therefore, it is necessary to create a transformation that can maintain specific data even though photos are damaged. The equal achievement of low noise plus improved texture is likewise difficult. The objective of the proposed research is to correlate advanced NSST fuse imagery with conventional geographical, translation, filter, etc artificial neural area merging approaches. © 2022 IEEE.

In addressing the issue of localizing near-field source signals in the presence of impulse noise, this manuscript introduces a novel de-impact function designed for preprocessing received signals to alleviate the interference caused by impulse noise. Simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed de-impact function in effectively suppressing impulse noise. Furthermore, to augment estimation precision, a novel algorithm for near-field source localization is proposed. Building upon the framework of correlation entropy theory, a new correntropy covariance matrix is formulated to replace the original signal covariance matrix for signal processing. Through a succession of low-bias approximations between near-field and far-field scenarios, the algorithm converts the original 2-D search into 1-D operations. Additionally, the conventional spectral peak search is replaced by polynomial solving to further mitigate the computational complexity of the algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

High prevalence in diabetes contributed to the rising of the complications such as diabetic retinopathy (DR) which cause the patient to suffer from vision loss and this vision loss may become permanent if it is not well manage and treat. Including other medication non-adherence factor, this rising trend has been made more challenging for physician in keep apace with demand using manual method of retina screening to diagnose DR. Therefore, this project aimed to develop a classifier of deep learning for DR in 5 different level of severity which are normal (no DR), mild, moderate, severe and proliferative DR, to speed up the clinical assessment for early DR detection or DR monitoring progression of disease. The classification was applied using Scottish grading with consider three categories for fundus abnormalities which are hemorrhage, lipid exudates and microaneurysms for a training from scratch model and a pre-trained model using Inception V3. Verified and trustable dataset of retina screening or fundus image available online such as *** used to train and test of the system. Besides, the execution of this project was completed via on cloud training using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The obtained results are measuring the classifier performance tested in term of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. Transfer learning using Inception V3 has been shown a better performance compare to own training model with accuracy 81.2% using transfer learning Inception V3 and 74.7% for own training model. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The shortage of data for patients with chronic and other diseases and previous medical treatments shows significant weakness in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Due to the healthcare system insufficiency, patients with comorbidities might not survive the diseases, especially when the disease is novel. The lack of information on patients’ genetic disorders, especially when they are unaware of them, also contributes to increased patient deaths. This conveys the necessity to integrate medical and health data with various biological omics and other data, especially in pandemic circumstances. Patients’ health data matters are apparent, but they are stored in multiple hospitals and health systems such as electronic health records (EHRs), healthcare institutions, and laboratories. Furthermore, biological data are often not integrated and cannot be used by patients, physicians, and specialists to treat particular diseases. Although the urgent need for healthcare and medical data integration is apparent, personal data protection regulations are severe. They do not allow much progress in the area without implementing security and privacy standards for patient healthcare data. One solution for this issue is setting a personal health record (PHR) as an integrative system for the patient. Many ontological frameworks have been proposed to unify the record formats, but none of them is accepted as a healthcare standard. The efforts toward approving the Health Level Seven (HL7) standards and the common medical coding systems ensure further data integration. Some efforts are made to associate particular diseases with data obtained from external environmental sensors that measure disease-associated data. Using these data, which are called exposome, the increasing symptoms of particular diseases influenced by external factors can be clarified. To achieve high precision direction-of-arrival estimation of MIMO arrays in highly coupled environments, based on the difference and cooperative array principles, the uniform array fitted with 5 base layer array and the uniform array fitted with 6 base layer array were used as transmitting arrays, and with the addition of 1 base layer layer sparse array as receiving array, two sparse multi-in multiple-out arrays were designed for single-base radar, which have the characteristics of low coupling of transmitting array and high freedom of receiving array. © 2024 IEEE.

To fortify security mechanisms in software systems for the Internet of Things (IoT), this article presents a framework for AI-Enhanced Virtual Twin Modelling. In order to track and examine the actions of IoT devices in real-time, the suggested method makes use of virtual twin technology that is combined with machine learning techniques. Automated response generation, continuous threat assessment, and anomaly detection are made possible by creating a digital clone of the actual IoT network using the virtual twin paradigm. By combining deep learning models like CNNs and LSTMs, it becomes easier to forecast possible security risks in network traffic data by seeing intricate spatial and temporal patterns. When tested in a virtual Internet of Things (IoT) setting, the suggested framework outperforms conventional rule-based approaches by a wide margin, reducing reaction time by 35% while achieving an accuracy of 9 6. 2 %in threat identification. © 2024 IEEE.

Enhanced Algorithm for Recovering RSA Plaintext When Two Modulus Values Share at Least One Common Prime Factor

RSA is a significant cryptographic technique depending on public key cryptography. In fact, if this technique does not have any vulnerabilities, it is considered as a robust algorithm. Nevertheless, if the system contains vulnerabilities, it can be compromised through the utilization of algorithms that target those weaknesses. Currently, RSA is vulnerable to multiple potential weaknesses. This research identifies a novel vulnerability in RSA and presents a technique to exploit this vulnerability. The proposed method, known as Common Prime Attack (CPA), aims to exploit this vulnerability to recover the original message. The vulnerability arises when at least two key producers generate their modulus that inadvertently have at least one prime factor in common. It is divided into three cases. Case 1 relates to two moduli created from two prime numbers, with one prime being common. Case 2 involves the two moduli generated from at least three primes, with one prime common to both values. Case 3 concerns two moduli produced from at least three primes, with a minimum of two primes in common. The evidence and examples show that all situations can effectively retrieve the original message. The datasets have been generated to support three cases in which each modulus shares a common prime factor. Therefore, the experimental results demonstrate that all situations can rapidly compromise RSA with modulus lengths of 1024, 2048 and 4096 bits. CPA can successfully recover plaintexts in all cases, with a 100% success rate under simulated conditions. Moreover, the average computation time is extremely low, ranging from 1.6 ms to 17.2 ms. Because of the large bit length of the modulus, other methods are not suitable for comparison with the proposed method in terms of computational time.
