The trend towards smart greenhouses stems from various factors,including a lack of agricultural land area owing to population concentration and housing construction on agricultural land,as well as water *** study proposes building a full farming adaptation model that depends on current sensor readings and available datasets from different agricultural research *** proposed model uses a one-dimensional convolutional neural network(CNN)deep learning model to control the growth of strategic crops,including cucumber,pepper,tomato,and *** proposed model uses the Internet of Things(IoT)to collect data on agricultural operations and then uses this data to control and monitor these operations in real *** helps to ensure that crops are getting the right amount of fertilizer,water,light,and temperature,which can lead to improved yields and a reduced risk of crop *** dataset is based on data collected from expert farmers,the photovoltaic construction process,agricultural engineers,and research *** experimental results showed that the precision,recall,F1-measures,and accuracy of the one-dimensional CNN for the tested dataset were approximately 97.3%,98.2%,97.25%,and 97.56%,*** new smart greenhouse automation system was also evaluated on four crops with a high turnover *** system has been found to be highly effective in terms of crop productivity,temperature management and water conservation.

This paper aims to address the complex challenge of course assignment for faculty members within a Saudi university, taking into account the socio-cultural constraints imposed by gender-based segregation between students and faculty. To tackle this challenge, a combinatorial optimization model is proposed, which includes a binary representation of the problem, constraints reflecting gender segregation, and an objective function designed to maximize faculty satisfaction. The model employs a Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm, supplemented with two neighborhood search heuristics (H1 and H2), to explore diverse combinations. Additionally, a greedy randomized adaptive search procedure Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) algorithm is implemented for comparative analysis, utilizing heuristic 1 for local search. Through the application of simulated annealing alongside both heuristics (SA_H1_H2), the optimal solution is achieved, resulting in a notable equilibrium of courses among faculty members. Objective 1 demonstrates the standardized deviation in workload distribution among faculty members, yielding a deviation value of 0.08. This study contributes to the field by proposing a novel approach to course assignment that explicitly addresses the gender-based segregation prevalent in Saudi universities. By integrating socio-cultural constraints into the optimization model and employing advanced algorithms, the study offers a pioneering solution to a previously unexplored problem domain. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management 2024.

The legal judgement prediction (LJP) of judicial texts represents a multi-label text classification (MLTC) problem, which in turn involves three distinct tasks: the prediction of charges, legal articles, and terms of penalty. Nevertheless, extant multi-label text classification models tend to eschew the consideration of multiple correlations and semantic information between labels when predicting judicial texts, which may result in the loss of pertinent information. Furthermore, these models do not take full advantage of the local and overall information of the labels in the process of selecting appropriate labels for the text using the multi-head attention mechanism. To address these issues, we propose a new model, BGFLFF, which explores label correlation and semantics among the three tasks by employing Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) and multi-head attention mechanisms. In particular, we propose a Bi-Graph Fusion GCN (BGF-GCN), which fuses the co-occurrence matrix of labels with the cosine similarity matrix, thereby fully exploiting the multiple correlations between labels. Furthermore, prior to embedding the tags, the interpretations of the labels are obtained via Google in order to enhance the semantic information between the labels. To further reinforce the interconnections between labels and text and more effectively comprehend the interrelationships between the three tasks, we propose a Multi-Head Label Feature Fusion Attentional Mechanism (MH-LFFAtt), which assigns distinct weights to the pertinent label information in the text by fusing the local and overall features of the labels. The experimental results demonstrate that the F1 score exhibits an improvement of up to 2. 2 8 % and a minimum of 1. 2 9 % across the various tasks of the two datasets. This evidence substantiates the assertion that BGFLFF outperforms the existing baseline model. © 2024 IEEE.

Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP-ABE)enables fine-grained access control on ciphertexts,making it a promising approach for managing data stored in the cloud-enabled Internet of *** existing schemes often suffer from privacy breaches due to explicit attachment of access policies or partial hiding of critical attribute ***,resource-constrained IoT devices,especially those adopting wireless communication,frequently encounter affordability issues regarding decryption *** this paper,we propose an efficient and fine-grained access control scheme with fully hidden policies(named FHAC).FHAC conceals all attributes in the policy and utilizes bloom filters to efficiently locate them.A test phase before decryption is applied to assist authorized users in finding matches between their attributes and the access *** attacks are thwarted by providing unauthorized users with invalid *** heavy computational overhead of both the test phase and most of the decryption phase is outsourced to two cloud ***,users can verify the correctness of multiple outsourced decryption results *** analysis and performance comparisons demonstrate FHAC's effectiveness in protecting policy privacy and achieving efficient decryption.

In industrial manufacturing, visual anomaly detection is critical for maintaining product quality by detecting and preventing production anomalies. Anomaly detection methods based on knowledge distillation demonstrate promising performance in addressing the unpredictability and diversity of anomalies. However, they suffer from a lack of effective guidance from anomaly-free priors when handling anomalous features and underutilize multi-scale features during the segmentation scoring stage, yielding suboptimal detection results. To alleviate these issues, we propose an Anomaly-free Prior Guided knowledge distillation (APG) for industrial anomaly detection. Firstly, it filters the abnormal features by training the de-noising target network with knowledge distillation structure. Concurrently, we propose the Prior Perception Propagation Module (P3M), which extracts more efficient anomaly-free features by imposing constraints on anomalous features. Secondly, we propose the Multi-scale Prior Guided Fusion Module (MPGFM) to improve anomaly detection accuracy by utilizing anomaly-free features from the target network as priors to guide the generation and fusion of cross-scale differential features. Finally, the Global Perception Enhancement Module (GPEM) is proposed to construct an anomaly scoring network, leveraging comprehensive scene features to enhance the detection and localization performance of numerous small-target anomalies in industrial manufacturing. Extensive experiments on the MVTecAD and BTAD datasets show that the proposed method demonstrates a consistent and significant outperformance against competing methods. © 2024 IEEE.

MMLN: Multi-directional and Multi-constraint Learning Network for Remote Sensing Imagery Semantic Segmentation

Recent advances in satellite remote sensing technology and computer technology have significantly impacted practical applications in remote sensing image segmentation. However, the prevalent hybrid segmentation models that combine Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Transformers, often overlook the critical exploration of local and global feature correlations across various scales. This exploration is essential for learning more representative features and strengthening context modeling capabilities. Additionally, the decoding layers of these models do not effectively exploit the pixel-level semantic relationships within cross-layer feature maps, thereby limiting the models' ability to discern small object features. To address these challenges, this paper introduces a Multi-directional and Multi-constraint Learning Network (MMLN) designed for semantic segmentation of remote sensing imagery. This network features a Multi-directional Dynamic Complement Decoder (MDCD), which enhances the interaction between local and global features in the feature space, and subsequently improves the feature discrimination within the segmentation network. Moreover, a Multi-constraint Saliency Boundary-adaptive Module (MSBM) is implemented to reinforce the spatial constraints on saliency at the edge regions and ensure semantic consistency along the mask boundaries. This, in turn, augments the segmentation model's capability to detect small objects. The evaluation on four datasets reveals that the MMLN outperforms the existing state-of-the-art methods in remote sensing imagery segmentation. The code is available at https://***/zhongyas/MMLN. In the field of industrial production, anomaly detection is crucial for ensuring product quality and maintaining production efficiency. With the continuous advancement of computer vision technology, it has shown tremendous potential in industrial applications. However, the scarcity of labeled anomaly samples in real-world operating environments poses significant challenges for traditional anomaly detection techniques. To address this, we propose MemADet, a novel anomaly detection model that employs an unsupervised approach and leverages a representative memory bank. It employs a dynamic decision mechanism to control the representativeness of the features stored in the memory bank, and employs a weighted anomaly score calculation mechanism to further enhance the performance of image anomaly detection. Our evaluations indicate that MemADet performs robustly in industrial image anomaly detection across three datasets, with particularly no-table detection accuracy on the MVTec AD dataset. Its efficacy is further validated by competitive results on two additional datasets, highlighting its consistent and effective performance in various settings. © 2024 IEEE.

Vehicular Edge Computing (VEC) allows vehicles to offload their delay-sensitive tasks to nearby Road Side Units (RSUs) for processing, which improves network quality of service (QoS). However, the self-interested SDN controller is unwilling to ask RSUs to provide free computing resources for vehicles. At the same time, complicated dependencies between vehicular subtasks may cause non-ideal task delay and energy consumption. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a Stackelberg game-based Dependency-aware task Offloading and resource Pricing framework (SDOP). Specifically, we first model a vehicular edge network that partially offloads dependency-aware tasks. Then, we depict the interaction between the SDN controller and vehicles as a Stackelberg game, with the goal of maximizing the utility of both parties. Next, we present a Gradient Ascent Plus Genetic algorithm (GAPG) to solve the problem. Finally, numerous simulations are performed, and the results show that compared with other baseline schemes, the proposed GAPG can significantly improve the utility of both the SDN controller and vehicles under various scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.
