Neutral atom (NA) quantum systems are emerging as a leading platform for quantum computation, offering superior or competitive qubit count and gate fidelity compared to superconducting circuits and ion traps. However, the unique features of NA devices, such as long-range interactions, long qubit coherence time, and the ability to physically move qubits, present distinct challenges for quantum circuit compilation. In this paper, we introduce DasAtom, a novel divide-and-shuttle atom approach designed to optimise quantum circuit transformation for NA devices by leveraging these capabilities. DasAtom partitions circuits into subcircuits, each associated with a qubit mapping that allows all gates within the subcircuit to be directly executed. The algorithm then shuttles atoms to transition seamlessly from one mapping to the next, enhancing both execution efficiency and overall fidelity. For a 30-qubit Quantum Fourier Transform (QFT), DasAtom achieves a 415.8x improvement in fidelity over the move-based algorithm Enola and a 10.6x improvement over the SWAP-based algorithm Tetris. Notably, this improvement is expected to increase exponentially with the number of qubits, positioning DasAtom as a highly promising solution for scaling quantum computation on NA platforms. © 2024, CC BY.

AlphaStar, a multi-agent intelligence program, is a new member of Alpha's gamer software. Rated at Grandmaster level in the empirical evaluation shows that AlphaStar has been a great success in engineering, which is another milestone in AI history. After a brief introduction to AlphaStar, we discussed its computational architecture, league training, PFSP, and proposed an interesting topic direction on the basis of our suggestions, which was how to combine the capacities of diverse ANNs that successful completed learning. Additionally, we proposed the viewpoint that is big data - space, intelligence - man' world, parallel computing - time. © 2021 IEEE.

Acoustic-based human gesture recognition (HGR) offers diverse applications due to the ubiquity of sensors and touch-free interaction. However, existing machine learning approaches require substantial training data, making the process time-consuming, costly, and labor-intensive. Recent studies have explored cross-modal methods to reduce the need for large training datasets in behavior recognition, but they typically rely on open-source datasets that closely align with the target domain, limiting flexibility and complicating data collection. In this paper, we propose ${\sf Img2Acoustic}$ , a novel cross-modal acoustic-based HGR approach that leverages models trained on open-source image datasets (i.e., EMNIST, Omniglot) to effectively recognize custom gestures detected via acoustic signals. Our model incorporates a task-aware attention layer (TAAL) and a task-aware local matching layer (TALML), enabling seamless transfer of knowledge from image datasets to acoustic gesture recognition. We implement ${\sf Img2Acoustic}$ on commercial devices and conduct comprehensive evaluations, demonstrating that our method not only delivers superior accuracy and robustness compared to existing approaches but also eliminates the need for extensive training data collection.

RFID technology offers an affordable and user-friendly solution for contactless identification of objects and individuals. However, the widespread adoption of RFID systems raises concerns regarding security and privacy. Vulnerabilities such as message tampering, interception, and eavesdropping pose significant risks to the integrity of the system. This study examines the effectiveness of two recently proposed ultra-lightweight RFID authentication protocols, URASP and KUAJB, in addressing these security challenges. Surprisingly, our findings reveal that both URASP and KUAJB protocols are susceptible to secret disclosure attacks, despite their claims of providing robust security. Consequently, the development of a truly ultra-lightweight protocol that ensures adequate security becomes a formidable task. As a potential solution, the enhancement of the URASP protocol through the integration of a simple cryptographic primitive is suggested to bolster its security measures. © 2013 IEEE.

Differently-abled people are significant minority groups, have many limitations to live everyday life, are starved of services, and are mostly ignored by society due to many types of disabilities. This problem may lead to massive frustrations and disappointments among themselves. Assistive technology may easily fill this gap with the enhanced different aiding applications. It helped in various ways, such as helping them to interact, communicate with people and allow people to do basic daily tasks by themselves. Nevertheless, there were fewer applications developed to entertain their leisure time. Therefore, the proposed solution provides a Smart Photo Editor, a hand-free mobile application with attractive photo editing features. This application focused on people having hand motor disabilities. Users can interact with the application using simple head gestures, eye gaze, and eye blinks. Head gestures and eye blinks are used as commands for application operations, while eye gaze is used for cursor enabling, which is helpful for navigation on application screens. Machine Learning (ML) and image processing techniques are used for real-time gesture recognition and eye gaze detection, using the input video frames captured by the inbuilt front-facing camera of the mobile phone. Moreover, in addition to the image processing techniques, Mask Recurrent-Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) is used to develop enhanced image adjusting features and customization of backgrounds based on object detection. © 2021 IEEE.

In the last two decades,motor operation monitoring tools have become a necessity,and many studies focus on the detection and diagnosis of motor electrical ***,at present,a core obstacle that prevents the direct comparison of such classification techniques is the lack of a standard database that can be used as a *** view of this,we offer here a public experimental data-set that has beendesigned specifically for the comparison of synchronous motor electrical fault *** data-set comprises five types of motor electrical faults:open phase between inverter and motor;short circuit/leakage current between two phases;short circuit/leakage current in phase-to-neutral;rotor excitation voltage disconnection;and variation of rotor excitation *** addition,each fault has been recorded as a four-dimensional signal:three phase voltages;three phase currents;motor speed;and motor *** package includes two deep-learning reference classifiers that are based on a convolutional neural network(CNN)and long short term memory(LSTM).Due to the good performance of these classifiers,we suggest that they can be used by the community as benchmarks for the development of new and better motor electrical fault classification *** database and the reference classifiers are examined and insights regarding different combinations of features and lengths of recording points are *** developed code is available online,and is free to use.

Paper, glass, fruit, scrap metal equipment, and other materials have become domestic garbage as people's living standards have dramatically improved. Plastic trash, including bags, and disposable lunch boxes, has become a global environmental threat. Carrying out waste separation and encouraging waste reduction at the source is a meaningful way to realize the quantification, harmlessness, and resourcefulness of domestic waste. Pictures contain lots of information data and many methods for successfully extracting and examining that information data. Consequently, one of the primary research projects in the field of pictures is the picture classification problem. Traditional image classification techniques can no longer process and extract information from vast amounts of image data quickly. Throughout the experiments, the accuracy of ResNet-50 is lower than ViT, most likely due to its less extensive set of parameters. And the more the parameters of the model, the higher the precision of training. Additionally, the experiment examined the performance of the ResNet-50 model with and without pretraining, and the results showed that the performance of the model without pretraining was noticeably inferior to the model with pretraining. It is better to have a model which has numerous parameters. © 2023 SPIE.

Three-phase circuits that are Symmetrically Configured in the Narrow Sense (SCNS) have been defined in previous works as circuits which dq0 dynamic model does not depend on the transformation's reference angle. This property leads to dynamic models that are linear and time-invariant in the dq0 reference frame, or at least suitable for low-complexity numerical analysis, which is crucial when studying large-scale power systems. The current work is an extension of two previous works on the same topic. We continue here to explore properties of SCNS circuits, and provide two crucial extensions: first we explore circuits that are not passive, such as generators and inverters, and second we extend the mathematical formulation to apply to circuits that have more then one frame of reference. Our primary objective is to further enrich and extend the theoretical and practical tools introduced in previous works. The theoretical tools presented here are followed by a detailed case-study. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In response to the 14th Five-Year Plan and the 2035 long-term goal outline, the goals of building smart communities and smart industries are clearly defined. Starting from the campus, there are many physical test projects in colleges and universities. Problem, so the campus physical test is transformable and innovative. This article first proposes the idea of building a smart body measurement system; then, analyzes the CNN-LSTM (Convolutional Neural Network-Long short term memor)algorithm that is mainly used in the construction of the system; secondly, it analyzes the accuracy of the recognition of specific action processes and the debugging process of the actual parameters. Carry out optimization and improvement; finally, make a report on the enforceability of the campus physical test system.
