Virus detection software is widely used for servers, systems, and devices that seek to maintain security and reliability. Although these programs provide an excellent safety level, the traditional defense methods fail to detect new Malware. The more advanced approach relies on predicting malicious behavior with dynamic analysis of the process executed. This paper presents a new method for detecting malware using machine learning algorithms applied to data obtained from the Cuckoo sandbox. The Cuckoo sandbox isolates the file being analyzed, providing detailed dynamic analysis reports. The machine learning algorithms were compared and the most important features were identified. The results were obtained using six popular classifiers, including SVM, Random Forest, and LightGBM, and the XGBOOST algorithm had the highest accuracy, at an average of 97%. However, the research on machine learning-based malware analysis is limited in terms of computational complexity and detection accuracy. © 2023, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

The rapid proliferation of internet-based technology has made the sharing economy the next e-commerce business model. Recently, sharing economy lodging platforms have gained a significant market share in the tourism and lodging industry. Tourism and hospitality industries are now being significantly disrupted by Airbnb, an online lodging platform. For businesses and customers who utilize these accommodation platforms, online reviews serve as quality indicators, affecting their decisions to make a transaction. Sentiment analysis and text mining can be used to analyze these online reviews to identify various factors embedded in them that can influence how guests perceive lodging in the sharing economy. Peer-to-peer accommodation platforms can benefit from analyzing these aspects since they can utilize the results to streamline their operations and give customers better services. Current research on this domain has only identified a limited number of important factors, such as trust, quality, security, price, cleanliness, and indoor environmental quality. However, there can be many other factors that can affect the accommodation experience. These factors would require further attention. Therefore, in this study a dataset pertaining to the Airbnb platform was considered which contained a total of 401 964 review comments. Word cloud, frequency distribution, and topic modeling were used as data analysis techniques to identify various factors affecting accommodation experience. Results indicate that factors including location, safety, host-guest interaction, amenities, proximity to restaurants and transit options, and apartment uniqueness can be primarily taken into account to give superior services to their clients.

As corona virus disease(COVID-19)is still an ongoing global outbreak,countries around the world continue to take precautions and measures to control the spread of the *** of the excessive number of infected patients and the resulting deficiency of testing kits in hospitals,a rapid,reliable,and automatic detection of COVID-19 is in extreme need to curb the number of *** analyzing the COVID-19 chest X-ray images,a novel metaheuristic approach is proposed based on hybrid dipper throated and particle swarm *** lung region was segmented from the original chest X-ray images and augmented using various transformation ***,the augmented images were fed into the VGG19 deep network for feature *** the other hand,a feature selection method is proposed to select the most significant features that can boost the classification ***,the selected features were input into an optimized neural network for *** neural network is optimized using the proposed hybrid *** experimental results showed that the proposed method achieved 99.88%accuracy,outperforming the existing COVID-19 detection *** addition,a deep statistical analysis is performed to study the performance and stability of the proposed *** results confirm the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach.

This study focuses on simulating and modeling the behavior of a frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drive using MATLAB/Simulink. The control system is designed using the root locus method along with the Vyshnegradsky diagram. The research examines the system's dynamic response during startup under normal load. The results indicate that the electromagnetic torque can be optimized, with minimal overshot, by selecting specific Vyshnegradsky parameters. Experimental validation shows that the control system achieves an acceptable level of accuracy. Additionally, machine learning techniques such as support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), and k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) are used to predict the behavior of key system variables. Evaluation of the models was conducted using two frequently used criteria. i.e., root mean square error and correlation coefficient. RF provided lower RMSE and higher CC in comparison with SVM and k-NN. On the other hand, k-NN provided higher CC, but it generated higher RMSE in comparison with RF. Accordingly, in the training phase, RF was selected for the optimum modeling. © 2024 IEEE.

This study comprehensively analyzes the application of innovative deep learning (DL) and machine learning (ML) techniques in smart energy management systems (EMSs), with an emphasis on load forecasting, demand response, and the development of smart energy sectors. The application of various ML and DL models were examined in over 200 studies from 2014 to 2024 in an electrical network's EMS to highlight the key benefits and advances made by each technology for the sustainable management systems in energy sector. The findings emphasize DL and ML models’ enhanced precision and predictive capabilities in load forecasting, their efficacy in enabling efficient demand response mechanisms, and their significance in supporting the development of smart energy sectors. Furthermore, recommendations are made based on the survey results to assist in incorporating these techniques into EMS frameworks, such as investment in data infrastructure, model training and validation, and collaboration between researchers, industry experts, and policymakers. The study also discusses the limitations identified in the literature, such as limited real-world implementations, challenges regarding quality and data availability, and the need for enhanced ML and DL model interpretability. Addressing these limitations can assist in increasing the application and efficacy of ML and DL techniques in EMSs, enabling a more efficient and sustainable energy landscape. Finally, this study facilitates researchers' exploration of ML and DL in energy management, highlighting relevant limitations, strengths, and alternative approaches associated with sustainable energy management. It also indicates potential future research directions for further investigation. © The Author(s) 2025.

Artificial intelligence has the potential to greatly improve the existing economy's efficiency. It might, however, have a more profound impact by serving as a brand-new, all-purpose 'method of invention' that can change the organization innovation processes. A wide spectrum of organizations is finding benefit in artificial intelligence (AI), which is upending the marketing and global economic markets. Business researchers and practitioners are showing an increasing interest in AI, according to recent highly referenced studies. For established and startup businesses employing big data and developing new, innovative strategies and business models, even in a B2B setting, AI is both an opportunity and a limitation. This study employs quantitative methodology and data analysis methods based on structural equation modelling. using the program SmartPLS 4.0. employing practical random sampling procedures to select a sample.
