The primary objective of this research project is to develop a comprehensive mobile application tailored to the specific needs of children with autism, focusing on enhancing speech-language abilities, cognitive behavior, social interaction skills, and physical conduct. The application features carefully selected mobile games that incorporate visual cues, clear instructions, and interactive avatars to improve speech and language skills, and it offers challenging puzzles and riddles to boost cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, analysis, and emotional control. Prioritizing social interaction, the program aids in honing vital interpersonal skills crucial for individuals with ASD. Additionally, the app places significant emphasis on physical behavior calibration by customizing games that improve motor coordination, manual-visual finesse, and motoric planning. To elevate the learning experience, immersive augmented reality (AR) components are seamlessly integrated, providing engaging, real-world simulation to aid in skill development. This innovative approach not only enhances engagement but also offers a rich, controlled experiential environment for educational purposes. The research findings contribute to the field of autism intervention and technology-driven learning for children with autism, offering a promising avenue for skill development and support. © 2023 IEEE.

chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a major public health problem in Sri Lanka, with an estimated prevalence of 10%. Early detection and intervention are essential for preventing progression to end-stage renal disease (ESRD), which requires dialysis or kidney transplantation. Machine learning (ML) models have been shown to be effective in predicting CKD in other countries. However, there is limited research on the use of ML models for CKD prediction in Sri Lanka. Data from Decision Trees, SVMs, Random Forest, and other machine learning algorithms were used, as well as 400 patient samples from CKD patients. In this current research project work, we aim to build efficient tools for predicting CKD occurrence, and the research contains 4 sub-parts, more specifically, first included predicting the CKD and suggested Ayurvedic treatments, second, we forecast the future medicine usage in hospitals, third, we used symptoms details to predict the patient's CKD and last predicted the diet plan for patients. The results of this study will provide valuable insights into the use of ML models for CKD prediction. The findings could be used to develop a national CKD screening program and to improve the early detection and control of CKD in the country. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to optimize the hiring process for organizations, this research article suggests using a system based on machine learning and natural language processing. The interview bot revolutionizes the recruitment process by using a combination of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing techniques and automated interview processes to streamline candidate selection. The bot can conduct multiple interviews simultaneously while capturing facial expressions and speech patterns of the candidates while their responses are compared against a diversified question bank made by training learning algorithms. A unique scoring mechanism is employed to evaluate the alignment with expected answers. The automated nature of the bot ensures consistent and standardized interview procedures, resulting in fair evaluations across all candidates. The interview bot's efficiency not only results in substantial time savings but also leads to a reduction in the financial resources typically expended on lengthy interview procedures, enabling the acquisition of toptier personnel. © 2023 IEEE.

In the era of rapid technological advancements, innovative approaches to education have emerged, with e-learning at the forefront of this transformation. This research paper is dedicated to the development of a specialized e-learning web application tailored to the distinct requirements of Tamil students. The application consists of four key components, each strategically designed to elevate learning outcomes and create a personalized educational journey. The first component revolves around the creation of concise Tamil short notes extracted from video transcripts. These notes provide students with a compact, yet comprehensive, resource for reviewing and reinforcing their understanding of course material, promoting efficient learning. The second component utilizes the power of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze students' comments, offering valuable insights into their learning experiences and areas that may need additional attention. This analysis enriches student engagement and serves as constructive feedback for both students and instructors. The third component places emphasis on enhancing students' communication skills and pronunciation in the Tamil language. Through interactive exercises and pronunciation tools, students can actively practice and refine their speaking abilities, ultimately fostering effective communication and language proficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

The research paper offers a revolutionary web application for reshaping education that consists of four essential AI-driven elements. These elements include story generation, short note generation, auto essay grading, and multiple-choice question generation. The MCQ generation uses NLP to quickly produce a variety of MCQs, assisting educators in assessments and giving students a variety of practice. Concise summaries are produced by short note generation, which improves understanding, and lengthy assignments are objectively graded by auto essay grading, which lessens the stress on instructors. Through AI-crafted narratives, the story generation component encourages innovation with support from actual examples and user feedback. The article describes each tool's design, implementation, and effectiveness. In this research, we seamlessly integrate machine learning methodologies into chili farming practices within tunnel environments, addressing the dual challenges of disease detection and market trend interpretation. Our study employs an image processing algorithm enhanced with machine learning techniques, achieving high accuracy in identifying and diagnosing prevalent chili crop diseases in Sri Lanka. With an impressive F1 score of 0.9444 and a mean absolute error of 0.1489, a training accuracy of 98.58% our disease prediction model provides practical mitigation strategies to farmers, ensuring minimal losses. 50 instances were separated from each class for testing purposes. 80% of the remaining data was utilized for training, while the remaining 20% was allocated for validation. Simultaneously, we leverage historical market data and price trend analysis through a mobile application, enabling real-time prediction of the most profitable chili crop varieties for cultivation. However, our findings highlight challenges in market trend analysis, reflected in our training MAE of 7.57 and RMSE of 16.54. Although our disease prediction model excels, the integration of both concepts remains a challenge. Despite this, our research lays the foundation for transformative impacts on chili farming, propelling productivity, minimizing losses, and fostering sustainable growth in the industry. © 2023 IEEE.

Social engineering attacks pose a significant risk to user data confidentiality, including credit card details and social network passwords. To combat the rise of smishing attacks targeting digital devices, this research proposes Cybersmish, which utilizes machine learning and NLP Transformer-based models. Cybersmish's three main components include a message content analyzer, URL analyzer and HTML content analyzer. Leveraging pre-trained models such as MobileBERT, DistilBERT, XGBoost and TF-BERT, Cybersmish achieves accuracy levels exceeding 90% in detecting and analyzing SMSs, classifying URLs, and evaluating HTML web application authenticity. This research underscores the effectiveness of deploying advanced technologies to enhance mobile device security, protecting users from social engineering attacks. It addresses the need for robust solutions against evolving cyber threats, emphasizing the critical role of technology in safeguarding sensitive information in the digital age. © 2023 IEEE.

Moreover, by accurately forecasting blood demand using machine learning techniques and optimizing stock management, the system aids in efficient emergency response. Overall, the BBDMS transforms blood donation processes by enhancing security and prediction accuracy using machine learning, resource allocation, and emergency preparedness, contributing to improved public health outcomes and the effectiveness of blood banks and organizations. © 2023 IEEE.
