Aiming at the problem that the ice-copper grade prediction process is difficult to effectively capture the long-term dependency relationship between data,which leads to low prediction accuracy,it is proposed to construct a model using the powerful long-term memory capability and bidirectional information prediction ability of bidirectional long and short-term memory network(BiLSTM) model,and further optimize the model by using the genetic algorithm(GA) to achieve accurate prediction of ice-copper ***,the genetic algorithm was used to find the optimal hyperparameter combination of the ***,the predicted values of the BiLSTM model optimized by the genetic algorithm are compared with the predicted values of the existing methods and the unoptimized Bi LSTM model using different evaluation ***,the SHAP method is used to give the overall and local interpretation of the prediction results of the BiLSTM *** experimental results show that the RMSE of the BiLSTM model optimized by the genetic algorithm is reduced by at least 3.05%,the MAE is reduced by at least 2.75%,the MAPE is reduced by at least 3.29%,and the R2 is increased by at least 1.51%,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method in solving the problem of ice-copper grade prediction,and the SHAP method is able to explain the output of the Bi LSTM model efficiently and increase the transparency of the *** SHAP method can effectively explain the output of the BiLSTM model and increase the transparency of the model.

Remaining life prediction(RUL) plays an important role in prognostic health *** recent years,deep learning-based methods have been widely used for RUL ***,deep learning-based methods all focus on point prediction of RUL,ignoring the uncertainty associated with inaccuracies in the data and *** the prominence of Bayesian methods in uncertainty modelling,this paper uses a Monte Carlo dropout(MC-Dropout)-based Bayesian approximation to capture the epistemic and contingent uncertainty in the prediction process.A Bayes CNN-LSTM-based spatial-temporal feature extraction model is proposed to implement RUL prediction and quantify *** proposed method is also validated on the CMAPSS dataset and compared with CNN,LSTM and CNN-LSTM to verify the effectiveness of Bayesian neural networks.

In this paper,aiming at the copper melting process,the relevant process variable parameters are coupled with each other,complicated and change with the production cycle,which leads to the anomaly detection of copper melting *** accuracy of copper melting data,we propose an Anomaly Transformer model based on the Transformer model,which replaces the original Self-Attention mechanism with Anomaly-Attention mechanism,to realize accurate and reliable copper melting process data anomaly *** order to realize accurate and reliable anomaly detection of copper melting process ***,the degree of anomaly of copper melting process data at each time point is measured by the correlation dispersion,and the KL dispersion distance value is utilized to quantify the degree of *** value of KL dispersion to quantify the change of the value of each neighboring time point,and secondly,the above quantized distance value is transform the its attention mechanism into the anomaly attention mechanism form.,in order to present the anomaly deviation and weight of each time point,and distinguish normal points from anomaly points,and finally,the trained anomaly Transformer model is analyzed on the test set for anomaly ***,the trained anomaly Transformer model is analyzed on the test set for anomaly detection,and the results are analyzed and interpreted using F1 evaluation *** experimental results show that in the production process dataset of copper *** application of correlation-based discretization brings a certain 3.7%improvement in the F1 *** addition of the anomalous attention module achieved 43.4% performance improvement,and the final combination of the combination of the combined KL dispersion and the anomaly attention module yielded an F1 score of 71.31,achieving a better anomaly detection result.

Efficient Homography Estimation Using a Recursive Algorithm with Mixture Weighted Gaussian Kernels

In this study, we propose an efficient recursive algorithm, named GK-RLS, defined with a mixture of weighted Gaussian kernels for efficient homography estimation. By defining the homography estimation problem as a least square problem and optimizing the estimation parameters based on minimizing expected estimation errors, GK-RLS offers efficient incremental processing of feature points, rather than processing them as a batch like RANSAC, resulting in reduced computation time (CT) when handling a large number of paired features. To address real-world challenges such as noise and outliers commonly encountered in feature extraction and pairing, GK-RLS incorporates a small-pass filter defined with Gaussian kernels to effectively attenuate their resulting large prediction errors, thus reducing outlier drawbacks. The algorithm's effective stopping criteria are established based on a concept akin to RANSAC, with termination occurring when the estimated homography matrix yields low geometric error for a predefined portion of paired feature points. Leveraging its iterative structure and effective stopping criteria, GK-RLS estimates the homography matrix using only a limited number of feature points, resulting in a smaller CT compared to RANSAC while having a similar estimation performance. Extensive evaluations, including sensitivity analysis, a drone simulation, and experimental implementation, demonstrate the superiority of GK-RLS over RANSAC, especially concerning the required CT. Overall, GK-RLS presents a promising solution for robust and efficient homography matrix estimation in various real-world scenarios that require process data in high sampling frequencies. © 2023, The Authors. In this paper, we develop a model reduction method for cooperative nonlinear systems via their variational systems. Inspired by scalable stability analysis of cooperative systems based on separable functions, we provide novel L1 differential observability and L∞ differential reachability functions and study them by using vector-valued functions. These vector-valued functions characterize not-so-important state variables. By truncating them, model reduction is performed, which preserves cooperativity and stability properties.

The bifurcation behaviors of coupled Andronov-Hopf oscillators is analyzed. For this, an analytic solution of the bifurcation point of two linear, static coupled Andronov-Hopf oscillators is provided. This solution is rearranged so that the bifurcation can be interpreted geometrically by maximizing the area of an triangle defined by the system parameters. This geometric interpretation serves as the basis to address a network of linear, static coupled Andronov-Hopf oscillators, where a rather simple solution for the bifurcation point can be determined depending on a simple tree topology. With this, implications about the synchronization of this class of networks can be deduced.

The efficient operation of HVAC&R systems are based on keeping indoor temperature and air quality at an optimum level without disturbing comfort. Starting from this point, in this experimental research, the factors affecting the measurement accuracy during the room temperature detection of a wall mount fan coil thermostat were examined. Among the external effects, the effect of the device components on the measurement was focused and the solution of the measurement deviations occurred in this extent was investigated. Based on the experiments, the algorithm that must be applied to reach the optimum temperature measurement of a room thermostat developed for Fan Coil systems was proposed. © 2023 IEEE.

An adaptive decentralized asymptotic tracking control scheme is developed in this paper for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with unknown strong interconnections,unknown time-varying parameters,and ***,by employing the intrinsic properties of Gaussian functions for the interconnection terms for the first time,all extra signals in the framework of decentralized control are filtered out,thereby removing all additional assumptions imposed on the interconnec-tions,such as upper bounding functions and matching ***,by introducing two integral bounded functions,asymptotic tracking control is ***,the nonlinear filters with the compensation terms are introduced to circumvent the issue of“explosion of complexity”.It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking errors converge to zero *** the end,a simulation example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

This paper presents the design of supervisory model predictive control for HVAC systems and two zones. The supervisory control (SC) is designed to find the optimal reference temperature of each zone. The design criteria consist of the total operating cost (TOC) and the thermal comfort cost (TCC). Then, the model predictive control (MPC) is designed to track the optimal reference signals. When SC and MPC are designed for two zones simultaneously, they are referred to centralized SC and centralized MPC. On the other hand, when SC and MPC are designed for two zones separately, they referred to decentralized SC and decentralized MPC. We then compare the results between the decentralized control and the centralized control. The trade-off curve shows that the performance of centralized control is better than that of decentralized control. In particular, centralized MPC improves the performance in tracking reference signals. Furthermore, TOC of centralized control is lower than that of decentralized control. It can be concluded that the centralized control is appropriate for two zones in terms of the tracking of reference and the electrical charge.
