Education is developing with the economy. This led to the creation of e-Iearning tools for instructors and students. In e-learning, electronic resources are used to teach. E-learning can be taught in or out of school, but computers and the Internet are essential. That is, e-learning involves delivering education to a big group of people at once or over time. So, overall, in this research is about E-learning that make a successful environment. We chose this term since it is widely used in E-learning research to improve student academic achievement. Due to the difficulties of accessing adequate study materials during the Covid-19 epidemic, distance learning has grown more popular among students. This study proposes a unique learning technique that involves choosing and organizing important learning items using a recommender system. We also studied our method's efficacy. Using a recommended system to help online learning activities was proven to be effective. Software development methodology is a collection of principles and processes used to build software. Systematic software development is the goal. The research approach utilized for this topic is Lean Development Methodology. We also examine the advantages and disadvantages of e-learning. This research also introduces various new strategies and methodologies that may be employed in the future to improve system-learning. It also presents system that we choose and why we choose it. So, it aims to eliminate waste and increase production. Following the principles can help developers avoid nonproductive chores while still producing high-quality results. The ultimate objective is to develop an efficient and error-free system. Finally, E-learning is a social revolution. It's part of a bigger rethinking of how we teach future employees and students. The eLearning platform enabled the learning data visualization dashboard beautifully. User-centered design lets the dashboard adapt to its users' demands.

Understanding electric vehicle (EV) charging on the distribution network is key to effective EV charging management and aiding decarbonization across the energy and transport sectors. Advanced metering infrastructure has allowed distribution system operators and utility companies to collect high-resolution load data from their networks. These advancements enable the non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM) technique to detect EV charging using load measurement data. While existing studies primarily focused on NILM for EV charging detection in individual households, there is a research gap on EV charging detection at the feeder level, presenting unique challenges due to the combined load measurement from multiple households. In this paper, we develop a novel and effective approach for EV detection at the feeder level, involving sliding-window feature extraction and classical machine learning techniques, specifically models like XGBoost and Random Forest. Our developed method offers a lightweight and efficient solution, capable of quick training. Moreover, our developed method is versatile, supporting both offline and online EV charging detection. Our experimental results demonstrate high-accuracy EV charging detection at the feeder level, achieving an F-Score of 98.88% in offline detection and 93.01% in online detection.

Visual Parameter Space Analysis (VPSA) enables domain scientists to explore input-output relationships of computational models. Existing VPSA applications often feature multi-view visualizations designed by visualization experts for a specific scenario, making it hard for domain scientists to adapt them to their problems without professional help. We present RSVP, the Rapid Suggestive Visualization Prototyping system encoding VPSA knowledge to enable domain scientists to prototype custom visualization dashboards tailored to their specific needs. The system implements a task-oriented, multi-view visualization recommendation strategy over a visualization design space optimized for VPSA to guide users in meeting their analytical demands. We derived the VPSA knowledge implemented in the system by conducting an extensive meta design study over the body of work on VPSA. We show how this process can be used to perform a data and task abstraction, extract a common visualization design space, and derive a task-oriented VisRec strategy. User studies indicate that the system is user-friendly and can uncover novel insights. © 2024, CC BY.

Breast cancer is among the leading causes of death in women globally, making early detection critical for improving survival rates. Microcalcifications (MCs) on mammographic images are important markers for early detection of breast cancer; yet, identifying and interpreting them can be difficult. Conventional diagnostic procedures sometimes face obstacles due to the complexity and nuance of MC patterns, resulting in higher percentages of missed diagnoses and false positives. This paper develops a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) model to increase the detection and classification accuracy of microcalcifications (MCs) in mammographic images. dataset of 1,093 mammography images used, the proposed model reaches a remarkable training accuracy of 99.98% and testing accuracy of 90.37%. The model's excellent accuracy and low overfitting highlight its potential to assist radiologists in the early detect and diagnose of breast cancer, thereby improving patient outcomes. This study's contribution is the innovative use of advanced deep learning algorithms to a major issue in medical imaging, which represents a significant improvement over current diagnostic approaches.

A suitable environment for people with disabilities has widely campaigned around the world. There are many attempts to mobilize the community to help people with disabilities can enjoy their lives equally. This paper, therefore, presents our initiative on adapting the universal design concept to develop a facilities utilization framework for tourist spots. The system provides information about places and various necessary details of the facilities and services in accordance with the unique needs of people with disabilities in the form of web applications. The paper presents the concept of development, related theories, and the result of applying the information system in practice. The preliminary usability evaluation results are at an outstanding level. Collecting more data on facilities and usage patterns are ongoing task with a focus on monitoring and suggesting the coverage and access rate of all groups of people in the public area.

Large language models (LLMs) offer impressive performance across diverse fields, but their increasing complexity raises both design costs and the need for specialized expertise. These challenges are intensified for Neural Architecture Search (NAS) methods reliant on weight-sharing techniques. This paper introduces GNAS, a new NAS method that boosts the search process with the aid of LLMs for efficient model discovery. With insights from existing architectures, GNAS swiftly identifies superior models that can adapt to changing resource constraints. We provide a mathematical framework to facilitate the transfer of knowledge across different model sizes, thereby improving search efficiency. Our experiments conducted on ImageNet, NAS-Bench-Macro, and ChannelBench-Macro confirm the effectiveness of GNAS across both CNN and Transformer architectures.

In order for economies to expand and develop globally, innovation is essential. A popular statistic for evaluating innovation between countries is the Global Innovation Index (GII), which provides a thorough analysis of the state of innovation worldwide. In this context, this paper aims to contribute to the literature by examining the multi-factoral effects of the innovation ecosystem on innovation development (internal causal effects), and the impact of global trends and crises on the innovation ecosystem (external causal effects) in Montenegro. The resources provided in this paper offer valuable insights into the innovation landscape in Montenegro and the Western Balkans, as well as the impact of globalization, global trends, and crises on innovation in the region. The paper also discusses the function of innovation hubs such as the DigNest project, in promoting cooperation between academic institutions, government agencies and corporations, and supporting the exchange of knowledge and fresh concepts. © 2024 IEEE.
