The aim of this work is to create application for mobile devices such as PDAs running under Windows Mobile. With this application, and PDA it will be able to process the analog data measured by the A / D converter and display it in graphs. Use of the converter has four analog inputs. These are converted into digital form and transmitted via the communication interface Ethernet to WiFi router. Application running on a PDA uses WiFi connection to download measured data and to processes them. The advantage of this solution is particularly small size and mobility of the PDA. This eliminates the need to transfer the measuring device. This makes a possibility of usage wide especially in the manufacturing industry in the halls where it should be measured in several places at the same time, and the values compared between each other.

Unfortunately, most applications lack quality visual indication of arousal microphone volume, which would clearly provide to users (surveillance) information on current values and, if so achieved within a short past. The usability of applications could be in using it as an acoustic monitoring or as a visual area, or volume level for the detection of a communication program. This paper deals with the battery life of mobile devices and PDAs at various load levels of the battery. For such testing of PDA battery life, there are many programs in ensuring the current battery status. Our developed appplications can determine the battery at defined time intervals and display its status on the device display in numeric format XX%, where the measured value is stored in an external file in XLS format. Addressing problem is designed to store the measured data of the appplication in tabular form, for better evaluation performance and the subsequent effect on the battery. Testing is focused on the impact of various device appplications, that means from low-end appplications to very demanding appplications with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, for the battery status.

The project is to create an application that converts the audio signal from your computer microphone to record format MP3. Application is designed to record and preserve the audio recordings to a file in a format of lossy compression of audio file compression based on MPEG algorithm (Motion Picture Experts Group). While maintaining a relatively high quality it can reduce the size of audio files in CD quality at about one tenth, for speech, however, it gives much worse results. The advantage of this application is the ability to set frequency range (the sampling) and set the width of the stream, which indicates the number of bits, by which a second of record is registred with. This project is carring out of design and development of software which is able to determine the ideal method of passing cars sweep so that the car is capable of a corner as quickly as possible without compromising safety to crew, or there is a deterioration in passenger comfort, or damage to tangible property transported. Thus a virtual model of a situation such as a desktop application programming in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 was created. In the last two decades, Chaos theory has received a great deal of attention from the cryptographic community. This paper presents two ideas. First idea is using chaotic functions to overcome the weaknesses of the classical Hill cipher. The second idea is proposing a new encoder-decoder architecture, called ChaoEncoDeco, for securing JPEG images. An extra stage of encryption is embedded within the traditional JPEG codec to improve security level of such system. This security stage uses one of the chaotic functions called Logistic Map. This map is used to enhance the Hill cipher and achieve more secure encryption key. The properties of both chaotic system and of the Hill cipher encryption key are all utilized to obtain ultimate secure systems. The proposed encryption algorithm is crypto-analyzed and compared to the standard Hill cipher algorithm. Complete evaluation for the proposed architecture is also performed which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed system.

FES induced movement control is a significantly challenging area due to complexity and non-linearity of musculo-skeletal system. The goal of this study is to design a cycle-to-cycle control of FES-induced swinging motion. In this approach only the quadriceps muscle is stimulated by controlling the amount of stimulation pulsewidth. This time dependent behaviour is successfully compensated for using a cycle-to cycle fuzzy controller, which computes the amount of knee extension stimulation on the basis of the achieved flexion angle in previous cycles. The capability of fuzzy control in automatic generation of stimulation burst duration is assessed in computer simulations using a musculo-skeletal model. This paper presents the development of a fuzzy logic control scheme based on discrete-time cycle to cycle control strategies without predefined trajectory. The results show the effectiveness of the approach in controlling FES-induced swinging motion.

The use of electrical signals to restore the function of paralyzed muscles is called functional electrical stimulation (FES). FES is a promising method to restore mobility to individuals paralyzed due to spinal cord injury. FES induced movement control is a significantly challenging area, mainly emanating from various characteristics of the underlying physiological/biomechanical system. An approach of fuzzy trajectory tracking control of swinging motion optimized with genetic algorithm is presented. The results show the effectiveness of the approach in controlling FES-induced swinging motion. In this approach only the quadriceps muscle is stimulated to perform the swinging motion by controlling the amount of stimulation pulsewidth.
