In this paper, we present a method of combining spectral models using a Kullback Information Criterion (KIC) data fusion algorithm. Surface Electromyographic (sEMG) signals and their corresponding skeletal muscle force signals are acquired from three sensors and pre-processed using a Half-Gaussian filter and a Chebyshev Type- II filter, respectively. Spectral models - Spectral Analysis (SPA), Empirical Transfer Function Estimate (ETFE), Spectral Analysis with Frequency Dependent Resolution (SPFRD) - are extracted from sEMG signals as input and skeletal muscle force as output signal. These signals are then employed in a System Identification (SI) routine to establish the dynamic models relating the input and output. After the individual models are extracted, the models are fused by a probability based KIC fusion algorithm. The results show that the SPFRD spectral models perform better than SPA and ETFE models in modeling the frequency content of the sEMG/skeletal muscle force data.

Further there are drawn out realized prototypes of measurement systems based on microcontrollers where is expected milliseconds measurement accuracy followed by description GPS synchronized time source implementation in logic gate arrays (FPGA), which allows accurate measurement of microseconds and better. This paper highlights the differences between a simple sensorless method and an adaptive flux and speed observer for a five-phase induction motor control. The drive is controlled using space vector modulation direct torque control (DTC- SVM) approach. The most important parts of our Biotelemetry system is a hardware platform. If we could develop visualization, we must have to measure real data. They are two main choices to solve this part of system. We can use commercial devices, such as embedded PCs, PDAs and wireless ECG unit Blue ECG communicating via Bluetooth. Suggests major problems and disadvantages of their use and offers possible solutions in the form of construction of our own purpose-built equipment. Whether in the form of small auxiliary hardware and design options ECG units optimized for low power consumption and collaboration with mobile devices with limited computing capabilities. We also describe here the real-time response time of packet parsing problem.
