Facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, it is necessary to carry out reforms and innovations related to national education. Reforms and innovations in the implementation of components of the education system involve changes in curriculum, graduate competencies and assessments, teacher qualifications, funding, facilities and infrastructure, decentralization and educational autonomy. Bali as a world tourist destination must be maintained and passed on to the younger generation. The younger generation can use information technology to help promote Balinese culture. Bali has a lot of local wisdom that can be implemented in the tourism sector. Therefore to promote those local wisdoms, a module that can be accessed through e-learning is developed to help students develop a cultural tourism package based on local wisdom to be promoted online. The modules developed have been tested by content and media experts, which can be used independently by students. Modules can be accessed online at e-learning and they are ready to use instructions for students so they can work on assignments and projects independently. Modules containing this theory and practice are for making brochures, tour packages, videos, and websites, all of which are connected to promote tourism based on local Balinese wisdom. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. Game development in 3D is mostly done by characters, items and the environment. Game items such as character weapons modeled in 3D will be the attraction of a game. In this paper, spear motion as a game items is modeled in 3D. Nonlinear Equations Six Degrees of Freedom (6 DOF) are used for mathematical models of spear motion. The parameters studied in the motion model are: geometry, mass and aerodynamics. Spear aerodynamic parameters were analyzed using the Datcom method. Numerical simulation of mathematical models of spear motion with variations in the initial velocity of the throw and the direction of the throw. From the results of numerical simulation, the maximum range R = 131.7 m at the initial velocity V0 = 40 m/s, the direction of throw (angle θ0 = 35 deg, angle φ0 = 10 deg, ψ0 = 0 deg). And the maximum height Hmax = 12.18 m is achieved at the initial velocity V0 = 20 m/s, direction of throw (angle θ0 = 35 deg, angle φ0 = 40 deg, angle ψ0 = 0 deg). © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Today, almost everyone has done online shopping activities. The presence of e-commerce makes it easier for humans to do shopping. E-commerce companies compete to provide the best service to the community. One of them is in the delivery within the city. In terms of city delivery, the 2E-VRP model has been discussed a lot lately in terms of consolidating shipments. This study aims to present the 2E-VRP mathematical model and work in two stages to find a solution. In this article, the author also compares solutions with several heuristic models including 2-opt, repetitive nearest neighbor, nearest neighbor, farthest insertion, cheapest insertion, arbitrary insertion, and nearest insertion. From the results of research conducted by the 2-opt method, farthest insertion, cheapest insertion, and nearest insertion, the total distance is the best, all three get the same distance, then followed by the nearest insertion, arbitrary insertion, and nearest insertion methods.

In this pre-research, this is an initial study using LiDAR to detect weather conditions in real time. In 5G communication, the opportunity to use an integrated IoT connection is given because the path is used, one of which is millimeter wave. This is applied to disaster conditions, namely flood and landslide detection. Data obtained briefly within one month in data processing needs to be added so that the real sensor power is obtained in the outdoor position because the sensor is used as needed. LiDAR has problems when used in rainy conditions which form polarization scattering or light scattering is formed by moving raindrops, especially when the rain is getting heavier. The position of LiDAR in this study is able to detect sunny conditions with an available level of 97.99% and rain outage is still 0.3%, this in heavy rainy conditions needs further research.

Efficiency analysis of a 150 Wp solar power system as a water pump electric power source

The 1970 – 1979 when a world energy crisis occurred and since then new and renewable energy has started to gain attention. Water and electricity are very important sources of life. Solar energy can be used to turn on a water pump through a solar power generation system as a water pump energy source. it is very important to know the level of efficiency of the PV module as a solar energy absorber that will produce current and voltage values. This solar power system will be equipped with 150 Wp PV, SCC, Battery, Inverter and also a 125 watt Pump. To determine the efficiency level of PV as a water pump power system, observations and measurements carried out for data collection for one day. The measurement shows that the highest voltage at 15:00 WIB 20.85 Voc with a temperature of 34.95°C with a current of 4.80 Isc when solar radiation is 560 W/m^2 and produces a power of 100.08 watts with an input power of 563 watts and an efficiency value of 17%. While the lowest voltage at 12:00 WIB 18.60 Voc when the temperature 41.16 °C and the current generated 6.90 Isc with solar radiation of 1013 W/m^2 and the power generated 128.34 watts with an input power of 1019 watts and the resulting efficiency 12%. Temperature is the main factor in the voltage generated, while solar radiation will affect the current output to be generated by PV. Incoming and outgoing power will determine the efficiency of the PV system as a water pump power source.

Social media platforms like Twitter provide essential real-time information about crisis events. Although the text data generated is rich, its vast volume and unstructured format make manual analysis challenging. information extraction technologies such as Semantic Role Labeling (SRL) are needed to identify a sentence's semantic roles, such as who is the victim, what happened, when and where the event occurred, and what objects are affected in the crisis text to speed up and facilitate the emergency response process. However, the availability of public SRL datasets, especially for Indonesian, still considered a low-resource language, is very limited. We aim to develop an Indonesian-language SRL dataset based on Twitter text focusing on crisis events. This dataset includes entity labels for Named Entity Recognition (NER), another information extraction technique besides SRL. Text data was obtained through a crawling process on Twitter using specific keywords from 2018–2023, then preprocessed to obtain clean and relevant data for crisis events in Indonesia. The cleaned text data was then manually annotated by two experts based on guidelines designed to maintain consistency, resulting in 99,206 tokens labeled with SRL and NER. The high inter-annotator agreement value (Cohen's Kappa >0.90) indicates reliable data quality. This dataset is designed to support the development of automated models for information extraction, such as SRL and NER. The results of this extraction will be used for disaster impact analysis, mapping affected areas, and planning for crisis mitigation. By providing this dataset, the research opens up new opportunities for developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Indonesian, especially in crisis event analysis.

Photometric stereo recovers the surface normals of an object from multiple images with varying shading cues, i.e., modeling the relationship between surface orientation and intensity at each pixel. Photometric stereo prevails in superior per-pixel resolution and fine reconstruction details. However, it is a complicated problem because of the non-linear relationship caused by non-Lambertian surface reflectance. Recently, various deep learning methods have shown a powerful ability in the context of photometric stereo against non-Lambertian surfaces. This paper provides a comprehensive review of existing deep learning-based calibrated photometric stereo methods utilizing orthographic cameras and directional light sources. We first analyze these methods from different perspectives, including input processing, supervision, and network architecture. We summarize the performance of deep learning photometric stereo models on the most widely-used benchmark data set. This demonstrates the advanced performance of deep learning-based photometric stereo methods. Finally, we give suggestions and propose future research trends based on the limitations of existing models. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

This research aims to help the user monitor their heart’s condition and notify other people in case of an emergency due to an abnormal heartbeat (normal heartbeat around 60-100 beats per minute). From the heart rate graph, the user could do a consultation with an expert in the nearest hospital using a map feature that will show the nearest hospital with a 1 KM radius from the user’s current location. The heart is undeniably an essential part of the human body system. The heart's missions are to pump blood to the lungs to expel the waste carbon dioxide that resulted from the respiration and pump blood that will deliver oxygen throughout the human body's circulation system. While the blood that carries oxygen being pumped throughout the human body, the heart will provide the oxygen to all cells. Body cells need to use oxygen to get the energy from food through a process called cellular respiration. Monitoring our heartbeat and pulse rate can increase people’s awareness about their heart’s health, motivating, and encouraging people to maintain a healthy eating plan and exercise. This research will be implemented ECG Sensor. The sensor will then send the data to the android application via HC-06 Bluetooth module. Monitoring the heart rate and analyzing the user’s heartbeat will be done in the android with a microcontroller device's help.

Nowadays, The roads have increased the number of streetlights for the roads vehicles/pedestrians, which raises investment and energy. Observations made to obtain most of the road lights are always active at night, even when there are no vehicles or pedestrians on the road. The problems that occur are the waste of energy sources that are used in streetlights. This research designs the concept of intelligent traffic flow based (LED) for energy optimization, maximum efficiency. This concept uses intelligent light architecture using the LoRaWAN Mesh network. The application of this concept offers system reliability, reduces costs, and makes user satisfaction. The results of this study are demonstrated by experimenting with comparing conventional LED lights. The proposed system, resulting in 33% to 62% energy savings depending on when the usage process in streetlights. Smart lighting LEDs with LoRaWAN provide a remote-control mechanism that can be dynamically adjusted based on environmental conditions, distance, and automatic motion.

Raspberry Pi is a mini-computer that is provided to carry out activities quickly and precisely, but Raspberry Pi was created to not be able to do the real-time system with the support of Windows 10 IoT operating system, so the real-time system can be done on Raspberry Pi. The real-time applied in the application needs to be tested with the Nyquist theory. The purpose of this study was to get real-time system measurements available on Windows 10 IoT. This test is done using the Nyquist theory by calculating the results of measurements on mp3 streaming performed on Windows 10 IoT. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
