With the advancement of internet technology, there is a large volume of information exists on the web for users of the internet. These users not just utilize the accessible resources on the web yet, in addition, give their feedback, consequently creating more useful data. Opinion mining (OM) is contemplated as a subfield of NLP, information retrieval, and data mining. It is the way toward extricating people's thoughts and observations from unformed content, which with respect to the development of online social media and the huge amount of user feedback, has gotten an effective, attractive and furthermore complex issue. The fundamental in OM is classifying the polarity of text as far as positive (good), neutral (surprise) or negative (bad). This paper is proposed to review the methods and applications of opinion mining. This paper presents a review of OM and related strategies and additionally discusses the applications and difficulties for OM with knowledge into previous researchers. © 2020 IEEE.

A wide community of sensor nodes is subscribing to the Mobile AdHoc network (MANET) and has self-directed commands. Individual nodes within the network can escort or without permission or prior warning. Therefore the MANET becomes widely applied in vital domains due to its dynamic and autonomous feature and its ease of installation. However, MANET is a target for malicious attacks. One of these attacks is coming from what is called black hole and gray holes nodes. Much published works addressed the detection mechanism developed for black holes. However, not a lot of attention was given to the analytic comparison with the gray hole. This work introduces, compares, and analyzes the most recent researches that addressed the development of gray holes as well as black holes identification tools. In this paper, we presented a comparative table of the most relevant papers, with an indication of the benefits and gaps for each of the protocols used and the approach or technique implemented by the researchers. Then, we presented a summary of the best papers that received a high rating. And presented subsequently our vision and recommendations to inspire and motivate researchers to work on these observations in the future. © 2020 IEEE.

Consciousness has been historically a heavily debated topic in engineering, science, and philosophy. On the contrary, awareness had less success in raising the interest of scholars in the past. However, things are changing as more and more researchers are getting interested in answering questions concerning what awareness is and how it can be artificially generated. The landscape is rapidly evolving, with multiple voices and interpretations of the concept being conceived and techniques being developed. The goal of this paper is to summarize and discuss the ones among these voices that are connected with projects funded by the EIC Pathfinder Challenge called "Awareness Inside", a nonrecurring call for proposals within Horizon Europe that was designed specifically for fostering research on natural and synthetic awareness. In this perspective, we dedicate special attention to challenges and promises of applying synthetic awareness in robotics, as the development of mature techniques in this new field is expected to have a special impact on generating more capable and trustworthy embodied systems. © 2024, CC BY.

The results of measurements of electromagnetic disturbances emitted by LED lamps, in the frequency range from 30 MHz to 300 MHz, which were made using two methods described in the EN 55015/2013 standard have been presented in the paper. In order to compare both methods, each tested lamp was first measured using the traditional method described in Section 4.4.2 and then tested by an alternative, equivalent method described in Annex B of the above-mentioned standard. The comparison of results for both methods indicates that using first method, a given LED lamp emits disturbances below the acceptable limits, while the same LED lamp tested with the second method emits disturbances that are at the limit of admissible values. Additionally, used statistical tools in the form of calculated linear correlation coefficient show that the nature of the emission of disturbances measured for the same lamp is very comparable in both methods. The reference of these quasi-peak values to the permissible limits applicable in one or the other method may lead to different decisions. © 2019 Budapest University of technology and Economics. Data classification is one of the most frequently used tasks carried out to label information into predefined classes. The most commonly used models for data classification are Feed Forward Artificial Neural Networks (FFANN), and recurrent neural networks. The connection paths of these two structures are different from each other. Generally, the trained algorithm for these structures is back propagation (BP) algorithm which has many defects. For instance, due to the uncertain number of hidden layer neuron and fixed learning rate, it is easy to fall into local minimum, and it will never reach global minimum error function, it may stay at local minimum. Therefore, to make the slow learning process faster, it is necessary to carefully select the initial weight value. Therefore Meta heuristic search techniques play an important role for selection initial weights for the network. Chicken Swarm Optimization algorithm is one of the Meta heuristic technique effectively for selecting the initial weights values to converge to the optimal solution. However, this study proposed the Chicken Swarm Optimization for efficiently learn the initial weights value of Elman Neural Network algorithm. To validate the proposed algorithm, it is compared with existing algorithms such as Back Propagation Neural Network, Artificial Bee Colony Back Propagation and Genetic Algorithm Neural Network, and verified by two classification problems namely: IRIS and 7-bit parity. Simulation results shows that proposed algorithm outperforms with existing algorithms in terms of accuracy and mean square error.

To see if HHV-6 may be a cause of infertility, researchers looked at 18 men and 10 women who had unexplained critical fertility and had at least one prior pregnancy. HHV-6 DNA was discovered in both infertile and fertile peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) (12 and 14%, respectively);endometrial epithelial cells from 4/10 (40%) infertile women were positive for HHV-6 DNA;this viral DNA was not found in the endometrium of fertile women. When endometrial epithelial cells were cultivated, they produced viral early and late proteins, suggesting the existence of an infectious virus. Endometrial HHV-6 infection creates an aberrant NK cell and cytokine profile, resulting in a uterine domain that is not favorable to conception, according to the findings. To corroborate the findings, studies of extra fertile and barren women should be done. Semen samples were taken from 18 guys who visited the Government General Hospital Guntur's infertility department because they were having reproductive issues with their partners. Herpes virus DNA has been discovered in the sperm of symptomatic fertile and infertile male patients on rare instances. Furthermore, researchers must investigate the role of viral diseases in male infertility. © 2022 Malik Bader Alazzam et al.

The real risk in the privacy of a plain image transmitted over an unsecured connection is content alteration or illegal eavesdropping. The architecture proposed in this paper provides Encryption and Authentication (EA) in their comprehensively for protecting a transmitted image from unauthorized with an average execution time of one second for each 256*256 color image. At the origin point (sender side), it encrypts and signs the image’s content. On the receiver side, it decrypts and verifies the cipher image, achieving two stages of confidentiality and two stages of verification for the image content without depending upon any third party and reinforced with two key chaos equal size color images. Every image has a unique hash value (signature or identity) with QR Code watermarking used to detect forgeries, even if the change is slight (even by one bit). EA has features that make it more resistant to security attacks, as shown by the experiments in this paper.

Modulation techniques is crucial in communications networking due to the advancement in technologies and users demands such as high data rate, low latency and good quality of services. However, to fulfil the requirements of mobile users, the Long-Term Evolution (LTE) is was introduced. It was a revolutionary step where high data rates, low latency, video chat, video conferencing and spectrum efficiency are included. However, LTE system require a powerful method to detect error and correct them. In this paper, an investigation of the performance of LTE using SC-FDMA and OFDMA with a variation in modulation techniques such as PSK, m-ary QAM based on BER and error probability were conducted.

A wideband wearable antenna using DGS method with bending and wet performance analysis at sub-6 GHz 5G band

In this paper, it introduces a compact (44mm x 50mm) wearable antenna made of fabric that operates within the sub-6 GHz range for 5G New Radio technology. The concept of Defected Ground Structure (DGS) was implemented to achieve wider bandwidth. The antenna relies on a felt textile base with a relative permittivity of 1.45 and a thickness of 3 millimeters. This base is then sandwiched between two layers of a special electrically conductive fabric called “Super shield it” for the ground and radiating planes. This new antenna design offers several advantages over similar wearable antennas for sub-6 GHz 5G. Unlike previous designs, this antenna maintains high performance even when bent or wet, making it more durable for real-world use. Moreover, the simulated bandwidth obtained was 140 MHz (3.42 to 3.56 GHz) at frees space flat condition and measured bandwidth was 1700 MHz which covers n77 and n78 band of the sub-6 GHz. The proposed antenna obtained an overall simulated gain of 2.67 dBi and directivity of 7.15 dBi when placed on the four-layer human phantom. The proposed wearable antenna covered the desired frequency range when subjected to bending, partially wet and fully wet. Lastly, the obtained Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is 0.106 W/Kg which makes the proposed antenna safe to be used for body- centric communication.

Along with the rapid development of the fourth industrial revolution, industrial cyber-physical systems (ICPS) are anticipated to achieve precise mapping and management for the physical world by integrating digital sensing and automated control. However, the conflict between limited computing resources and extensive sampling data, combined with severe industrial interference, exacerbates the system's processing burden and diminishes its accuracy, hindering its ability to meet the low-latency and high-reliability control requirements. To address this issue, this paper investigates an end-edge collaborative control framework to enhance control performance for a short-packet transmission ICPS by providing powerful computation capability. We utilize the age of information (AoI) to characterize the impact of information freshness on control accuracy and construct an AoI-aware control law to assist in data sensing, transmission, and computing strategy design. In addition, we consider the influence of sampling and short-packet decoding errors in AoI-aware control performance to enhance the reliability of sampling and transmission strategies design. A joint optimization scheme of sampling interval, sampling time, computation offloading, and bandwidth allocation based on the block coordinate descent method and game theory is proposed to achieve a tradeoff between the control cost and energy consumption. By considering a real-world trolley inverted pendulum manipulation model, numerical results verify the performance gain of the proposed end-edge collaborative framework and the effectiveness of the presented algorithm. © 1983-2012 IEEE.
