Cloud Computing is not a revolution;it's an evolution of computer science and technology emerging by leaps and bounds, in order to merge all computer science tools and technologies. Cloud Computing technology is hottest to do research and explore new horizons of next generations of computer Science. There are number of cloud services providers(Amazon EC2), Rackspace Cloud, Terremark and Google Compute Engine) but still enterprises and common users have a number of concerns over cloud service providers. Still there is lot of weakness, challenges and issues are barrier for cloud service providers in order to provide cloud services according to SLA(Service Level agreement). Especially, service provisioning according to SLAs is core objective of each cloud service provider with maximum performance as per SLA. We have identified those challenges issues, as well as proposed new methodology as "SLA(Service Level Agreement) Driven Orchestration Based New Methodology for Cloud Computing Services". Currently, cloud service providers are using "orchestrations" fully or partially to automate service provisioning but we are trying to integrate and drive orchestration flows from SLAs. It would be new approach to provision cloud service and deliver cloud service as per SLA, satisfying Qo S standards.

Information recommender system attempts to present information that is likely to be useful for the user. Some information recommender systems recommend persons which users are likely to follow in Twitter. Showing recommendation reason is an important role of the systems. However, current recommender systems give only simple or quantitative reasons for the recommendation. In this paper, we aim at giving precise and non-quantitative reasons which are also easy to understand. We make use of formulas in first-order predicate logic for explaining the reason. In order to build such formulas, we use Inductive Logic Programming. We succeeded to extract several useful formulas from micro-blog.

This paper studies the stability of linear systems with uncertain parameters in the state matrix. Instead of arguing for the worst case like in the classical robust stability methods, we make use of the statistical information on these uncertain parameters, which can be obtained statistically from manufacturing data. Hence, this paper follows the idea of probabilistic robust control and investigates the stability of linear systems with random parameters of known distributions. A sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability in moments is obtained using the generalized Polynomial Chaos expansion theory. Furthermore, to gain more insights on the effects of the random parameters on stability, a special case of uniform distribution is discussed. Finally, the paper concludes with illustrative examples and remarks on future work.

One of the challenges of miniature electronic system such as those work as a part of a wider wireless sensor system is to provide sustainable electrical power source to all the electronic components in a small enclosure of sensor node. However, as the size of the micro-power generator reduces, the physical limitations as well as the reduction of output power become the major concerns of the usefulness of a miniature energy harvester. In this paper, the design is taking into considerations of the mechanical as well as the electrical properties of an unimorph piezoelectric cantilever. These encompassed the natural frequency and the neutral axis of the structure. Resistive load was also being investigated for optimizing the electrical output power of the micro-generator. It was found that the issue of the maximum deflection of the cantilever is more prominent than the stress on the cantilever for a miniature device. The adjustment on the neutral axis as well as on matching with resistive load are also important in generating optimum electrical output power.

Large power systems are facing new challenges, such as increasing penetration of renewable energy sources, in particular wind generation, growing demands, limited resources, and competitive electricity markets. Under these conditions, the large power systems have to be covered from the reliability of the protection coordination. Wireless communication tool to collect data from different units to cape with the world is proposed to solve the interconnected power system as wide area system from the protection to coordination and then control action. The paper introduces the communication performance for the wireless scheme used for collecting data from phase measuring units (PMUs). The performance of Long Term Evolution (LTE) from the point of view the communication standard and PMUs data transmission is discussed. PMUs data transmission parameters are studying. These parameters are compared with the performance of LTE communication network. The main wireless communication requirements to be applied on smart gird are given. The estimation of the performance of LTE in terms of latency and Bandwidth based on the standards from 3GPP is given.

Mining frequent itemsets from uncertain datasets is an emerging research in the field of data mining;it differs from traditional frequent itemset mining in that each item in an uncertain dataset has a probability value associated with it. Existing algorithms in this field uses candidate generating and processing approaches to discover the frequent itemsets iteratively, but the number of candidates might be enormously huge and hence it is the bottleneck of the mining process. To reduce the number of candidates, we propose a strategy by adopting a weight value to decrease the estimated expected support of an itemset. We apply our strategy to the state of the art algorithm MBP to get a revised algorithm we call RMBP. The performance of RMBP was evaluated in comparison with MBP on sparse and dense datasets. Experimental results show that the algorithm RMBP outperforms the algorithm MBP in terms of running time and memory.
