A low-power, low-noise, front-end neural signal amplifier is designed for all-diamond neural recording probes. The neural amplifier provides a gain of 39.6 dB with a high cutoff frequency of 9.8 kHz. It effectively removes DC, with a real-time tunable low cutoff frequency between 10 Hz and 100 Hz. The consumed power is 51 μW with an input referred noise of 7.78 μV rms between 10 Hz and 10 kHz. The amplifier is designed in austriamicrosystems 0.35 μm double-poly, 4-metal, n-well CMOS process and consumes an area of 0.012 mm 2 using 3.3 V power supplies.

This work reviews the memristor and its characteristics and provides an impulsive model of memristor oscillators which helps us to develop memristive devices and nonlinear systems. By introducing an efficient tool of a set of inequalities, we analyze the hybrid memristive system and present some new conditions for globally exponential stability of impulsive control memristive systems. Furthermore, a novel design procedure of impulsive controller for the stabilization is presented. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our method. The results can be extended to design impulsive control for other memristive systems.

This paper presents the low power magneto-transistor detect magnetic field density in vertical direction. The devices can detect magnetic field by Lorentz force act upon minority carrier in base and difference between base and collector current (ΔI_ (CB)) was occurred. The structure of the low power magnetotransistor consist of one emitter, one collector and one base contact and designed decrease emitter injection area was 5 μm and growth LOCOS oxide around emitter area. The structure was generated and simulated by TCAD Sentuarus simulation package and shows increase sensitivity of the low power magnetotransistor when compare the three terminals magnetotransistor. From the experiment, the low power magnetotransistor can operate at bias current less than 1 mA and high sensitivity is 20.64 mV/T. The device increase sensitivity 2.53 times at bias current 5 mA and decrease power consumption 85% when compare the three terminals magnetotransistor.

Telemedicine has become interesting field of research since decades ago. Rapid development of telecommunication technologies have opened up opportunities for further exploring the use of wireless technology to attains the objectives of telemedicine. In this paper, we explore the feasible solution to enhance telemedicine application performance with the use of wireless broadband technology viz. IEEE 802.16 Wireless Interoperability Microwave Access (WiMAX). Specifically, we try to outline the relevance of key technology residing in WiMAX Media Access Control (MAC) Layer with the fulfillment of medical data transfer requirements, especially for medical image. Thus, the aim of this paper is also to suggest the researches direction in the field of wireless broadband technology in conjunction with telemedicine purpose issues.
