This research focuses on developing a simulation and assessment system for Internet Tactile AI, addressing the need for reliable evaluation methods in predictive models within this domain. The term "Internet Tactile" refers to touch-sensitive devices and applications interconnected in our digital ecosystem. The system aims to simulate and assess AI models' performance in predicting and responding to tactile stimuli in Internet environments. Key components include realistic tactile simulations, diverse datasets, and advanced assessment metrics. Simulation involves creating lifelike scenarios of tactile interactions online, coupled with AI models trained on extensive datasets to predict and analyze user responses. For all parameters and axes, it appears that the MAE, RMSE, and ESS values are generally lower for PD compared to MPC. This suggests that, in this context, PD may be more accurate in predicting positions compared to MPC.

The purpose of this research aims to monitor, analyze, and compare the performance of infrastructure as a service (IaaS) between the selective cloud providers. To assure which cloud provider has more stability, reliability, and scalability. This paper focuses on performance testing based on a deployed web server in the cloud environment. The main feature of cloud computing is scalability thus most common IaaS cloud service providers (CSPs) have Auto Scaling features for instances or virtual machines. Not only does this paper gives the experimental results of the scaling scalability testing, but it also provides the results of recovery testing to inspect how long a web server is able to recover from failures and load testing which simulated traffic requests. Testing was conducted in the major public clouds of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Azure performs the most efficiently of almost all testing but hardest to configure.

Precision agriculture is a cutting-edge farming strategy that maximizes harvests by using cutting-edge technology and data-driven decision-making. Optical sensors and other Internet of Things (IoT) devices have great promise to revolutionize farming operations in this setting. Sensor networks and Machine Learning (ML) based tracking devices are in great demand because of the precise data extraction and analysis they give. This research was undertaken with the goal of reducing agricultural hazards and promoting smart farming practices. Diseases caused by insects and other diseases may reduce crop yields if not addressed quickly. Thus, in this study, we provide a unique artificial swarm fish optimized naive bayes (ASFONB) method for keeping an eye on the health of the soil and preventing diseases from manifesting in cotton plants' leaves. In this research, numerous important indicators of crop growth and health were monitored using Internet of Things (IoT) devices equipped with optical sensors. The environmental factors like as temperature, humidity, light intensity, and chlorophyll content are recorded by these sensors. The proposed method involves sending the collected data to a central server for processing and analysis via wireless transmission. Once the disease has been detected, the information will be sent to the farmers via Android app. The Android app can show the chemical concentration in a container with soil factors like humidity, temperature, and wetness. Using an Android app, you may control the relay and hence the power supply and chemical sprinkler system. The experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed solution outperforms the status quo in disease identification.

This research proposes an algorithm for an image encryption strategy based on a HACS and a scrambling algorithm to solve the issues of limited key space, insecure encryption frameworks, and easy-to-break present image encryption techniques utilising chaotic systems and bit wise XoR encryption. To begin, the image is encrypted using the sequence generated using HACS. The image is disordered using the shuffling method, then the bit wise XoR sequence technique is utilised to dilute the image’s pixel value. Experiments demonstrate that the scheme’s key space exceeds 2327 and that it is very sensitive to small changes in keys. The encrypted images’ histogram is equally distributed. Almost every neighbouring pixel has a correlation coefficient of zero. The UACI and NPCR values are both close to ideal, and the entropy values of the encrypted images are all close to eight. Experiments show that the encryption method described in this paper can survive extensive cryptanalysis, such as statistical and differential types. The research’s results show that the system and algorithm have made encryption more effective and that the suggested method is useful and doable for image encryption. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The pansharpening of high-resolution panchromatic (Pan) image and low-resolution multispectral (MS) images represents an important task in the remote sensing field. It allows the joint exploitation of the information derived from both types of images. However, this may cause a distortion of spectral information or a lack in details and structures. The multiresolution analysis using wavelet transforms has proved its efficiency in the pansharpening domain, due to the representation of the image content over different resolution levels. In image fusion applications, we always need more detail information to be incorporated in the pansharpening procedure in order to produce enhanced results. However, the limitation of the wavelet transform to three types of oriented detail coefficients prevents this need from being met. To overcome this limitation, we propose to use the redundant contourlet transform (RCT) which extracts a richer multiscale directional information from the image. For this purpose, two RCT-based pansharpening methods are introduced and suitable data fusion procedures are described. We conducted several experiments on two different datasets acquired respectively by ALSAT-2A and IKONOS satellites. The visual results as well as quantitative results from evaluation metrics demonstrate the performance of the proposed methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Background: With the advent of IoT, the deployment of batteries with a limited lifetime in remote areas is a major concern. In certain conditions, the network lifetime gets restricted due to limited battery constraints. Subsequently, the collaborative approaches for key facilities to reduce the constraint demands of the current security protocols. Objective: This work covers and combines a wide range of concepts linked by IoT based on security and energy efficiency. Specifically, this study examines the WSN energy efficiency problem among IoT devices and security for the management of threats in IoT through collaborative approaches and finally outlines the future. The concept of energy-efficient key protocols which clearly cover heterogeneous IoT communications among peers with different resources has been developed. Because of the low capacity of sensor nodes, the energy efficiency in WSNs has been an important concern. Methods: In this paper, we present an algorithm for Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) which reviews security and energy consumption to discuss their constraints in the IoT scenarios. Results: The results of a detailed experimental assessment are analyzed in terms of communication cost, energy consumption and security, which prove the relevance of a proposed ABC approach and a key establishment. Conclusion: The validation of DTLS-ABC consists of designing an inter-node cooperation trust model for the creation of a trusted community of elements that are mutually supportive. Initial at-tempts to design the key methods for management are appropriate individual IoT devices. This gives the system designers, an option that considers the question of scalability. © 2021 Bentham Science Publishers.

Obstacle dodging and overtaking are the pivotal tasks ensuring safety for self-driving automobiles. Multi-sensors fusion is the must-required condition to explore the entire surrounding information. This paper proposes a novel frontal dynamic car dodging strategy for automobiles with the left-hand side steering wheel by fusion of a camera and 2D LiDAR features. To begin with, we improve the LiteSeg model to extract the segmented mask, which can determine the drivable area and the avoiding direction. In addition to a camera, 2D LiDAR is used to check the scene information on the right side, which the camera's range cannot cover. As for point clouds output of 2D LiDAR, we adopt the Adaptive Breakpoint Detection (defined as ABD) algorithm to cluster the objects in a scanning plane. Subsequently, the RANSAC algorithm forms a straight line from the clustered point clouds to determine the boundary of the right-side obstacle. Besides, we compute the distance from LiDAR to the estimated straight line to maintain a safe distance when overtaking. Last but not least, the post-processing results of the two devices are fused to decide on the obstacle dodging and overtaking. The comprehensive experiments reveal that our self-driving automobile could perform well on the university campus in diverse scenarios. © 2022 IEEE.

Unlike MANET (Mobil Ad Hoc Network), VANETs (Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks) are characterized by an unlimited number of vehicles can be equal to millions of vehicles and a high mobility. The objective of developing VANETs is to improve ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) in terms of road safety and efficiency in the transport field. Traditional routing protocols (packet based) used for MANETs (Mobile Ad hoc Networks) does not satisfy the routing requirements in VANETs due to high speed of vehicles. In this work we propose a routing protocol with data aggregation for VANETs, where we invoke the based point geographic routing and data aggregation. The results of our simulation with SUMO and NS-3 show that our approach can help to reduce network overload by aggregating road traffic reports without maintaining a hierarchical structure. © 2021 IEEE.

The foundation of telecommunications for linking things in the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem is fifth-generation (5G) communications. The 5G network is being developed to deliver massive capacity, large bandwidth, and reduced latency. The creation and invention of new 5G-IoT approaches will undoubtedly result in massive new security and privacy issues. 5G-IoT technologies will need secure data transfer mechanisms as the foundation to solve these issues. Chaos theory-based image encryption and DNA sequence computations are combined in the suggested encryption approach. The encryption process is performed independently on three colour image channels (R, G, and B) with an appropriate chaotic map. Here the selection algorithm chooses an appropriate chaotic map according to the entropy values of image attributes and few other factors. Following chaotic encryption, a DNA encoding approach is used. According to simulation and security analysis, the suggested image encryption technique performs very well in terms of security. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
