Transformative innovation in healthcare is led by the constantly changing field of deep learning techniques, especially designed for cellular imaging in diagnostic pathology. This paper provides a thorough examination of several deep learning approaches in the field of pathology, highlighting new uses and tackling important issues that are essential to the field's progress. The successful deployment of AI in clinical settings depends on the seamless integration of these apps into processes in digital pathology. This all-inclusive diagnostic method not only simplifies processes but also provides pathologists with cutting-edge instruments that accelerate work, improve diagnosis accuracy, and lower mistakes. The US has recently approved a limited number of manufacturers' digital pathology products for diagnostic usage, which offers a strong basis for the creation of useful AI solutions. Researchers, physicians, business executives, government agencies, and patient advocacy organizations working together will make it much easier for these cutting-edge technologies to spread and become widely used by medical professionals. These technologies usher in a new age in healthcare, distinguished by their exceptional performance, faster processing rates, cost effectiveness, increased accuracy, and strict safety regulations. In the research under discussion, the authors put forth a novel approach to air quality monitoring in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia’s capital, by leveraging the power of fog computing. This innovative method involves the collection of air pollution data in a manner that is both cost-effective and efficient, thereby making it a viable solution for a city where air pollution is a significant concern. The primary objective of this approach is to estimate the impact of air pollution on public health. This is achieved through the application of statistical methods to the collected data, which allows for the understanding of the health risks associated with poor air quality. By doing so, it is hoped that this research will contribute to raising awareness about the dangers posed by air pollution, a problem that is often overlooked but has far-reaching implications for public health. One of the key features of the proposed approach is its focus on expanding the coverage of air quality monitoring. This is particularly relevant in the Ger areas of Ulaanbaatar, where pollution levels tend to spike during the winter months. The inhabitants of these areas, who often rely on coal for heating, are among the most affected by the adverse effects of air pollution. Therefore, by extending the reach of monitoring efforts to these areas, the research aims to provide a more accurate and comprehensive picture of the city’s air quality. In addition to the above, the research also takes into account the role of transportation in contributing to air pollution. In Ulaanbaatar, as in many other urban centers around the world, transportation is a one of major sources of air pollution. This includes not only public transport but also private vehicles, which collectively contribute a significant amount of pollutants to the city’s air. The Cloud Compute Adoption Architecture (CCAF), a unique architecture designed to improve safety of the business cloud installations, is introduced in this research article. Using router, authentication and authorization, and encryption methods embedded in Industrial File Sync/Share systems, CCAF aims to provide a multi-layered privacy strategy. Our paper describes the creation of this security A system, examines relevant literature, and explains the reasoning behind CCAF. Through testing and thorough analysis of the key technologies, the study assesses the effectiveness of the CCAF security layered approach. The intricate security system in place at CCAF proved to be an outstanding tool during penetration testing, detecting and eliminating 99.95% of worms including trojans, and even deactivating over 85% of them after 100 hours of continuous attack. Of particular note was the operating system's lightning-fast reaction time of less than 0.012 seconds per trojan and virus, which allowed for the early detection and mitigation of threats. Moreover, each try at SQL injection was successfully thwarted by the CCAF's extensive security defenses, guaranteeing strong security of data. The article highlights the usefulness of CCAF by exploring how its multi-layered security is seamlessly integrated into current regulations, services, and corporate processes. The research highlights how important CCAF's complex security is for Big Data applications running in the cloud, especially when it comes to scalability, speed, and veracity. The study's conclusions highlight CCAF's legitimacy and significant contributions to the field, demonstrating its applicability and effectiveness in protecting the cloud. © 2023 IEEE.

With the ability to communicate between machines and people, the Tactile Internet (TI) represents a substantial advancement over the Internet of Things (IoT). TI wants to make it easier to develop real-time interactive applications in a variety of fields, including as engineering, social engagement, and business. The future 5th Generation (5G) technology is focused on offering Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication (URLLC) services to satisfy the demanding needs of TI applications. According to 3GPP specifications, URLLC may transmit a single 32-byte packet with a latency of less than one millisecond and achieve 99.99% dependability. In order to accomplish these objectives, the 3GPP presents 5G New Radio (5G NR), a flexible orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) approach, as a new radio access technology (RAT). With the introduction of this new RAT, it is clear that we need next-generation solutions, especially ones that include network intelligence. To fulfil the URLLC needs of 5G NR, machine learning (ML) methods are anticipated to be crucial in building intelligent network resource distribution algorithms. This review analyses the possible use of Federated reinforcement learned, an ML approach, to satisfy the needs of 5G NR URLLC and lists the pertinent URLLC accomplishments. Plane channel entry techniques that support URLLC in 5G NR for TI workloads are covered in great detail in this study. It also pinpoints seven crucial upcoming situations where FRL might function as a possible facilitator for URLLC in 5G NR. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to its affordable and high-quality services, cloud computing has lately attracted a lot of interest. Due to the on- demand, pay-per-use characteristics that cloud services provide, which encourage companies to outsource parts of their operations with better service delivery and more value, they have become an essential component of both businesses et people's everyday lives during the last ten years. In the next years, a continued migration towards cloud-based services is predicted by the current market trend, which started in 2019. Despite the many benefits that the cloud computing paradigm offers to both enterprises and consumers, security issues are expected to be the biggest cloud computing challenges in 2020. Security problems are a result of a number of variables, including the streaming nature of these solutions and the technology that support cloud computing, which includes hybridization and multitenancy. This research examines security concerns in service-driven cloud computing in order to shed light on the situation of the industry at the moment. This paper's main contribution is an analysis of cloud security over the last ten years and the presentation of a thorough taxonomy of security concerns throughout the three-layer architecture, which includes Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as- (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). © 2023 IEEE.

Recent research has been focused on RF energy transmission and recovery as a potential strategy to greatly increase the lifespan of resource wireless networks. This method has the ability to remotely supply items with vitality that is comparatively steady and prolonged;as a result, it introduced a new methodological approach known as WPC, that had created numerous new research avenues with broad uses. In these, the creation and evaluation of effective joint plans has recently garnered a lot of study attention. The collaboration continuum communicating initiatives for behavioral connectivity networks, the collaborating crosstalk techniques forward into mobile broadband network security, and the explaining policies and procedures for wap data transmission are all highlighted in this article's general introduction of working in multiple approaches. During the COVID19 epidemic, people of all ages from all walks of life around the world have become inevitably familiar with and almost dependent on the digital tools of the age and the opportunities they offer. A change had to take place very quickly that was unprecedented. This process has also affected education. During the time of the reading lock-in, there was a proliferation of digital curricular content. The second time around, online education came to the fore, thanks to less or well-functioning online platforms, and has since become part of everyday teaching. What is the effectiveness and usefulness of sharing knowledge in this way? Is literacy still needed at all? Can online and hybrid (a controlled mix of face-to-face and online) education replace the well-established contact and face-to-face education? The study show that the respondents believe that online education has had an impact on literacy and that it is perceived to have a positive impact. The results indicate that online education has a positive impact on the literacy levels of students, as it facilitates knowledge acquisition and enhances digital literacy skills. © 2024 IEEE.

In the last three years, a new partner has emerged for teachers and educators in the field of education. The mushrooming of applications based on large language models has greatly shaped the educational development fields of the present era. The use of various AI applications has become commonplace among students and teachers alike. Many questions are being raised by researchers in this field. What does the rapid development of AI applications bring to the field of pedagogy? Should the products of such applications be compared with human performance? The form presented in this thesis seeks to answer similar questions. What is the impact of frequent use of these applications on the literacy level of individuals? In which areas do students tend to use these applications? The results indicate that half of the students believe their literacy levels will decrease with the mass emergence of AI applications, while 36% feel it will not change. However, 88 % of students have already dealt with AI-based applications, with 64 % using them several times or more, suggesting a high level of integration into their educational processes. © 2024 IEEE.

The cancellable biometric transformations are designed to be computationally difficult to obtain the original biometric *** paper presents a cancellable multi-biometric identification scheme that includes four stages:biometric data collection and processing,Arnold’s Cat Map encryption,decimation process to reduce the size,and finalmerging of the four biometrics in a single generated ***,a 2D matrix of size 128×128 is created based on Arnold’s Cat Map(ACM).The purpose of this rearrangement is to break the correlation between pixels to hide the biometric patterns and merge these patterns together for more *** decimation is performed to keep the dimensions of the overall cancellable template similar to those of a single template to avoid data ***,some sort of aliasing occurs due to decimation,contributing to the intended distortion of biometric *** hybrid structure that comprises encryption,decimation,andmerging generates encrypted and distorted cancellable *** simulation results obtained for performance evaluation show that the system is safe,reliable,and feasible as it achieves high security in the presence of noise.

This paper employing the Product-as-a-Service (PaaS) paradigm provides a model integrating preventive and proactive management strategies to maintain the required service level availability in MultiFunction Device (MFD) offerings. The problems of resource allocation and servicing problems implied by these strategies focus on planning leasing offers that meet an acceptable failure risk level and routing service teams participating in maintenance missions. The aim is to allocate services that provide balanced risk to suppliers and renters, reduce delays, and prioritize urgent cases by routing a fleet of technical vehicles responsible for delivering and receiving service teams without the constraint of requiring the exact vehicle for both operations. The conducted computer experiments demonstrated the effectiveness of the adopted reference model, allowing for increasing PaaS availability and minimizing service costs.
