This paper presents an optimization of scattering area on a glass substrate platform for a proposed sensing method. The glass substrate was coated with sensitive nanomaterial, which is Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanorods. The hydrothermal technique was employed to fabricate the ZnO nanorods on microscope glass substrates of varying areas. The samples undergo exposure to various levels of RI solution, ranging from 0% to 100% concentration. This was performed to examine several performance parameters, including the scattering coefficient, and sensing performance factor that generated by the proposed sensor. The growth area of 0.022m2 demonstrated the most favorable samples with respect to the concentration level. It exhibited normalized scattering coefficient (α) and normalized sensing performance factor (ɣ) close to 1 which is desirable in this study.

Since urban cities are expanding due to technology, economy, and influx of more people the need for better management systems is paramount. This paper aims to examine the use of Intelligent Decision Support Systems (IDSS) in enhancing the urban infrastructure, safety and resources in smart cities. Hereby, we present a complex framework that involves Internet of Things (IoT) devices, Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make decisions in traffic controlling, environmental issues and safety. When used with machines learning (ML) algorithms and predictive analytics, the framework increases the efficiency of urban management operations. A comparison of the energy used by promised by these algorithms including LSTM, SVM, KNN, and the OPTIMUS, a system is developed that enables smart cities to significantly save energy hence highlighting its efficiency. Furthermore, a performance comparison of Random Forest, LSTM, SVM, and KNN for traffic management shows KNN achieving the highest accuracy and precision. The paper discusses data collection, processing, and integration methodologies, and presents case studies demonstrating cost reductions and sustainability improvements. The present paper provides evidence to support the assumption that the development of IDSS can greatly enhance the progress of smart cities by underpinning the process by data, feedback and other forms of information.

Edge computing plays a crucial role in the advancement of Beyond 5G (B5G) and 6G networks. The substantial growth in network traffic and computational requirements necessitates the implementation of multi-access edge computing (MEC) as a viable solution. MEC aims to bring the capabilities of cloud computing closer to end-users by integrating them into the radio access network (RAN). This research introduces an optimal approach to connect mobile users with MEC hosts and access points, effectively distributing radio and computing resources to individual mobile users. The objective is achieved by lowering the total user transmit power while abiding by latency constraints in both the communication and computation phases, using the Grey Wolf Optimization technique (GWO). A comparison to alternative smart techniques demonstrates the effectiveness of the suggested approach

This paper presents an electronically controlled biquadratic filter designed for precise frequency selection in applications such as audio processing, telecommunications, and cochlear implants. The design utilizes AD830, AD844, and LM13700 integrated circuits, facilitating high-pass, band-pass, and low-pass responses with improved stability and real-time tunability. PSPICE simulations validate the filter's adaptability and performance, demonstrating its effectiveness in dynamic environments and its suitability for high-frequency applications requiring flexible frequency control. The results indicate a calculated pole frequency of 2.23 MHz, while simulations yield a slightly lower value of 2.0 MHz, affirming the design's practical viability and alignment with theoretical expectations.

All types of multimedia data, including digital images, audio, text, and video, are now easily accessible on the internet due to the phenomenal growth of internet services and wireless telecommunication systems, including mobile and computer systems, in order to achieve a specific degree of security, integrity, and secrecy as well as to prevent malicious access to the information. In contrast, for data storage and transmission, cryptographic procedures are necessary. This study presents brand-new, very effective colour image encryption and decryption algorithms that use diffusion and pixel scrambling. At first Zig-Zag permutation was used to scramble the data. Then, by concealing the statistical makeup of the pixels, the two-dimensional Lozi map is used to distort further the connection between neighbouring pixels in the original image. Furthermore, the diffusion in three colour channels is accomplished using a 3D logistic map. During the decryption process, the image pixels are again moved back to their original positions. The chaotic mapping technique encrypts images to reduce the correlation between encrypted and unencrypted versions. As described in this study, the tested and examined encryption algorithm on certain colour photos showed substantial security and authenticity to resist statistical and differential cyber attacks. © 2022 ACM.

In order for substantial diversity accomplish, a low bit rate of error, and low detect overhead for the 5G system, an ideal coding scheme is required. Different coding methods have just been created to improve the varied efficiency in MIMO systems. In 5G wireless networking, the universe coding is essential for managing huge data flows. It is crucial to maximise STC's orthogonal structure. The O-LSDC is the subject of this paper's unique design suggestion. This study employs fundamental matrix calculations, unitary matric normalisation methods, and influence mapping approaches to construct an O-LSDC with optimal coefficients. To get the optimal values, the coefficients of the problem are linearly solved. Based on scaled coefficients, and the suggested LSDC codes are divided into five groups, and their efficiency is assessed by means of BER vs. SNR. In a rayon fading MIMO system, simulation results take error risks for many antennas into account. Plotted efficiency graph for multiple-antenna system evaluates the influence of the hypothesized LSDC on the BER performance for varying numbers of the Monte Carlo iterations. In regard to BER and SNR, the O-LSDC improves the performance on 5G and further networks when used with M-PSK transmission over a Rayleigh fade channel.

We are proposing a system to monitor the temperature distribution in a centralized air-conditioned warehouse and provide a real-time control panel to the operator which can be visualized anywhere in the world so as to make sure even distribution happens through vents, and wastage does not happen through vents near ideally conditioned regions of the room. Finding the best-fit workspace – collection of heterogeneous places to meet, work or study – is considered a problem for clients who cannot determine the availability of the spaces at a specific moment. The availability of spaces in workspaces is another problem because it needs real time communication with each workspace. Therefore, a system that searches in a registered workspace to find the nearest available workspace using a mobile app developed by flutter. A backend Laravel system that communicates with the workspace software to find a real time state is introduced in this paper. In addition, software is built that manages workspace and keeps track of its availability. The main merit of this software is accepting the request of the first solution software to give a real time state of the available spaces in its workspace. Discern a workspace to fall under a certain label allows us to recommend workspaces to clients easily based on machine learning ML) *** main approach involved is using traditional ML methods, where we train and build a model based on a dataset and use that model in order to predict a rating that a client might give a workcspace. A client is able to give a rating from 1 to 5 stars meaning we have 5 separate labels that we need to classify a workspace under. Since we need to predict a discrete label from 1 to 5, this is a classification problem. So, therefore a classification-based approach, where we use ML models' classification in order to classify a workspace between 5 labels each representing a possible rating that a client could rate a workspace. Furthermore, separate applications that can communicate are developed in this paper. In addition, a platform is performed that offers both workspaces and clients a means of interacting with each other.
