This article aims to compare forecasting techniques with machine learning techniques for predicting the number of people injured in road accidents using data from the Injury Information Collaboration Center, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health Outpatient Files (OPD) spanning the years 2018 to 2022. The four machine-learning techniques examined in this study include Decision Tree Regression, Random Forest Regression, Support Vector Regression, and Multiple Linear Regression. The data analysis was performed using the R programming language. The results revealed that the Decision Tree Regression technique yielded the most accurate predictions for the number of road traffic injuries, as evidenced by its lowest values of MAE, MSE, and RMSE.

Knowledge resource and information system/technology (IS/IT) capability have been considered to improve firm performance, however there is still a gap regarding the sustainability of supply chain to face and recover from disruption (e.g., COVID-19). In the context of achieving Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in hospitals, among others, it is carried out with control and supervision, including in the case of hospital facility maintenance installations. Besides that, the hospital needs to improve its services. The asset reporting system is one of the high needs in this field, so it requires a solution that can deal with existing problems. Unfortunately, the current reporting system so far is more likely to be conventional, such as by telephone. This study proposes a new solution to the hospital facility maintenance reporting process, namely by utilising smartphone-based applications that directly connected to the server. So, the information distributed to the competent parties. This solution can speed up the reporting process and actions. Also, save the historical equipment that is available from each service room - the results of this study used as a hospital facility maintenance reporting system. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A decision support system is a solution to help provide decision recommendations in determining which options to choose as a solution, in this decision support system research, namely analyzing and comparing the Matching Profile method and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in providing the best choice solution in the case of determining teaching staff acceptance. Determination of Admission, The selected teaching staff, are teaching staff who are in accordance with the criteria and quality. In an educational institution, namely TPQ Anbata, it is a very important issue to get elected teaching staff. One way to get teaching staff who is in accordance with the cafeteria is determined by selecting or determining prospective teaching staff by paying attention to various assessment criteria so that the selected teaching staff is feasible. From the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained include all test cases, and the testing is appropriate. The results of the system calculation accuracy test show that the calculation of Matching Profile and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting Method carried out by the system with manual calculations is correct and the feasibility test. Appropriate to use in making decisions determining the recruitment of teachers than the profile matching method in Anbata TPQ. The difference is in the highest value in each method. In the profile matching method, the highest value is Salman Al Fariz with a value of 4.70 while in the SAW method the highest value is Ali Gufron with a value of 8,778., it can be concluded that the most appropriate method in determining the recruitment of teaching staff at TPQ Anbata is the Profile Matching Method. © 2020 IEEE.

Disasters are unexpected, sudden events that may cause monumental damages to both materials and human lives. Hence, the unpredictability and destruction that follow when a disaster happens to pose a dire challenge for researchers, scientists, and governments to find ways to effectively handle the situation and flow of information when such an event strikes. The Internet of Things (IoT) presents a solution that involves using one or more mobile devices connected over the network, thus making the transfer of data and information more effective and efficient. This paper presents a holistic analysis of the state-of-the-art IoT technologies which can answer the challenge posed above, in addition to the demand for efficiency, mobility, accuracy, as well as better communications between the command center and all actors involved in disaster operations. The applications of IoT have varied for many purposes. We divide those purposes into two broad strokes of pre-disaster management and post-disaster management IoT-aided systems. For pre-disaster management, the IoT-aided systems are mostly used to predict the possible disaster that might happen using sensors placed in strategic places. Finally, for post-disaster management, the IoT-aided systems aid in improving the effectiveness and accuracy of evacuation, relief, and victim-tracking efforts.

For dealing with traffic bottlenecks at airports, aircraft object detection is insufficient. Every airport generally has a variety of planes with various physical and technological requirements as well as diverse service requirements. Detecting the presence of new planes will not address all traffic congestion issues. Identifying the type of airplane, on the other hand, will entirely fix the problem because it will offer important information about the plane's technical specifications (i.e., the time it needs to be served and its appropriate place in the airport). Several studies have provided various contributions to address airport traffic jams;however, their ultimate goal was to determine the existence of airplane objects. This paper provides a practical approach to identify the type of airplane in airports depending on the results provided by the airplane detection process using mask region convolution neural network. The key feature employed to identify the type of airplane is the surface area calculated based on the results of airplane detection. The surface area is used to assess the estimated cabin length which is considered as an additional key feature for identifying the airplane type. The length of any detected plane may be calculated by measuring the distance between the detected plane's two furthest points. The suggested approach's performance is assessed using average accuracies and a confusion matrix. The findings show that this method is dependable. IntroductionStandard maximum vertical jump (MVJ) has been applied to assess lower limb long countermovement (CM) on countermovement jump (CMJ) and short CM on drop jump (DJ) for comparison to squat jump (SJ) without CM [1,2]. Research questionNevertheless, the ability for lower limb joint accelerations depending on lower limb joint angles at long, short and no CM remains an open issue [3,4], in particular linearity assessment of these relations at long, short and no CM in association with MVJ whole-body impulsion. MethodsFor this reason, we applied piecewise linear detection of segmented subphases on lower limb joint angles ( θ)-angular acceleration ( α) diagrams for the hip (H), knee (K) and ankle (A) during impulse phases on CMJ, DJ and SJ. Selected sample corresponds to best MVJ trials based on higher flight-time of 3 CMJ, DJ and SJ repetitions for six healthy untrained subjects with ages (21.5±1.4) years, (76.7±9.3)kg mass and (1.79±0.06)m height. Adhesive reflective markers were applied at lower limb and torso, with sagittal hip, knee, and ankle θ, α obtained by inverse kinematics. H,K,A ( θ, α) diagrams were plotted and impulsion subphases segmented at selected instants of ∂ a/∂ q phase reversal with linear fit by the least-squares method, Fig. 1. Fig. 1. ResultsSJ presented larger number of ( θ, α) subphases than DJ, both larger than CMJ with higher |∂ α/∂ θ| variation at DJ and SJ than CMJ, pointing to higher complexity of neuromuscular control and contributing to explain reduced SJ, DJ performance without CM (0.33±0.05)m and with short CM (0.27±0.03)m in relation to CMJ with long CM (0.36±0.04)m for untrained selected subjects, Fig. 1. Muscle coactivation analysis for neuromuscular control assessment of lower limb stretch-shortening cycle

IntroductionMuscle stretch-shortening cycle (SSC) is a central mechanism with lower limb muscle contraction immediately preceded by muscle stretch for efficient submaximal activities such as gait and powerful maximal activities such as running and jumping [1,2]. Research questionAlthough muscle SSC can be observed at gait and running its higher expression and accessibility is performed on standard maximum vertical jump (MVJ) with an open issue on neuromuscular control assessment of lower limb muscle SSC [3]. MethodsFor this purpose, we present and applied noninvasive subject specific analysis of lower limb muscle coactivation for selected muscles with higher contribution during MVJ impulse based on corresponding conditioned surface electromyographic signals (sEMG). Selected muscles correspond to lower limb muscles vastus medialis (VM), rectus femoris (RF), vastus lateralis (VL), lateral gastrocnemius (LG) and medial gastrocnemius (MG). Twenty-seven trials were assessed corresponding for each subject to the highest MVJ based on larger flight time with long SSC at countermovement jump (CMJ), short SSC at drop jump (DJ) and squat jump (SJ) with no SSC. Trial sample is composed by a group of six young adult volunteers’ students on sports and physical education degree with the ages (21.5 ± 1.4) years, (76.7 ± 9.3) kg mass and (1.79 ± 0.06) m height. Surface skin was prepared and Aqua-Wet gel Skintact F55 electrodes were applied at bipolar configuration as indicated by SENIAN. VM, RF, VL, LG and MG sEMG linear envelopes were paired plotted with the area under the curves computed as well as the coactivation pairs defined as the common area under the curves normalized to the sum of the corresponding pair individual areas under the curves. Coactivations were compared at CMJ, DJ and SJ as well as among CMJ, DJ and SJ, Fig. 1.
