With the advancement of technology, the digital age is exploding, which poses significant challenges to cloud data control and privacy. How to find a middle ground between data privacy protection and technological innovation? In this research paper, in order to conduct comprehensive research in the fields of cloud security and privacy, we will explore the biodiversity of clouds. The study chose a mixed method research strategy, which requires the use of multiple methods to investigate the research question and provide a richer and more complete set of questions at hand. Conducted research interviews with subject matter experts to raise my research questions;a literature review and case study were conducted to present my preliminary survey questions. Active data protection measures include the widespread use of static data encryption and access restrictions. The report concludes by introducing practices related to cloud privacy, based on real-life case studies of companies that have successfully applied these guidelines, primarily in the healthcare and financial services industries. The research provides a comprehensive investigation into privacy-aware architectures for cloud-based data processing in the services sector, aiming to identify challenges, propose solutions, and offer actionable recommendations to enhance data privacy and security. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The pandemic situation caused by coronavirus (COVID-19) which has infected more than 200 countries around the world. Every country should have strategic planning and a roadmap regarding how to stop the spread of the virus. One of those is trying to build an application to be an aggregator and a tool supporting other strategic planning. In Indonesia, Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KEMKOMINFO) has the responsibility to build the application to stop the spread of the virus and trace every movement done by the user or people. An official application built by KEMKOMINFO is PeduliLindungi. PeduliLindungi is an application that helps the government in tracking to stop the spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). On the other hand, PeduliLindungi is more complex because it involves many entities. And of course, it will cause a high impact level of Data Integration and Interoperability (DII). So, in this paper researchers will try to get all issues of DII in the PeduliLindungi application and try to analyze the system architecture and subsequently give solution to refactor the architecture used by PeduliLindungi. © 2022 IEEE.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) changed the world’s lifestyle switching many techno-services to be provided remotely instead of direct usual physical interactions between people. This study focused on university students’ perceptions of this virtual technology-engineering change as discrepancies to be analyzed. The research surveyed 777 different students from four Arab middle-east neighboring countries, with related demographics and specifications, expressing full remarkable experiences of e-technology in virtual as well as traditional performances helping reveal overall tolerance possibilities. The study adopted examination technology via ANOVA to test discrepancies within students' perceptions for overall multi-factors deep analysis classification. The exploration highlighted an interesting range of pros and cons remarks including feminism and economic effect as well as other cultural and engineering interaction issues, raising signals to essentially consider and mutually benefit from adequate future generation e-techno adaptation within the region. © The Author(s) 2023.

We present a mechanical model for an oscillator with one degree of freedom under the influence of a flowing medium. Under fairly general conditions we show that the ensuing differential equation has at most two limit cycles and we give examples where exactly two limit cycles will occur. The implications of this result are that it is possible for a system of this kind to exhibit galloping even when the so-called Den Hartog criterion of local instability is not satisfied. © 2023, The Author(s).

This paper introduces a new bilinear algorithm that combines distortionless response beamforming with weighted prediction error using the Kronecker product operator to improve speech signal quality in different acoustic environments. The algorithm utilizes recursive least squares cost functions and handles real dynamic, noisy, and reverberant conditions effectively. Compared to a recently proposed approach, our approach outperforms separating the desired source from undesired sources while providing dereverberation and noise suppression. It is also preferable regarding the quality of the enhanced signals it produces. In contrast, it exhibits a more considerable desired signal distortion and reduced intelligibility. The algorithm’s computational efficiency and robustness make it suitable for real-time applications, as validated using real recordings from the SPeech Enhancement for Augmented Reality (SPEAR) challenge.

Acoustic emission (AE) is a powerful experimental method for studying discrete and impulsive events termed avalanches that occur in a wide variety of materials and physical phenomena. A particular challenge is the detection of small-scale avalanches, whose associated acoustic signals are at the noise level of the experimental setup. The conventional detection approach is based on setting a threshold significantly larger than this level, ignoring “false” events with low AE amplitudes that originate from noise. At the same time, this approach overlooks small-scale events that might be true and impedes the investigation of avalanches occurring at the nanoscale, constituting the natural response of many nanoparticles and nanostructured materials. In this work, we develop a data-driven method that allows the detection of small-scale AE events, which is based on two propositions. The first includes a modification of the experimental conditions by setting a lower threshold compared to the conventional threshold, such that an abundance of small-scale events with low amplitudes are considered. Second, instead of analyzing several conventional scalar features (e.g., amplitude, duration, energy), we consider the entire waveform of each AE event and obtain an informative representation using dynamic mode decomposition. We apply the developed method to AE signals measured during the compression of platinum nanoparticles and demonstrate a significant enhancement of the detection range toward small-scale events that are below the conventional threshold.

We recently introduced the Efficient User-centric Residual-Echo Suppression (E-URES) framework, which significantly reduces the floating-point operations per second (FLOPS) required during inference by 90% compared to the URES framework. The E-URES operates based on a user-operating point (UOP) defined by two key metrics: the residual echo suppression level (RESL) and the desired-speech maintained level (DSML) that the user anticipates from the output signal of a residual echo suppression (RES) system. In the first stage, an ensemble of 101 branches is employed, where each branch has two cascaded neural networks: a preliminary RES system with a design parameter, which varies between branches and balances the RESL and DSML of its RES systems’ prediction, and a subsequent UOP estimator. In the second stage, a neural network uses available acoustic signals and the UOP to predict which three branches achieve the highest acoustic echo cancellation mean opinion score (AECMOS) within a specified UOP-error tolerance. Then, costly AECMOS calculations are performed only for these selected branches. Despite this efficiency mechanism, the E-URES can apply real-time inference only with dedicated and expensive hardware, limiting its wide adoption. Here, we present E-URES 2.0, which focuses on reducing the computational costs of E-URES in its first stage. A lightweight neural network preprocesses available acoustic signals and the UOP to track a subset of the 101 design parameters that their branches produce the most accurate UOP estimations in their outcomes. Only these branches are calculated during inference and continue to the AECMOS estimation stage. With 60 hours of data, we show that with a negligible performance drop on average, the E-URES 2.0 can reduce 87% of the branches and 61% of the FLOPS of the E-URES and can achieve real-time inference with standard, affordable hardware.

Several regional head elections had to be postponed due to the pandemic, including in Indonesia because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Several big cities in Indonesia are of concern because of their large population and GDP. This study conducts analysis and testing of datasets taken from Open Data in a city in Indonesia. In addition to conducting research on regional head elections, we also present information on voters from the category of kids with disabilities. The steps used in this research are using regional mapping data of the city of Surabaya in the Election of the Regional Head. Download the data or dataset for the Regional Head Election ampersand Categories of kids with disabilities. Based on the dataset voters from the category of children with disabilities are more than 5 *** this research, we use Python to process our datasets & Big Data technology. Data cleaning or cleansing, Exploratory Data Analysis, and Empirical Cumulative Distribution Functions (ECDF) in python are also needed. Result from ECDF chart with steady increase (increment of 0.1). The highest variance value is in Electoral District 5 = 6.090 and the lowest value is in Electoral District 4 = 0.90. The result of Open Data is graphical data visualization and candidate scores to help as an alternative for the 2024 Regional Head Election and the Category of kids with disabilities. © 2023 IEEE.

Biomedical images are used for capturing the images for diagnosis process and to examine the present condition of organs or *** image processing concepts are identical to biomedical signal processing,which includes the investigation,improvement,and exhibition of images gathered using x-ray,ultrasound,MRI,*** the same time,cervical cancer becomes a major reason for increased women’s mortality *** cervical cancer is an identified at an earlier stage using regular pap smear *** this aspect,this paper devises a new biomedical pap smear image classification using cascaded deep forest(BPSIC-CDF)model on Internet of Things(IoT)*** BPSIC-CDF technique enables the IoT devices for pap smear image *** addition,the pre-processing of pap smear images takes place using adaptive weighted mean filtering(AWMF)***,sailfish optimizer with Tsallis entropy(SFO-TE)approach has been implemented for the segmentation of pap smear ***,a deep learning based Residual Network(ResNet50)method was executed as a feature extractor and CDF as a classifier to determine the class labels of the input pap smear *** order to showcase the improved diagnostic outcome of the BPSICCDF technique,a comprehensive set of simulations take place on Herlev *** experimental results highlighted the betterment of the BPSICCDF technique over the recent state of art techniques interms of different performance measures.

Trust is essential in the constantly developing environment of online social networks. The Nexus Terroism Impact and Intro Trust facilitate the communication, decision-making, and maintenance of digital communities among individuals. Trust-based Learning with Classification Principle (TLCP) is introduced in this research to improve the assessment of trust in social networks. To ascertain its efficacy, our proposed methodology undergoes a 10-fold cross-validation against the Trust Assessment Methodology (TAM). The traditional Trust Assessment Model (TAM) evaluates and regulates trust in Internet social networking. This method incorporates trust assessment factors to generate a user dependability judgment that is both discriminatory and dynamic. The Trustworthy Account Management (TAM) challenge is designed to enhance digital trust by addressing disinformation, deception, and hostile conduct. The TLCP is able to accurately evaluate trust by utilizing reputation scoring, community analysis, and user behavior metrics. Trust levels are dynamically adjusted as a result of the identification of trustworthy behavioral patterns and danger indicators by machine learning algorithms and social media data. This research examines the connections between trust management and digital interactions and suggests a general solution to alleviate specific trust evaluation issues across online social networks. © 2024 IEEE.
