The paper proposes “AdaptVR” a virtual reality (VR) system designed to enhance dental training through realistic real tile simulations and adaptive learning environment, to overcome traditional training challenges in dental education. The system aims to provide personalized learning experiences, facilitating skill development and comprehensive assessments for students. The proposed system was tested by 17 dentistry students and 5 experts. AdaptVR framework is done for operative dentistry which is removing decay especially Class I and Class II of classification of caries. Results from the experiment revealed that 77.3% of participants exceed their expectations, 59.1% saw a positive effect on their dental skills, 90.9% reported higher levels of engagement, and 65% indicated that vibration and force feedback provided students with a genuine sensation. AdpatVR's experimental findings show an average accuracy of 50.85% for Class I, 51.7% for Class II, and 82.09% for the Class II box technique. The error percentage averages 49% for Class I, 48% for Class II, and 18% for Class II box technique.

As the web grows, finding information from large data repositories has become increasingly difficult not only due to inadequate number of results that are relevant, but also due to poor sorting of relevant results from those irrelevant. The present search engines (SEs) use the query and response lookup process that does not provide precise results. Thus, researchers have gone beyond the paradigm to explore a new class of method to seek information, which is called exploratory research that is open-ended and its faceted search can improve the overall search process. Besides, many studies have begun tapping into enhancement of web search results relevancy. The web reflects vast heterogeneity, varying structure, and massive in volumes. Therefore, it is rather difficult to seek accurate outcomes as desired. As such, visualisation and interactive graphics have been proposed as methods to manage massive amounts of results and to project essential features for the web pages. Additionally, search engine controls reconstruction and reformulation of queries. As such, a search engine is presented in this study by developing it on the cloud computing platform environment The search engine is based on the idea of improving visual exploratory search (VExSearch) while exploring information in the web. This particular notion reflects the process of seeking and combing through the vast information by using the coordinated visualisation method, apart from minimising the effort spent in seeking information per query. The VExSearch was evaluated for its capability and performance and later compared with IMDb SE and CloudMining SE. The comparative results showed that the VExSearch was 66% more accurate than the other SEs. VExSearch also seemed to provide the most relevant results among all the three SEs, aside from attaining an average improvement of 20% in terms of recall. © 2021, IAENG International Journal of Computer Science. People are more and more in a position to work remotely. They face the same problems of establishing and running remote work environments over and over again. In order to help them a bit, six organizational patterns of remote work environments are presented in this paper: Unofficial Meetings, Remote Mentor, Unified Communication Channels, Standard Operating Procedures, Information Hub, and Cut Meetings. The patterns come from a firsthand remote work experience obtained in a company focusing on quality assurance through a crowd testing methodology where software companies get real users to test their newest products. © 2022 ACM.

Metamorphic testing is a testing method for problems without test oracles. Integration testing allows for detecting errors in complex systems that may not be found during the testing of their components. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that applies metamorphic testing in integration testing. The main idea is to develop a composite metamorphic relation for the system represented as an acyclic graph. This relation is a logical function of metamorphic relations for the parts of the system (vertices of the graph). It takes into account the features of the parts. Also, it can simplify the search for failure by identifying the subsystem with error. In this paper's theoretical part, we describe an algorithm of relation design. Then, we apply our method to a bioinformatics system for comparative genetic analysis of tissues using production tools. This experiment proves our method can be applied to real-life pipelines and find errors in them. © 2022 ACM.

Parking space is usually very limited in major cities,especially Cairo,leading to traffic congestion,air pollution,and driver *** car parking systems tend to tackle parking issues in a non-digitized *** systems require the drivers to search for an empty parking space with no guaran-tee of finding any wasting time,resources,and causing unnecessary *** address these issues,this paper proposes a digitized parking system with a proof-of-concept implementation that combines multiple technological concepts into one solution with the advantages of using IoT for real-time tracking of park-ing *** authentication and automated payments are handled using a quick response(QR)code on entry and *** experiments were done on real data collected for six different locations in Cairo via a live popular times *** machine learning models were investigated in order to estimate the occu-pancy rate of certain ***,a clear analysis of the differences in per-formance is illustrated with the final model deployed being *** has achieved the most efficient results with a R^(2) score of 85.7%.

Using WiFi Fingerprinting for indoor positioning is becoming increasingly popular due to its cost-effectiveness. However, to ensure the system can operate with high accuracy and stability, this technique requires a burden of data collection tasks from a dense distribution of reference points (RPs). To decrease the cost of data collection, as well as to improve the WiFi fingerprint database with irregular distribution of RPs, this study applies and compares different interpolation methods. Evaluating these methods in a public dataset including multiple sub-datasets with irregular distributions of RPs, the results highlight the Linear Barycentric interpolation (LB) as the most favorable method due to its low complexity and stable performance. The LB-based fingerprint database achieves an average interpolation error of less than 3 dBm compared to the original one. When applying the interpolated database to positioning tasks, it can help reduce acquisition costs by up to 50% while improving positioning accuracy by up to 11%. The study reveals the feasibility of interpolation in optimizing WiFi fingerprint data collection, especially in large and complex environments where regular distribution of RPs cannot be deployed. © 2024 IEEE.

The development of investment recommender systems (IRSs) has increased due to advancements in technology. This study aims to present a new model for IRSs based on potential investor’s demographic data and feedback, using fuzzy neural inference solutions. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this research, including a review of past studies and analysis of data through Scopus analyze tool, Voyant, and VosViewer. The proposed model combines expert’s knowledge with demographic data to present the most suitable type of investment through an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference recommender system. The model is processed in several steps, including clustering investment data types in JMP and proposing the results through MATLAB. This study provides a framework for IRSs that can give relevant and accurate recommendations for potential and actual investors, thus enhancing their investment experience. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.

This paper proposes a hybrid partition clustering, which is the combination of three techniques: partitional clustering, proportional allocation, and center-of-gravity. The objective of this hybrid clustering is to identify the applicable position of established cloud servers to support the testing of a high-speed internet platform. These cloud servers will be installed in the Eastern region of Thailand. Moreover, hybrid clustering is developed using RStudio and R packages. The latitude-longitude position and the number of populations from each district that has internet service providers are considered as main factors to do the cluster. Regarding the experiment, we found that K-Means provide a better solution than K-Medoid with a silhouette width value equal to 0.45. In addition, the results of this hybrid clustering will also be compared with the existing solution. The difference in sample users between these two methods is approximately 25 percent.

User Experience (UX) evaluation has a significant importance for any interactive application. Mobile device applications have additional limitations to convey good user experiences (UX) due to the usage and features of mobile devices in ubiquitous computing contexts. There are a lot of automated tools available for evaluating, such applications particularly developed for Android and iOS. Automated UX evaluation provides a number of strengths which are able to overcome the limitations of non-automated (moderated) counterparts. Automated UX evaluation is regarded as unexplored field, especially when it is adopted for the UX evaluation of complex mobile application. Despite these, automated UX evaluation tools are unexplored and should only be used in coupling with traditional UX evaluation techniques. Hence, this study aims to discuss the literature in automated UX evaluation and to highlight the UX measurements that merit further investigation. This paper presents the most fre-quently used automated UX evaluation tools for mobile applications. Therefore, the study analyzes existing automated UX tools and frameworks and identifies which UX attributes and measurements of automated UX evaluation are likely to be of use in future research. Moreover, we discuss the strengths and limitations of automated UX evaluation methods for mobile applications. Finally, the paper provides an overview of automated UX evaluation techniques and tools. Cognitive bias is a phenomenon that has been extensively studied in stock trading and many other fields. This paper presents a framework for a Mobile Stock Trading Simulator (MSTS) that facilitates automatic investment in stocks with minimal human influence, by investigating the behavioral patterns and cognitive errors of stock market investors. The paper aims to determine whether investors' investment strategies can be improved by detecting investment threats and reducing investment errors based on investors' transaction histories. To accomplish this, we built a stock exchange simulator and implemented a decision tree to classify cognitive biases into one of six categories. By incorporating the behavioral patterns and cognitive biases of stock market investors into the MSTS's architecture, and by implementing a decision tree and stock exchange simulator, we can minimize the impact of human influence on automatic investments. © 2023 The Authors.
