Wireless ultraviolet (UV) has strong scattering characteristics and can communicate through non-direct *** UV signals are transmitted in the atmosphere,they are affected by the absorption and scattering effects of atmospheric particles and atmospheric turbulence,resulting in attenuation of UV signal energy and reduced reliability of the communication *** paper focuses on the channel model of UV non-direct-view single scattering communication,and simulates and analyzes the communication characteristics of UV light in atmospheric turbulence and mixed aerosol environment under horizontal,vertical and oblique range communication *** results show that at equal relative humidity,the wireless UV non-directive scattering communication performance for vertical communication scenarios is more affected by the mixed aerosol environment and the communication performance is worse.

This paper addresses the open vehicle routing problem with time window(OVRPTW), where each vehicle does not need to return to the depot after completing the delivery *** optimization objective is to minimize the total distance. This problem exists widely in real-life logistics distribution *** propose a hybrid column generation algorithm(HCGA) for the OVRPTW, embedding both exact algorithm and metaheuristic. In HCGA, a label setting algorithm and an intelligent algorithm are designed to select columns from small and large subproblems, respectively. Moreover, a branch strategy is devised to generate the final feasible solution for the OVRPTW. The computational results show that the proposed algorithm has faster speed and can obtain the approximate optimal solution of the problem with 100 customers in a reasonable time.

In this paper, an optoelectronic oscillator (OEO) with a voltage-controlled phase shifter-based phase-locked loop (VCP-PLL) has been designed, analyzed and experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the free-running OEO produces a frequency drift of 36 kHz within 60 minutes, whereas that of the designed VCP-PLL OEO is within 400 Hz. At frequency offsets of 1 kHz, and 10 kHz, the phase noise of the free-running and VCP-PLL OEOs are -76.1 dBc/Hz and -79.5 dBc/Hz, -98.4 dBc/Hz and -100.5 dBc/Hz, respectively. Additionally, in comparison with the OEO with a piezoelectric ceramic transducer-based PLL (PZT-PLL), the frequency of the VCP-PLL OEO can be stable for a longer time. However, both the VCP-PLL and PZT-PLL OEOs have lower phase noise compared to the free-running OEO, while the VCP-PLL OEO exhibiting the lowest phase noise at low frequency offsets.
