This paper presents an implementation of the El-Gamal digital signature scheme to authenticate datasets. In a context where secure data distribution is crucial, data authentication schemes play a vital role in verifying the integrity of data transmission. The study conducted 20 replications, observing fluctuations in CPU time as the prime number length increased, indicating that finding larger prime numbers required more time. However, the use of very large prime numbers did not significantly compromise CPU time or RAM demands. The study highlights the flexibility to select prime number ranges, facilitated by the BigInteger class in Java. Future work includes the development of a complete white-box implementation of the El-Gamal scheme, detailed experiments to explain performance variations, and testing the model on real-life datasets. This paper contributes to enhancing the visibility of the El-Gamal scheme in data security and demonstrates the feasibility of using very large prime numbers for enhanced security. © 2024 IEEE.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) refers to a neuro-disorder wherean individual has long-lasting effects on communication and interaction *** information technologywhich employs artificial intelligence(AI) model has assisted in early identify ASD by using pattern *** advances of AI models assist in the automated identification andclassification of ASD, which helps to reduce the severity of the *** study introduces an automated ASD classification using owl searchalgorithm with machine learning (ASDC-OSAML) model. The proposedASDC-OSAML model majorly focuses on the identification and classificationof ASD. To attain this, the presentedASDC-OSAML model follows minmaxnormalization approach as a pre-processing stage. Next, the owl searchalgorithm (OSA)-based feature selection (OSA-FS) model is used to derivefeature subsets. Then, beetle swarm antenna search (BSAS) algorithm withIterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) classification method was implied for ASDdetection and classification. The design of BSAS algorithm helps to determinethe parameter values of the ID3 classifier. The performance analysis of theASDC-OSAML model is performed using benchmark dataset. An extensivecomparison study highlighted the supremacy of the ASDC-OSAML modelover recent state of art approaches.

Intelligent vehicle tracking and detection are crucial tasks in the realm of highway ***,vehicles come in a range of sizes,which is challenging to detect,affecting the traffic monitoring system’s overall *** learning is considered to be an efficient method for object detection in vision-based *** this paper,we proposed a vision-based vehicle detection and tracking system based on a You Look Only Once version 5(YOLOv5)detector combined with a segmentation *** model consists of six *** the first step,all the extracted traffic sequence images are subjected to pre-processing to remove noise and enhance the contrast level of the *** pre-processed images are segmented by labelling each pixel to extract the uniform regions to aid the detection phase.A single-stage detector YOLOv5 is used to detect and locate vehicles in *** detection was exposed to Speeded Up Robust Feature(SURF)feature extraction to track multiple *** on this,a unique number is assigned to each vehicle to easily locate them in the succeeding image frames by extracting them using the feature-matching ***,we implemented a Kalman filter to track multiple *** the end,the vehicle path is estimated by using the centroid points of the rectangular bounding box predicted by the tracking *** experimental results and comparison reveal that our proposed vehicle detection and tracking system outperformed other state-of-the-art *** proposed implemented system provided 94.1%detection precision for Roundabout and 96.1%detection precision for Vehicle Aerial Imaging from Drone(VAID)datasets,respectively.

Skin cancer detection with MobileNet-based transfer learning and MixNets for enhanced diagnosis

Skin cancer poses a significant health hazard, necessitating the utilization of advanced diagnostic methodologies to facilitate timely detection, owing to its escalating prevalence in recent years. This paper proposes a novel approach to tackle the issue by introducing a method for detecting skin cancer that uses MixNets to enhance diagnosis and leverages mobile network-based transfer learning. Skin cancer has diverse forms, each distinguishable by its structural attributes, morphological characteristics, texture, and coloration. The pressing demand for accurate and efficient diagnostic instruments has spurred the investigation of novel techniques. The present study utilizes the ISIC dataset, comprising a validation set of 660 images and a training set of 2637 images. Moreover, the research employs a combination of MixNets and mobile network-based transfer learning as its chosen approach. Transfer learning is a technique that leverages preexisting models to enhance the diagnostic capabilities of the proposed system. Integrating MobileNet and MixNets allows for utilizing their respective functionalities, resulting in a dual-model methodology that enhances the comprehensiveness of skin cancer diagnosis. The results demonstrate impressive performance metrics, with MobileNet and MixNets models, and the proposed approach achieves an outstanding accuracy rate of 99.58%. The above findings underscore the efficacy of the dual-model method in effectively discerning between benign and malignant skin lesions. Moreover, the present study aims to examine the potential integration of emerging technologies to enhance the accuracy and practicality of diagnostics within real-world healthcare settings. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag London Ltd., part of Springer Nature 2024.

Credit card fraud is a growing problem nowadays and it has escalated during COVID-19 due to the authorities in many countries requiring people to use cashless transactions. Every year, billions of Euros are lost due to credit card fraud transactions, therefore, fraud detection systems are essential for financial institutions. As the classes’ distribution is not equally represented in the credit card dataset, the machine learning trains the model according to the majority class which leads to inaccurate fraud predictions. For that, in this research, we mainly focus on processing unbalanced data by using an under-sampling technique to get more accurate and better results with different machine learning algorithms. We propose a framework that is based on clustering the dataset using fuzzy C-means and selecting similar fraud and normal instances that have the same features, which guarantees the integrity between the data features. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management.
