Machine learning(ML)is increasingly applied for medical image processing with appropriate learning *** applications include analyzing images of various organs,such as the brain,lung,eye,etc.,to identify specific flaws/diseases for *** primary concern of ML applications is the precise selection of flexible image features for pattern detection and region *** of the extracted image features are irrelevant and lead to an increase in computation ***,this article uses an analytical learning paradigm to design a Congruent Feature Selection Method to select the most relevant image *** process trains the learning paradigm using similarity and correlation-based features over different textural intensities and pixel *** similarity between the pixels over the various distribution patterns with high indexes is recommended for disease ***,the correlation based on intensity and distribution is analyzed to improve the feature selection ***,the more congruent pixels are sorted in the descending order of the selection,which identifies better regions than the ***,the learning paradigm is trained using intensity and region-based similarity to maximize the chances of ***,the probability of feature selection,regardless of the textures and medical image patterns,is *** process enhances the performance of ML applications for different medical image *** proposed method improves the accuracy,precision,and training rate by 13.19%,10.69%,and 11.06%,respectively,compared to other models for the selected *** mean error and selection time is also reduced by 12.56%and 13.56%,respectively,compared to the same models and dataset.

In solving the problem of automated analysis of football match video recordings, special video cameras are currently used. This work presents a comparative characterization of known algorithms and methods for video camera calibration, including those utilizing machine learning and neural networks, with the aim of identifying their shortcomings and forming a theoretical foundation for developing modern, more effective methods and algorithms. Specifically, it examines both algorithms that require more input data but operate quickly [1, 2] and more accurate algorithms using machine learning [3, 4, 5, 6, 5]. It is demonstrated that their main drawback is either accuracy or speed. More accurate algorithms using machine learning often do not specify the algorithm's operational speed, which precludes their use in real-time applications. The examined works that emphasize speed frequently lack the accuracy necessary for practical use in real-life scenarios. Copyright © 2024 for this paper by its authors.

Recently, with the increasing complexity of urban environments, the need for advanced technologies to ensure safe transportation in smart cities has become paramount. It has become necessary also to propose a model based on the latest technology, which can detect various road and environmental accidents in real time using live feed from street cameras. In this work, the proposed model can identify incidents such as car accidents, fires, floods, and other malfunctions in the road environment, and automatically generates two reports - one for the government to seek assistance and another for drivers to avoid the affected area and mitigate traffic congestion. The developed model utilizes state-of-the-art Deep learning techniques. It is implemented by convolutional neural networks (CNNs), for efficient processing and analysis of live video feeds. The model is trained on a comprehensive dataset of images, encompassing different types of road and environmental incidents. The trained model is subsequently integrated into a real-time monitoring system that continuously receives and analyzes live feeds from multiple cameras installed in the streets. The main features of the developed system include real-time detection and classification of road and environmental incidents, automatic generation of reports for government and users, and proactive traffic management to reduce traffic congestion in affected areas. The system is designed to work seamlessly with existing smart city infrastructure and can be easily integrated into transportation management systems. The experimental results proved that the deep learning YOLO model with a dataset licensed by MIT achieved an average accuracy of 91% in detecting various types of road and environmental incidents in real-time. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper we propose an improved recipe recommendation system that employs image recognition of food ingredients. The system is currently a mobile application that performs image recognition on uploaded or camera-captured images and recommends recipes containing the recognized ingredients. We used the ResNet-V2 architecture to build a convolutional neural network model for image recognition, which was able to identify 33 different food ingredients with an accuracy rate of 89%. The recommendation system uses the identified ingredient labels, as well as user preferences and restrictions, to display a list of recipes containing the identified ingredients. This feature allows users to discover new and exciting recipes based on the ingredients they currently have at home, without having to worry about dietary restrictions or other preferences. Overall, our system provides a convenient and personalized way for users to discover and prepare delicious meals based on their unique needs and preferences. © 2023 IEEE.

Automatic Speech Emotion Recognition (ASER) has recently garnered attention across various fields including artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, and human–computer interaction. However, ASER encounters numerous challenges such as a shortage of diverse datasets, appropriate feature selection, and suitable intelligent recognition techniques. To address these challenges, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following established guidelines. A total of 60 primary research papers spanning from 2011 to 2023 were reviewed to investigate, interpret, and analyze the related literature by addressing five key research questions. Despite being an emerging area with applications in real-life scenarios, ASER still grapples with limitations in existing techniques. This SLR provides a comprehensive overview of existing techniques, datasets, and feature extraction tools in the ASER domain, shedding light on the weaknesses of current research studies. Smart cities have attracted extensive coverage from multidisciplinary studies, and many artificial intelligence (AI) solutions have been designed. Conversely, cybersecurity has constantly been a crucial issue and is becoming gradually dangerous in smart cities. The attack defence models are inappropriate for perceiving multistep assaults as the recognition rules are restricted, and efficacy is partial due to many false security alarms. Therefore, an innovative solution is immediately required to progress cybersecurity defence ability. Machine learning (ML) methods are commonly employed to recognize numerous attacks because they could help network administrators grab analogous initials to avert intrusion. This study presents Cybersecurity using a Crested Porcupine Optimizer Algorithm with Hybrid Deep Learning Models (CCPOA-HDLM). The foremost intention of this study is to improve cybersecurity detection and classification in smart city environments. To accomplish that, the CCPOA-HDLM method comprises distinct processes such as min-max normalization, improved Salp swarm algorithm (ISSA)-based feature selection, Multi-Channel Convolutional Neural Network - Recurrent Neural Network (MCNN-RNN)-based cybersecurity detection, and crested porcupine optimizer (CPO)-based parameter selection process. Primarily, data normalization utilizing min-max normalization is implemented. Next, the CCPOA-HDLM method utilizes ISSA based feature selection method to select optimum features. The CCPOA-HDLM technique employs a hybrid of the MCNN-RNN model for the cybersecurity detection and classification process. Moreover, the hyperparameter range of the hybrid of DL techniques occurs using the CPO technique. The experimental validation of the CCPOA-HDLM approach is performed on the UNSW-NB15 dataset, and the outcome portrayed a superior accuracy value of 99.04 % over other recent approaches under various measures. © 2025 The Authors

The markets for care robots and hospital robots are now in the early stages of commercial growth. Medical robotics is an emerging field in healthcare. However, during the COVID-19 outbreak, the hospital robots created for hospital decontamination have been crucial. In hospital settings, disinfection robots offer an added layer of defense. Hospital robots that clean hospital rooms are in high demand in a variety of geographical areas. The proposed system aims to make use of embedded systems, robotics, electrical engineering, natural language processing, computer vision, and software engineering to build a sustainable humanoid-assisted modular system in the medical field. © 2023 IEEE.
