In the big data technology nowadays, activities associated with Multi-Label Classification (MLC) pose big and complex challenges, receiving terrific interest in diverse fields. Existing MLC algorithms suffer from low overall performance. This paper considers four well-known Problem Transformation Methods (PTMs). Two of these PTMs are based on the frequency of the labels (MFL and LFL) while the last two PTMs are based on the positive correlations among labels. These PTMs have been implemented and compared against four multi label datasets of various sizes to identify the best one that fits the nature of MLC datasets. Moreover, six popular ensemble learning models have been carried out and compared on the four datasets with respect to several evaluation metrics such as Accuracy, Hamming loss, and Exact Match and using SMO, DecisionStump, Random Forest, and Random Commission classifiers. The results revealed that MFL accomplished the quality performance amongst the four PTMs, and Stacking SVM is the best ensemble learning technique. © 2024 IEEE.

Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSNs) are emerging and have huge prospects since they have various applications in oceanography, environmental monitoring, and underwater communication. These networks contain low-cost submerged sensors that are mostly connected by way of acoustic media. Sensors are relatively new to underwater research, and thanks to recent technological development, they can now function at different depths. In this article, the author explores what UWSNs must do to operate smoothly by exploring the basic features that they must meet for further development. Real-time Underwater communication remains an open problem due to underwater acoustic channels important for undersea data acquisition, undersea navigation, and undersea remote sensing. To mitigate such challenges and in light of the use of new technologies, researchers seek to improve the reliability and reliability of UWSNs. Finally, there is great potential with UWSNs for investigating and exploiting the underwater environment by improving scenarios of different domains in line with subaqueous data and communications. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the fact that network space is becoming more limited,the implementation of ultra-dense networks(UDNs)has the potential to enhance not only network coverage but also network *** Aerial Vehicle(UAV)communications have recently garnered a lot of attention due to the fact that they are extremely versatile and may be applied to a wide variety of contexts and purposes.A cognitive UAV is proposed as a solution for the Internet of Things ground terminal’s wireless nodes in this *** the IoT system,the UAV is utilised not only to determine how the resources should be distributed but also to provide power to the wireless *** quality of service(QoS)offered by the cognitive node was interpreted as a price-based utility function,which was demonstrated in the form of a non-cooperative game theory in order to maximise customers’net utility *** energyefficient non-cooperative game theory power allocation with pricing strategy abbreviated as(EE-NGPAP)is implemented in this study with two trajectories Spiral and Sigmoidal in order to facilitate effective power management in Internet of Things(IoT)wireless *** has also been demonstrated,theoretically and by the use of simulations,that the Nash equilibrium does exist and that it is one of a *** proposed energy harvesting approach was shown,through simulations,to significantly reduce the typical amount of power thatwas *** is taken into consideration to agree with the objective of 5G *** order to converge to Nash Equilibrium(NE),the method that is advised only needs roughly 4 iterations,which makes it easier to utilise in the real world,where things aren’t always the same.

In the contemporary business landscape, software has evolved into a strategic asset crucial for organizations seeking sustainable competitive advantage. The imperative of ensuring software quality becomes evident as low-quality software systems pose formidable challenges to organizational performance. This study delves into the profound impact of three key dimensions of information system quality on organizational performance—information quality (IQ), quality of service (QoS), and software quality (SQ). Anchored in the DeLone and McLean information system (IS) success model, a quantitative questionnaire was administered to 360 industry experts and academics. Rigorous data analysis, employing exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM), revealed significant positive effects of all three quality dimensions on organizational performance. Among these dimensions, software quality emerged as the most influential, showcasing substantial total effects, closely followed by information and service qualities. The study underscores the tangible value derived from strategic investments in enhancing software, information, and service quality. Elevating these facets manifests as a catalyst for improved organizational performance, empowering decision-makers with accurate and timely information while enhancing user satisfaction with the system. This research contributes significantly to the IS success literature by empirically validating the synergistic relationship between information quality, service quality, software quality, and organizational outcomes. The systematic analysis offered in this study goes beyond theoretical validation, providing actionable insights for managers. The findings guide the prioritization of quality initiatives and resource allocation, enabling organizations to maximize competitive advantage. This is a comparative study to explore the performance of three lossless compression techniques, namely Run Length Encoding (RLE), Shannon-Fano Coding (SFC), and Huffman Coding (HC) in the context of a Hybrid M-Ary in Braided Single Stage (HMBSS) protocol communication scheme. The previous study on HMBSS using HC found that HC's compression technique has drawbacks, i.e., it is sensitive to errors and noise in the transmission channel and limited to certain data types. These drawbacks did affect the value of the compression rate limit. In this study, we evaluate the effectiveness of RLE, SFC, and HC in terms of data size reduction, coding efficiency, and data transmission time by comparing their results arising from the simulation experiments using Python coding in Jupiter Notebook and developed based on the HMBSS protocol algorithm. This simulation experiment starts with an initial six randomly generated datasets. Each dataset is tested using three compression techniques, which resulted in 18 different datasets. The results from the experiments reveal that SFC and HC consistently achieved a higher compression ratio and coding efficiency than RLE. These two compression techniques' algorithms effectively reduce the data size while preserving the original information. In our study, we also find that the data transmission time is increased with larger text sizes for all three compression techniques. This indicates that the larger the data size, the more transmission time is required with regard to what the compression technique's algorithm is. © 2024 IEEE.

Our research explores the various applications of AI in healthcare, including predictive analytics, medical image analysis, drug discovery, and clinical decision making, caregiver or virtual assistant via AI chatbot. It also explores the challenges and limitations associated with the use of AI in healthcare, such as ethical concerns, data privacy issues, and algorithmic bias. Enhancing Skin Cancer Diagnosis with Deep Learning:A Hybrid CNN-RNN Approach

Skin cancer diagnosis is difficult due to lesion presentation variability. Conventionalmethods struggle to manuallyextract features and capture lesions spatial and temporal variations. This study introduces a deep learning-basedConvolutional and Recurrent Neural Network (CNN-RNN) model with a ResNet-50 architecture which usedas the feature extractor to enhance skin cancer classification. Leveraging synergistic spatial feature extractionand temporal sequence learning, the model demonstrates robust performance on a dataset of 9000 skin lesionphotos from nine cancer types. Using pre-trained ResNet-50 for spatial data extraction and Long Short-TermMemory (LSTM) for temporal dependencies, the model achieves a high average recognition accuracy, surpassingprevious methods. The comprehensive evaluation, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, underscoresthe model’s competence in categorizing skin cancer types. This research contributes a sophisticated model andvaluable guidance for deep learning-based diagnostics, also this model excels in overcoming spatial and temporalcomplexities, offering a sophisticated solution for dermatological diagnostics research.
