In the field of 3D Human Pose Estimation from monocular videos, the presence of diverse occlusion types presents a formidable challenge. Prior research has made progress by harnessing spatial and temporal cues to infer 3D poses from 2D joint observations. This paper introduces a Dual Transformer Fusion (DTF) algorithm, a novel approach to obtain a holistic 3D pose estimation, even in the presence of severe occlusions. Confronting the issue of occlusion-induced missing joint data, we propose a temporal interpolation-based occlusion guidance mechanism. To enable precise 3D Human Pose Estimation, our approach leverages the innovative DTF architecture, which first generates a pair of intermediate views. Each intermediate-view undergoes spatial refinement through a self-refinement schema. Subsequently, these intermediate-views are fused to yield the final 3D human pose estimation. The entire system is end-to-end trainable. Through extensive experiments conducted on the Human3.6M and MPI-INF-3DHP datasets, our method’s performance is rigorously evaluated. OSM: Leveraging model checking for observing dynamic 1 behaviors in aspect-oriented applications

In the intricate domain of software systems verification, dynamically model checking multifaceted system characteristics remains paramount, yet challenging. This research proposes the advanced observe-based statistical model-checking (OSM) framework, devised to craft executable formal models directly from foundational system code. Leveraging model checking predicates, the framework melds seamlessly with aspect-oriented programming paradigms, yielding a potent method for the analytical verification of varied behavioral attributes. Exploiting the transformative capacity of OSM framework, primary system code undergoes a systematic metamorphosis into multifaceted analysis constructs. This not only simplifies the model verification process but also orchestrates feature interactions using an innovative observing join point abstraction mechanism. Within this framework, components encompassing parsing, formal verification, computational analytics, and rigorous validation are intrinsically interwoven. Marrying the principles of model checking with aspect-oriented (AO) modularization, OSM framework stands as a paragon, proficiently scrutinizing and affirming system specifications. This ensures the unyielding performance of electronic health record systems amidst shifting preconditions. OSM framework offers runtime verification of both object-oriented and AO deployments, positioning itself as an indispensable open-source resource, poised to automate the enhancement of system performance and scalability. The integration of big data with cutting-edge technologies like IoT and Cloud Computing has profoundly influenced various aspects of modern life, including everyday service processes. To facilitate data-driven decision-making, big data analytics—focused on identifying patterns, trends, and correlations in large data sets—is indispensable. While traditional statistical techniques are useful, new tools and infrastructures such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL are essential to tackle big data challenges. However, modifying the existing environment can be impractical, especially in production settings, due to the need for significant investment and specialized expertise. This article presents a novel computational paradigm that adds a decision-making layer atop existing systems for data analysis, eliminating the need to alter the environment. The approach treats the current information system as a data lake and introduces a new data recovery layer through web services, drawing inspiration from big data technologies like MapReduce. This system offers the advantage of being modular, reusable, and universally compatible, making it an independent decisional framework that can work with any information system or data source. © 2023 IEEE.

Frequently, individuals undergo specific episodes of mental health challenges throughout their lifetime. But the COVID pandemic has triggered a surge in mental health disorders arising from isolation, monotonous routines, demanding workloads, financial disparities, and disruptions to daily schedules. Furthermore, the global pandemic has induced constant anxiety and stress. Beyond the pandemic, the competition and intense pressure of the modern world impact mental health. Access to advanced mental health solutions and the necessary familiarity remain limited for most of the population. Given the integration of technology into daily life, diverse remedies, including mobile and web applications, have emerged to tackle the escalating challenge of mental health disorders. This study proposes an accessible and cost-effective approach that employs machine learning to detect stress levels and discern user emotions from journal entries and facial expressions while integrating self-journaling, video recommendations, and visual content generation to stimulate positive emotions and relieve stress.

Event-driven bi-fidelity control for efficient and reliable robotic manipulation

This paper proposes a novel bi-fidelity control framework for robotic manipulators that integrates a high-fidelity model predictive control (MPC) scheme with a low-fidelity Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network surrogate. Unlike conventional fixed-schedule approaches, our method employs an event-triggered mechanism that dynamically selects the appropriate controller based on a real-time error metric. This mechanism ensures that the computationally intensive MPC is invoked only when the LSTM approximation deviates beyond acceptable bounds. We rigorously established the near-optimal performance and closed-loop stability of our approach via Lyapunov analysis under mild assumptions, instilling confidence in its reliability. The simulation results on a three-arm manipulator, subject to low-frequency sinusoidal and high-frequency chirp trajectories, demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves up to 80–90% reduction in MPC calls, significantly improving the accuracy of the follow-up and computational efficiency. These findings highlight the potential of integrating learning-based approximations with conventional optimization-based control to achieve reliable and time-efficient performance in complex robotic manipulation tasks. © 2025 The Authors

The reliability of data transmission is one of the most important factors in building network models. The need for timely delivery of packets to the user leads to the search for new methods to improve the configuration of network structures. A study of the possibility to improve the structural reliability of multipath routing networks in the presence of request sources with full and non-full connection to a set of network paths has been conducted. Improving the reliability and fault tolerance of multipath routing networks is based on a configuration that allows new routes to be formed as a result of using segments of existing paths that have remained connected after failures. The investigated possibility of increasing the reliability of a multipath network is achieved by optimizing the placement of route switch nodes. © 2022 IEEE.

One of the major concerns for the utilities in the Smart Grid(SG)is electricity *** the implementation of smart meters,the frequency of energy usage and data collection from smart homes has increased,which makes it possible for advanced data analysis that was not previously *** this purpose,we have taken historical data of energy thieves and normal *** avoid imbalance observation,biased estimates,we applied the interpolation ***,the data unbalancing issue is resolved in this paper by Nearmiss undersampling technique and makes the data suitable for further *** proposing an improved version of Zeiler and Fergus Net(ZFNet)as a feature extraction approach,we had able to reduce the model’s time *** minimize the overfitting issues,increase the training accuracy and reduce the training loss,we have proposed an enhanced method by merging Adaptive Boosting(AdaBoost)classifier with Coronavirus Herd Immunity Optimizer(CHIO)and Forensic based Investigation Optimizer(FBIO).In terms of low computational complexity,minimized over-fitting problems on a large quantity of data,reduced training time and training loss and increased training accuracy,our model outperforms the benchmark *** proposed algorithms Ada-CHIO andAda-FBIO,have the low MeanAverage Percentage Error(MAPE)value of error,i.e.,6.8%and 9.5%,***,due to the stability of our model our proposed algorithms Ada-CHIO and Ada-FBIO have achieved the accuracy of 93%and 90%.Statistical analysis shows that the hypothesis we proved using statistics is authentic for the proposed technique against benchmark algorithms,which also depicts the superiority of our proposed techniques.
