Mobile application is a kind of an application system delivered via on mobile phone, it is basically network-enabled convey of skills and knowledge. Due to advanced technology of smart phones, this application has become an important system that facilitates a large amount of people to access the information efficiently. The aim of this research is to design and implement a mobile application which is able to disseminate student’s results of their exams. We have developed this application with Java Programming Language, Phased model as Software Development methodology and Android technology [1]. This research has used following methods in terms of collecting data;This research has used following methods in terms of collecting data: documentation, interview and observation techniques. Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM) is a National Programs aimed at eliminating the barriers of poor students participating to school by helping poor students gain access to appropriate education services, prevent dropping out of school, attract poor students back to school, assis students in providing for learning activities, support the Nine Years Basic Education (and even up to senior high school) program, as well as helping to smooth the school programs [1]. Decision Support System is made by applying Profile Matching method to assist teachers or school operators in SMP PGRI Ciasmara in selecting prospective recipients of BSM program and providing recommendations in decision making. Profile Matching is used to compare the actual data value of a profile to be assessed by the expected profile value, so that it can be known the difference of competence (also called GAP). If the resulting value of GAP is smaller then the weight of value will be greater, which means it has a greater chance to be recommended as a potential recipient of the BSM program. Decision Support System for determining BSM receivers is only choosing the right alternatives to receive BSM according to the BSM quota given to SMP PGRI Ciasmara. The right alternatives to receive this BSM is the highest ranking alternatives.

In this paper, we introduce a new family of continuous distributions called the transmuted Topp-Leone G family which extends the transmuted class pioneered by Shaw and Buckley (2007). Some of its mathematical properties including probability weighted moments, mo- ments, generating functions, order statistics, incomplete moments, mean deviations, stress- strength model, moment of residual and reversed residual life are studied. Some useful char- acterizations results based on two truncated moments as well as based on hazard function are presented. The maximum likelihood method is used to estimate its parameters. The Monte Carlo simulation is used for assessing the performance of the maximum likelihood estimators. The usefulness of the new model is illustrated by means of two real data set.

The use of Partical Swarm Optimization Algorithm in this research is to optimize the feature weights on the Voting Feature Interval 5 algorithm so that we can find the model of using PSO algorithm with VFI 5. Optimization of feature weight on Diabetes or Dyspesia data is considered important because it is very closely related to the livelihood of many people, so if there is any inaccuracy in determining the most dominant feature weight in the data will cause death. Increased accuracy by using PSO Algorithm ie fold 1 from 92.31% to 96.15% increase accuracy of 3.8%, accuracy of fold 2 on Algorithm VFI5 of 92.52% as well as generated on PSO Algorithm means accuracy fixed, then in fold 3 increase accuracy of 85.19% Increased to 96.29% Accuracy increased by 11%. The total accuracy of all three trials increased by 14%. In general the Partical Swarm Optimization algorithm has succeeded in increasing the accuracy to several fold, therefore it can be concluded the PSO algorithm is well used in optimizing the VFI5 Classification Algorithm.

In this paper, we obtain some new upper and lower bounds for Riemann-type quantum quadratures of preinvex functions of Mititelu type. Some generalized classes of preinvexities and corresponding boundary properties that involve Riemann-type q-integral are approached. The class of preinvex dominated functions is introduced and some quantum Hermite-Hadamard type integral estimations are derived in this framework.

In this work we deal with the topology adapted to routing in delays tolerant networks (DTN). This topology plays a very important role in the design and implementation of routing protocols in this network deprived of any infrastructure and centralized administration with intermittent connectivity. In fact, we propose a DTN routing hierarchical topology (DRHT) that incorporates three basic concepts: Message Ferries, ferrie routes and clusters. This approach forms a structure capable to adapt dynamically to changes in the mobile environment. We provide also an asynchronous algorithm that will minimize the number of messages replicated and the network resources in general. Finally, we will present the simulation results demonstrating the effectiveness of the topology and routing protocol, particularly for high density network nodes.
