Recently, fourth-party logistics (4PL) is receiving considerable attention in the manufacturing and retail industries. However, due to the complexity, the research of routing problem in 4PL is in an initial stage. The existing study does not consider the complicated problem with node-edge property. This paper studies the node-to-node routing problem in 4PL. A mathematical model is set up based on nonlinear integer programming and multi-graph. With respect to the problem's characteristics a mechanism for simplification is designed. To solve the problem model a hybrid algorithm is designed, in which Dijkstra algorithm is embedded. The simulation shows that the hybrid algorithm embedded with Dijkstra algorithm is effective.

In order to solve the collaboration control problem in three manipulators of automatic crystal angle sort equipment, the structure of coordinating multiple agents is designed to meet the special requirements of the application. Manipulators are link by a control network, multi-agent theory is exploited to solve the problems of collaboration control and movement coupling in manipulators and the blackboard structure is used for share of state data of manipulator's dynamic targets. As a result, agents can accomplish the own task at same time but different rooms. The manipulators based on the above design can improve labor's working conditions, increase producing efficiency, improve measure precision in the angle between crystal slice and crystal lattice, and sort exactly.

First, via employing a descriptor model transformation of the system, a H infin performance criterion in terms of linear matrix inequalities is derived. This H infin performance criterion can be adopted for robust controller synthesis as shown. In this paper, we propose a design of an active-queue-management (AQM) scheme based on delay dependent sliding-mode-control (SMC), which is aimed at robust stabilization of input-delay network system with bounded unknown uncertainties. A sliding surface that is based on a predictor has been designed to minimize the effect of the input delay. An AQM controller is derived to ensure the existence of a sliding mode on the surface. A maximum allowable value for the input delay of the system has been found under the AQM controller, uniformly bounded. Simulation experiments have been carried our and the results demonstrate this scheme can achieve transient and steady-state responses. The results also show that this scheme outperforms the known ones with the traditional either proportional-plus-integral or sliding-mode controls

In this paper, we address an end-to-end congestion control algorithm for the available-bit-rate (ABR) traffic in high speed asynchronous-transfer-mode (ATM) networks. A fuzzy immune PID controller is designed to overcome the adverse effect on ATM network caused by uncertainties such as the number of users, the available-bit-rate bandwidth, and the transmission propagation delays. Further, an algorithm is proposed that can guarantee the minimum cell rate in order to ensure the fair and full utilization of the bandwidth. Output-to-state stability of switched nonlinear systems is studied in this paper. A sufficient condition for output-to-state stability is given in terms of series expressions and under the assumption that all subsystems are output-to-state stable. For a class of switched nonlinear systems we also show how to satisfy this condition by appropriately choosing dwell time. A lower bound on such dwell time is explicitly calculated. All results are derived constructively
