Creating groundbreaking solutions that benefit the populace is imperative in the modern era. The Internet of Things (IoT) serves as a trailblazing sector, fostering the development of contrivances automating an array of tasks. The IoT encompasses an interlinked network of cyber-connected contrivances executing functions with minimal human intervention. Capitalizing on IoT principles, this exploration endeavors to contrive a device aiding individuals grappling with mobility impediments. The envisioned gizmo consists of two primary sectors: a hardware module featuring a channel relay, Arduino, and an astute luminescent bulb, and a software element encompassing cloud and IoT platforms alongside a purpose-built app. The chief function of this contraption is to discern specific vocalizations in an individual's utterances, effectuating or deactivating the astute contraption to institute an intelligent habitation. In the initial phase, a luminous bulb will serve as a demonstration, employing for app origination. The distinctive aspect of this program lies in its vocalization-receptive microphone, with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi chips augmenting transmission velocity between the luminescent bulb and the mobile device. Meticulous attention will be accorded to auditory sensitivity and expeditious data transmission, with potential integration of diverse contrivances like ventilators and temperature-regulating apparatus into the envisioned gizmo. Human action recognition(HAR)based on Artificial intelligence reasoning is the most important research area in computer *** breakthroughs in this field have been observed in the last few years;additionally,the interest in research in this field is evolving,such as understanding of actions and scenes,studying human joints,and human posture *** HAR techniques are introduced in the ***,the challenge of redundant and irrelevant features reduces recognition *** also faced a few other challenges,such as differing perspectives,environmental conditions,and temporal variations,among *** this work,a deep learning and improved whale optimization algorithm based framework is proposed for *** proposed framework consists of a few core stages i.e.,frames initial preprocessing,fine-tuned pre-trained deep learning models through transfer learning(TL),features fusion using modified serial based approach,and improved whale optimization based best features selection for final *** pre-trained deep learning models such as InceptionV3 and Resnet101 are fine-tuned and TL is employed to train on action recognition *** fusion process increases the length of feature vectors;therefore,improved whale optimization algorithm is proposed and selects the best *** best selected features are finally classified usingmachine learning(ML)*** publicly accessible datasets such as Ut-interaction,Hollywood,Free Viewpoint Action Recognition usingMotion History Volumes(IXMAS),and centre of computer vision(UCF)Sports,are employed and achieved the testing accuracy of 100%,99.9%,99.1%,and 100%*** with state of the art techniques(SOTA),the proposed method showed the improved accuracy.

The advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized connectivity by interconnecting a vast array of devices, underscoring the critical need for robust data security, particularly at the Physical Layer Security (PLS). Ensuring data confidentiality and integrity during wireless communications poses a primary challenge in IoT environments. Additionally, within the constrained frequency bands available, Cognitive Radio Networks (CRNs) has emerged as an urgent necessity to optimize spectrum utilization. This technology enables intelligent management of radio frequencies, enhancing network efficiency and adaptability to dynamic environmental changes. In this research, we focus on examining the PLS for the primary channel within the underlying CRNs. Our proposed model involves a primary source-destination pair and a secondary transmitter-receiver pair sharing the same frequency band simultaneously. In the presence of a common eavesdropper, the primary concern lies in securing the primary link communication. The secondary user (SU) acts as cooperative jamming, strategically allocating a portion of its transmission power to transmit artificial interference, thus confusing the eavesdropper and protecting the primary user's (PU) communication. The transmit power of the SU is regulated by the maximum interference power tolerated by the primary network's receiver. To evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed protocol, we develop closed-form mathematical expressions for intercept probability ((Formula presented.)) and outage probability (OP) along the primary communication link. Additionally, we derive mathematical expressions for OP along the secondary communications network. Furthermore, we investigate the impact of transmit power allocation on intercept and outage probabilities across various links. In recent years, Digital Twin (DT) has gained significant interestfrom academia and industry due to the advanced in information technology,communication systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing (CC),and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The main concept of the DT isto provide a comprehensive tangible, and operational explanation of anyelement, asset, or system. However, it is an extremely dynamic taxonomydeveloping in complexity during the life cycle that produces a massive amountof engendered data and information. Likewise, with the development of AI,digital twins can be redefined and could be a crucial approach to aid theInternet of Things (IoT)-based DT applications for transferring the data andvalue onto the Internet with better decision-making. Therefore, this paperintroduces an efficient DT-based fault diagnosis model based on machinelearning (ML) tools. In this framework, the DT model of the machine isconstructed by creating the simulation model. In the proposed framework,the Genetic algorithm (GA) is used for the optimization task to improvethe classification accuracy. Furthermore, we evaluate the proposed faultdiagnosis framework using performance metrics such as precision, accuracy,F-measure, and recall. The proposed framework is comprehensively examinedusing the triplex pump fault diagnosis. The experimental results demonstratedthat the hybrid GA-ML method gives outstanding results compared to MLmethods like LogisticRegression (LR), Na飗e Bayes (NB), and SupportVectorMachine (SVM). The suggested framework achieves the highest accuracyof 95% for the employed hybrid GA-SVM. The proposed framework willeffectively help industrial operators make an appropriate decision concerningthe fault analysis for IIoT applications in the context of Industry 4.0.

With the popularization of intelligent education, more and more handwritten homework is required to be photographed and uploaded on the online platform for submission. Teachers need to grade the handwritten homework submitted by students on the platform. A large number of repetitive grading homework brings a lot of burden to teachers and online grading also causes damage to teachers' eyesight. However, the current research in this area only focuses on the recognition of single font symbols, and cannot effectively and automatically grade the answers submitted by students in the actual teaching environment that contains multiple types of text,symbol and image. To address this problem, we propose an automatic handwritten homework grading system based on a model fusion method to assist teachers in the automatic marking and grading of homework. The model binarizes the collected handwritten tasks to reduce factors such as ambient light. Then the KNN model is used to divide the binarized images into two categories: digital symbols and graphic assignments. The YOLO-CoordAtt model is proposed for graphic homework recognition and automatic grading. The model predicts the target position and category of the scoring points in the answers submitted by students, and scores them according to different step points. Finally, all the step points obtained by the students are added up to output the student's score. In daily teaching environments, there are usually a large number of mathematical symbols in homework. Due to the complex symbol structure and different writing styles, YOLO-CoorAtt is usually difficult to accurately identify them. We proposed CSP-Posformer to solve this problem. CSP-Posformer converts the mathematical symbol homework submitted by students into latex expressions and compares them with the latex expressions of the scoring points entered by the teacher. Finding Robotic Wide Free Space Path in Dynamic Environment by Improving MAX–MIN Ant system Algorithm

This paper proposes a new obstacle avoidance method for finding an optimal path passing through wide free space based on the optimized MAXMIN Ant system (MMAS) algorithm in dynamic environments. The proposed improvement of the MMAS algorithm occurs in two stages. The first stage analyses the environment with two modifications by proposing a new relation of pheromone trail updating to construct the consequence modified (deposited) pheromone trail update in each iteration based on adding a new parameter (clean) to calculate the possible wide empty locations. Another alteration at this level involves checking and identifying the four horizontal and vertical states. Suppose the two nodes on either side of the four diagonal nodes are barriers in the next neighbor locations. In that case, the Tight Tunnel state is then attained, and it is managed by sealing this location to prevent passing through it before the robot movement stage. Another alteration is made to the robot-moving stage by recommending a new relation of tour building probabilities to determine the best option for moving the robot from the start node through a dynamic environment that incorporates dynamic obstacles moving through free space by locating and exhibiting the ideal path via broad free space. The main outcome of the experiment simulation of the new method involves that the robot avoids going through narrow tunnels and chooses the best course through open areas to reach its destination without running into any impediments in various dynamic environments conditions. In addition, the comparison of average time occupied to find the paths by the new method reduces to 54.32% as compared with that required with the method of hybrid the basic D* algorithm with the Lbest PSO algorithm, and to 11.95% in comparison to the time occupied recorded when applying the method of the improved MAX–MIN ACO algorithm. © 2023, International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies. Consumer Electronic Devices have become an open network model because of the infusion of the Internet of Things (IoT) and other communication technologies such as 5G/6G. Though these devices have provided the high-end sophistication even to common person, but it has proved its darker side by triggering more security breaches and privacy problems. Hence, securing and authenticating these Internet enabled consumer devices has become a probable issue to be solved for safer and secured communication. Therefore, this paper presents a novel fusion of Web 3.0-based Blockchain (WBC) and Deep learning (DL) technique for securing consumer electronic devices in an IoT ecosystem. The proposed framework k(MTD-BCAM) is devised into two components: Multiple-Threat Detection(MTD) and Access Management Mechanism(AMM). In the first component, a DL model is applied for threat detection, whereas WBC is meant for an efficient authentication process. Furthermore, a novel residual fast-gated recurrent neural network is proposed. To reduce the complexity, the komodo Mlipir optimization (KMO) approach is used to tune the hyper-parameters of the network. The comprehensive experimental outcome study of the proposed approach employs NSL-KDD datasets in which the distinct metrics of both DL and Blockchain (BC) are measured and analyzed. Results demonstrated the superior accuracy of the model by achieving 99.78% with less computational time and higher transaction speed. Additionally, the statistical validation and security strength of the model are also analyzed and examined with the varied state-of-art models. © 2025 IEEE. All rights reserved.
