This study introduces 'BOTika: A Pharmaceutical Management system,' which incorporates the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) model and a Clustering Algorithm to tackle significant challenges faced by small and medium-sized pharmacies in Metro Manila. BOTika is designed to streamline and enhance pharmaceutical operations, focusing on areas such as inventory control, sales monitoring, profit evaluation, and medication management. Its primary goal is to improve efficiency in pharmacy operations, particularly through predictive analytics powered by the SARIMA model. The system also uses a Retrieval Report Algorithm for data retrieval and Statistical Analytics for data interpretation. Additionally, a Clustering Algorithm is employed to group medicines by key characteristics, enabling targeted discounts and promotions. The system's interface, developed as a Progressive Web App (PWA), allows administrators to manage operations seamlessly, while customers benefit from a pre-order feature. Results demonstrate that the SARIMA model provides accurate demand forecasts, leading to better decision-making in pharmacy management. Ultimately, the project aims to modernize pharmacy operations, enhance customer experience, and support the sector's growth, contributing to both sustainable practices and economic progress in the region. © 2024 IEEE.

This study details an astrometric observation campaign of the Near-Earth Asteroid 1998 HH49,conducted with the aim of refining our understanding of its physical *** the 50 cm telescope located at the Wumingshan Mountain in Daocheng,Sichuan,images were obtained over four nights,from 2023 October 19 to October *** observations were processed using Astrometrica software,facilitating the precise determination of the asteroid's *** observational results were compared with the ephemerides from three distinct sources to verify accuracy:the Jet Propulsion Laboratory(JPL)Horizons system,the Institut de Mécanique Céleste et de Calcul deséphémérides(IMCCE)Miriade,and the Near-Earth Objects Dynamic Site(NEODyS-2).When compared with the JPL ephemeris,a mean observed-minus-calculated(O-C)result of 0.″07 in the *** and-0.″35 in the *** was ***,the comparison with the IMCCE ephemeris yielded mean O-C results of 0.″08 in the *** and-0.″06 in the *** comparison with the NEODyS-2 ephemeris yielded the mean O-C results of 0.″06 in ***-0.″49 in *** study's findings demonstrate a general consistency between the observed data and the ephemeris predictions,with minor discrepancies observed across the data ***,both the JPL and NEODyS-2 ephemerides show that the residuals in the *** exceed those in the *** disparities may result from atmospheric differential color refraction,ephemeris discrepancies,observational errors,and other ***,it is worth noting that further investigation is required due to the potential influence of additional ***,the Daocheng 50 cm Telescope exhibits the ability to conduct high-precision positional measurements.

The data sparsity problem caused by information overload restricts the recommendation performance of the matrix factorization model based on clinical rating data. The recommendation model integrating the clinical suggestions can effectively alleviate the sparsity of the rating data. When current recommender systems use clinical data to model patients, diseases and ADR, they only use patient clinical queries/comments on diseases and ADR as a data source. In contrast, ignoring the impact of time information on patients, diseases and ADR attributes. Aiming at this problem, a recommendation method is proposed to integrate clinical comments-level attention and temporal information (RHATR), which can fully mine the latent semantic information of clinical queries/ comments and model the dynamic changes in patients’ diseases and ADR features. By applying word-level attention to a single comment text, helpful mining information such as sentiment words and keywords in a single comment text, learning about patients’ diseases and ADR representations and applying comment-level attention to patient comment sets and disease sets with time factors, respectively. Extract practical clinical suggestions and learn dynamic representations of patients’ diseases and ADR features. The patients’ illnesses and ADR representations were known from the clinical comments and ID-based clinical details. Patient embeddings are used as final features to capture the latent factors of each patient’s diseases and ADR. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves better results than the current baseline methods in root mean square error (RMSE) on Medhelp, Medline, Diego Laboratory and Daily Strength datasets. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

In this digital world, all the developing countries' growth has improved drastically with farmers' influence and innovative farming processes. Generally, the farming process includes ancient traditional methodologies for maintaining the crops' quality and yields. Their farming was developed and has given more profit only with the quality of the soil and the nutrition used on land. But the drawback is they were spending much time to get their yields from their land, and the nutrition level was not maintained at all times. Moreover, more space was used for farming, with huge manpower required to maintain the entire land. Most countries are moved to smart farming concepts with IoT platforms to optimize the time and techniques. In that hydroponic, the best innovative idea to produce more crops, vegetables, and fruits without soil. Rockwool is used for farming processes with water contaminants at regular intervals will provide huge productions as well as no need to wait for a long time for cultivation. This method was implemented in most of the countries that were doing smart farming with less manpower and low cost. The hydroponic farming methodology is implemented with IoT sensors for monitoring crop's status and health continuously. Once their nutrition level or water level has decreased, it will provide all at constant time intervals to the entire system effectively. A few years ago, hydroponic farming was horizontally implemented on smaller spaces for the regular water flow. But now a day it is implemented on a vertical surface to reduce the space, and water flow is only at the time of need. This technology is used to increase the productivity of the crops with a small space of land and less manpower. As the limits of computational power continue to increase, concern has arisen regarding insufficient security along with a demand for improvements in encryption methods for data transmission, which might be achieved by chaos synchronization [1, 2]. Using modified Lugiato-Levefer equations (LLEs), we numerically explore two cascaded microresonator frequency combs [3]. To obtain a chaotic state, both cavities are pumped by continuous-wave lasers until modulation instability (MI) combs are generated. By injecting the output of the first resonator into the second resonator, both chaotic fields in the cavities are synchronized. In this work, we investigate to what extent the chaos is synchronized and how this phenomenon may be implemented in existing data transmission systems over a chaotic channel to enable secure communication. © 2023 IEEE.

In wireless sensor network (WSN), congestion is regarded as an unavoidable issue as of today's scenario at which the data traffic is increased to their aggregated channel capacity. This results in the consequence of buffer overflowing which leads to packets drop thereby reducing packet delivery ratio and degrades network throughput. Also, routing is the most favored approaches for the minimization of nodes energy consumption and the enhancement of Heterogeneous WSNs throughput. Since, the problem of routing has been proved to be an NP-hard, it has been realized that optimization-based technique offers better performance. For solving these issues, this paper proposes a congestion free optimal routing scheme based on Genetic algorithm-based distance aware-Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (GADA-LEACH) protocol to predict intelligent agent path. The major intention of this work is to enhance the efficiency of energy and QoS (throughput and delay) in edge-cloud based IoT environment of data transmission. Initially, the system model is initialized and the graph construction is made for the process of clustering using Spectral graph theory (SGT) at which the cluster head (CH) selection is made. Then, the scheduling process is carried by means of Packet weighted based ensemble optimization scheduling (PW-EOS) scheme. The NFV enabled optimal edge node is selected using Reconfigured Cuckoo Search optimizer (RCSO) after which the intelligent agent moving path in the Heterogeneous Network (HetNet) are predicted by GADA-LEACH technique. From this, an effective routing path is determined among CH and an optimized Edge node. Eventually, the performance assessment is carried in terms of throughput, energy consumption, survival rate, PDR, End-to-End delay and the outcomes conquered are compared with existing methods to attest the proficiency of proposed scheme. © 2024 IEEE.

Sensing devices on the human chest are linked through the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) to remotely monitor health data on multiple dimensions, including physiological and behavioural impulses. IoMT devices in clinical use cloud computing to generate enormous volumes of data supplemented by portable equipment's insufficient memory and computational power. An IoMT-based healthcare diagnosis model will be developed using a deep learning methodology. It is the driving force behind the development of a new IoMT-based medical system for the early detection of breast cancer (BC) using a Deep Convolutional Neural Network with Long Short-Term Memory (DeepCNN-LSTM). The suggested DeepCNN-LSTM model yielded significant gains in accuracy, recall, F-measure, and recall, as demonstrated in the extensive experimental investigation. © 2023 IEEE.

The rapid increase in the population has resulted in traffic jams on the roads. There was a corresponding increase in the number of calls for emergency services, such as ambulances, police cars, and fire trucks. Maintaining rapid response times for emergency vehicles is critical right now. In this study, we present a smart traffic control system that integrates Internet of Things (IoT) chips into traffic signals and modifies their timing parameters. These chips will function in response to a road's estimated automobile count and the subsequent need for emergency vehicles along that route. The number of people in each automobile is going to be calculated using digital image analysis of the live camera feed. To make sure emergency vehicles get the help they require, GPS systems are going to be utilized to track the vehicles and update the chips with their current locations. It is envisioned that traffic lights on a road network will function by dynamically assigning weights for a particular node or the time among two consecutive lights. In order to maintain track of each node in the network, the weights assigned to each one must be updated in real-time. © 2023 IEEE.
