The increasing data volume given by the exponential growth of digital devices, cloud platforms, and the Internet of Things (IOT) had become an attractive target for attackers. This makes the search for innovative defense mechanisms intensified leading to a renewed focus on the utilization of honeypots to improve data security. This systematic Literature Review (SLR) examines the usage and contributions of honeypots in data security field across diverse sectors and environments. Analyzing 38 selected articles from 2018 to 2023, the study highlights the growing adoption of honeypots as tools for detecting and preventing data breaches, exfiltration, and other security incidents. Our finding found that honeypots, with their deceptive capabilities, have proven could be deployed in sectors like healthcare, cloud computing, and industrial control systems and effective in detection and prevention data breaches, exfiltration, and other data breaches, making them as a crucial tool in the data security protection. The future of honeypots lies in their integration with machine learning and AI, to predict and counteract sophisticated. Moreover, evolving honeypots into tools for deterrence and corrective action opens new avenues for cybersecurity strategies. Their ability to act as deterrents by increasing perceived risks for attackers, coupled with their role in aiding recovery from data breaches through detailed forensic analysis, positions honeypots as a cornerstone in the development of resilient data security frameworks. This study paves the way for a more adaptive, proactive, and comprehensive approach to data security, highlighting the indispensable role of honeypots in the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity. © 2023 IEEE.

This study is trying to address the critical need for efficient routing in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks(MANETs)from dynamic topologies that pose great challenges because of the mobility of *** objective was to delve into and refine the application of the Dijkstra’s algorithm in this context,a method conventionally esteemed for its efficiency in static ***,this paper has carried out a comparative theoretical analysis with the Bellman-Ford algorithm,considering adaptation to the dynamic network conditions that are typical for *** paper has shown through detailed algorithmic analysis that Dijkstra’s algorithm,when adapted for dynamic updates,yields a very workable solution to the problem of real-time routing in *** results indicate that with these changes,Dijkstra’s algorithm performs much better computationally and 30%better in routing optimization than Bellman-Ford when working with configurations of sparse *** theoretical framework adapted,with the adaptation of the Dijkstra’s algorithm for dynamically changing network topologies,is novel in this work and quite different from any traditional *** adaptation should offer more efficient routing and less computational overhead,most apt in the limited resource environment of ***,from these findings,one may derive a conclusion that the proposed version of Dijkstra’s algorithm is the best and most feasible choice of the routing protocol for MANETs given all pertinent key performance and resource consumption indicators and further that the proposed method offers a marked improvement over traditional *** paper,therefore,operationalizes the theoretical model into practical scenarios and also further research with empirical simulations to understand more about its operational effectiveness.

The development of digital payment technology, such as Gopay, has provided convenience for the Indonesian public. To understand user satisfaction and identify key issues, this study analyzes Gopay user reviews using a hybrid approach. The main issues addressed are the imbalance in review data and the lack of studies integrating Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models for topic analysis. This research encompasses three main stages: topic identification using LDA, data balancing with Random Over Sampling and Neighborhood Cleaning Rule (ROS-NCL), and topic classification using CNN. The model is designed to accurately identify and classify key topics. Furthermore, this method is compared with other approaches to assess its advantages. The research findings show that this hybrid approach is effective in addressing data imbalance, achieving a topic classification accuracy of 96%. These findings provide valuable insights for service providers to improve the quality of Gopay services based on topic analysis derived from user feedback.

One of the problems with Smart Transportation is the problem of cost and travel time. This problem is known as the Variable Routing Problem (VRP). In some real cases, in addition to considering route selection, there are limitations on the capacity and time period for the vehicle to serve each customer known as Time Windows, so VRP has developed into Variable Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). One way to solve VRPTW is to use metaheuristic methods. However, the metaheuristic method has a weakness, which are it can get stuck in local optimums and fail to find better global solutions. To overcome this, a combination with other methods or known as hybrid is needed. The formulation of this research problem is how to develop a Smart transportation model using a metaheuristic hybrid algorithm. The purpose of this study is to develop a Smart transportation model using a metaheuristic hybrid algorithm. The method used is to combine two metaheuristic algorithms, which are the Dragonfly Algorithm (DA) and the Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS). The result of this research is a new algorithm model which is a hybrid between DA and VNS. Through a combination of global exploration using DA and local exploitation using VNS, this algorithm is expected to be able to find a better solution and faster convergence in solving VRPTW problems © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis is extracting information in the form of emotional tendencies based on a series of data. One data source that can be used is tweets from users on Twitter social media. The biggest challenge of text-based sentiment analysis is the Text's multiple representations or meanings. In addition, the rules for writing non-standard texts require special handling. This study analyzes public sentiment towards the police by crawling Twitter tweets with the hashtag #percumaLaporPolisi. Process stages in this study include data collection, pre-processing, feature engineering, Naive Bayes classification, and evaluation. In the data collection process, manual labelling was carried out into three classes: positive, neutral, and negative, resulting in 633 data. At the pre-processing stage, the dataset will be normalized by Text, namely changing the words of slang and typos to synonyms of more understandable words. For feature engineering, researchers use TF-IDF for feature extraction algorithms and chi-square for feature selection. This study uses Naive Bayes as a classification algorithm because of its ability to classify documents by paying attention to the number of word occurrences. The study results show that people tend to be negative toward the police. Meanwhile, the naive Bayes classification model developed produces an accuracy of 74.8%. © 2023 IEEE.

In the context of monitoring student engagement during learning sessions, the ability to accurately detect sleepiness can be a valuable asset. Early detection of sleepiness is critical to evaluate the need for intervention to ensure effective learning outcomes. Prolonged student sleepiness can negatively impact learning effectiveness and may result in academic challenges. This research used a semantic segmentation network to monitor and detect the level of sleepiness in students during learning sessions by modifying the U-Net architecture, which is enhanced with Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (Conv-LSTM) blocks. Conv-LSTM blocks enable efficient feature sharing between network layers and improve accuracy in detecting sleepiness. In this study, experiments were carried out and the proposed method for monitoring students in the classroom was evaluated. The results of this research showed that the percentage of students who made movements detected in the video and extracted in image detection was 92% accurate and not sleepy. © 2023 IEEE.

In terms of security and privacy,mobile ad-hoc network(MANET)continues to be in demand for additional debate and *** more MANET applications become data-oriented,implementing a secure and reliable data transfer protocol becomes a major concern in the ***,MANET’s lack of infrastructure,unpredictable topology,and restricted resources,as well as the lack of a previously permitted trust relationship among connected nodes,contribute to the attack detection burden.A novel detection approach is presented in this paper to classify passive and active black-hole *** proposed approach is based on the dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm,which presents a plausible path out of multiple paths for statistics transmission to boost MANETs’quality of service.A group of selected packet features will then be weighed by the DTO-based multi-layer perceptron(DTO-MLP),and these features are collected from nodes using the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchical(LEACH)clustering *** is a powerful classifier and the DTO weight optimization method has a significant impact on improving the classification process by strengthening the weights of key features while suppressing the weights ofminor *** hybridmethod is primarily designed to combat active black-hole *** the LEACH clustering phase,however,can also detect passive black-hole *** effect of mobility variation on detection error and routing overhead is explored and evaluated using the suggested *** diverse mobility situations,the results demonstrate up to 97%detection accuracy and faster execution ***,the suggested approach uses an adjustable threshold value to make a correct conclusion regarding whether a node is malicious or benign.

A hybrid deep learning framework for solar irradiation prediction based on regional satellite images and data

Accurate prediction of solar irradiation, particularly Diffuse Horizontal Irradiance (DHI), is essential for optimizing solar energy systems. This paper presents a hybrid framework that integrates satellite imagery and satellite-derived data to improve the precision of DHI forecasts. Two key datasets were employed: ground-based Solar Irradiation Measurement (SRM) and satellite-based Solar Irradiation (SSR). The proposed methodology utilizes machine learning models along two paths. The first path processes satellite imagery using advanced techniques, including pixel imputation with a modified Random Forest (RF) and Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), noisy region detection with Self-Organizing Maps (SOM), and noise removal through a Latent Diffusion Model (LDM). The second path handles tabular data through a diffusion probabilistic model designed for missing data imputation. These features are then merged and fed into a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network, enhanced to capture seasonality and trends for accurate DHI predictions. The paper makes significant contributions by introducing a robust hybrid framework that leverages both satellite imagery and tabular data, incorporating novel preprocessing methods such as GAN-based pixel imputation and diffusion-based noise removal. The LSTM model is further adapted to handle seasonal and trend components, resulting in enhanced DHI forecasting accuracy. The proposed model demonstrates superior performance, achieving a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 8.170 W/m2, Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 1.749 W/m2, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.693 W/m2, and an R-squared value of 2.574, significantly outperforming conventional methods such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Support Vector Regression (SVR), and traditional LSTM models. Additionally, the model records a low Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.8183% and a computation time of 35.4 s, highlighting its efficiency.
